Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Tegan Jackson for about a year for treatments and she is an excellent myotherapist. She has made a big difference to my hip condition and it has improved a lot with her advice and work on the table. Tegan is very medically well informed and is an excellent problem solver. All her suggestions have worked really well. She is also cheerful and supportive. A great addition to Canterbury Hub . The clinic itself is very positive and well run.

Fantastic experience: Elle has been treating my teenage daughter since her scoliosis diagnosis six months ago. Regular treatments with Elle were of enormous benefit as my daughter got use to wearing her back brace. Elle's caring and positive demeanor have also provided my daughter with invaluable support. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Elle for 13 years who has treated me throughout both my pregnancies as well as now post pregnancy. She also treats both my boys who both adore her. Elle is fantastic and patient and will always check with you about the type of treatment she will do to ensure you are comfortable with it. She will also provide post treatment recommendations to help with recovery afterwards. Cannot recommend her enough.

Elle has a holistic approach to her treatments, is very knowledgeable and I always leave my appointment feeling amazing ❤️ I have also taken my son to see Elle and she was able to get his back pain issues under control. For myotherapy, I would highly recommend Natasha Norris. She is also holistic and very effective with her treatment. And finally, huge shout out to Rachel and the whole admin team - you guys do a wonderful job co-ordinating everything behind the scenes.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Elle Fernon & CHH. Elle has been treating me for 10+ years for multiple health issues, has been a key partner in my regaining function and strength and has helped me nearly eliminate the effects of my chronic pain condition. Elle is a fantastic listener and advocate, a highly skilled and knowledgeable clinician and is full of warmth and compassion for her patients. Immensely grateful for all her care, and for the friendly team at CHH.

Fantastic experience: The service at Canterbury Health Hub is excellent. Very friendly reception team, and an exceptional array of therapists. I have seen Dean and Alex and they are very skilled and responsive. I travel from the Bayside area all the way to Canterbury for my treatments and I am amazed with the progress of my hip so far. I have now also been seeing Jane, a very talented Myotherapist. Another fabulous addition to their team.

Lucy is an excellent remedial massage therapist. Seeing both Dean and Lucy for treatments has proven to be very beneficial for my ongoing health.

Amazing therapist, outstanding anatomy knowledge, listened to my issues intently and worked through every area I mentioned as well as checking above and below those areas. Excellent pressure applied whilst asking often during the treatment that I was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Elle Fernon is an amazing Osteopath. I am 38 weeks pregnant with terrible sciatica and needing crutches to walk. After today's session, Elle has done wonders for my leg, and I have a greater range of motion and feel so much better! I would highly recommend Elle for any pregnancy related issues!

Fantastic experience: CHH and the team are just simply brilliant. from Nathan S (Osteopath) and Rachel P (Remedial massage therapist) to the staff at reception. Nathan has been superb in his care of me over the years and Rachel, more recently, is simply awesome at what she does. I think of them as my pit crew extraordinaire! Simply put, Nathan and Rachel are professional, skilled, friendly, caring and competent, need I say more. Also please know this is an unsolicited review and that alone should say enough.

My son had pigeon toes and I was told we would need to break his ankles and he would need surgery Dr. Angie Rennie helped him no surgery needed. They have a great team of physicians highly, highly recommend Canterbury Health Hub.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing one of the fabulous Myotherapists at Canterbury Health Hub - Jessica Mazurek. Firstly, the reception staff at CHH are extremely professional, and very friendly and engaging as soon as you walk in. The waiting room is comfortable and clean, and aesthetically very modern. I developed chronic shoulder pain and numbness in my left shoulder, and came in to see Jess early 2020. Jess immediately made me feel completely at ease. She is very professional, yet friendly and kind. Jess takes a thorough history, and actually takes the time to talk to you and listen. The treatment itself was incredible! Jess asks about the treatment pressure and if it is enough/need more etc. I look so forward to my shoulder and back treatment with Jess! At the end of the session, Jess usually talks through a plan for the next week/2weeks in terms of what I need to do to ease my pain. All in all - I could not recommend Jess and the lovely, professional and experienced staff at CBB more! 5 star experience!

Negative experience: Looked this place, considering it had a nice listing, but was treated to an appalling experience. Please learn how to operate a phone call. Got hung up on 3 times being put on ‘hold’, receptionist attitude was not helpful either. Hopefully she was new, otherwise She was a total deterrent.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been treated by several of the osteopaths, myotherapists and remedial massage staff at Osteopathy on Canterbury. They have all been excellent and are highly experienced, knowledgeable and supportive and have a variety of treatment options available. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We travel 30 mins to get there, but it’s definitely worth it. I absolutely recommend this Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dean at Osteo on Canterbury for my post natal hip issues. Extremely professional courteous service, makes suggestions on complimentary treatments to aid in my recovery both inside and outside the clinic that I felt under no pressure whatsoever to undertake (but I did take his advice and am all the better for it!). Accommodating of my need for evening appointments around work and family commitments. Not even local to me but I'm prepared to travel. Was initially recommended to me. I can't recommend highly enough!
