Fantastic experience: The best pharmacists, they go above and beyond. Thank you.

Negative experience: The staff (for the most part) are friendly and personalable, but they make too many mistakes. Medication 'goes missing', pharmacists don't seem to know much about common medications. I only use this chemist because it's walking distance. I don't really understand how four weeks worth of blister packs can simply 'go missing'. Not making any accusations. Maybe it's a communication issue. As I said, staff are nice. Seems to be an issue of governance/communication.

Negative experience: Please explain to me how there is 4 girls working and only 1 other customer apart from me and I’m still waiting 10mins to buy something. There is no sense of urgency, very disappointed every time I come in here

Negative experience: Stand around and staff don't even acknowledge you, don't waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: Appreciated the kindness I have received from Pharmacist (I reckon called Hajiali, checked the name from the receipt). She was so warm , after she known I wasn't Medicare card holder,she with a smile reminded me kept the receipt with the script no. she put in to claim the medication cost from my insurance provider . Not like those cold hearted, immoral medical staff I have met in public hospital only tricked me to pay more for unnecessary admission. Year by year(10years) my type of family visa is non - eligible for Medicare and only can rely on expensive private health insurance cover .Every time I felt shame and upset while ppl asked for that .

Fantastic experience: Today was John Todds memorial. 17 years privilage to have such a grreat compationate man delivering in spearwood dedicated to all patients. I thought may be some tribute n honour in the chemist somewhere. But all new staff. We regualars appreciate Luke n Teegan havn such a great man. Supporting us. Thankyou Toddy.

Negative experience: Dropped off a sleep study referral and was told I would receive a call back. 2 weeks later I had to call to get an update and booking. Leave work early to go to my booking and they can’t find my paperwork and tell me to come back the next week.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Asha who was working on Saturday 1st June, my son suffered an anaphylactic reaction to a bee sting & she went above and aboard to help us out , gave him the Epipen (We had no idea he was anaphylactic) and explained everything to him he would be feeling etc. You made a scary experience for us much easier.

Fantastic experience: I called from interstate searching for growth hormone for my daughter, (on a weekend desperately) no pharmacy’s seem to stock it as it’s rare. Not only did Anton at 777 pharmacy say he would follow up on Monday when suppliers were open, he also researched to see why there was a shortage and sent the information through to me. We ended up sourcing it from another pharmacy but Anton was in contact the entire time helping out. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews but the help I have received over the last few months from the pharmacist Valerie has been incredible! She has been the first pharmacist/doctor to explain in detail the medications I have had to go on… so helpful, thank you so much :)

Negative experience: I’ve come here for many years. I’m not sure if it’s changed owners? Service used to be exceptional. I went today to get a certified copy of a document. The pharmacist quoted me the price for a colour copy, rather than a black & white copy (which is all I needed). So her mistake. I remarked that $7 was a lot. Most places it’s just a donation to a charity etc. even though it was her mistake, she still charged me full price. More concerning… if there’s a job where you’d want people to be able to read & get amounts right… it’s probably a pharmacist right!

Negative experience: How can it be that a pharmacy dispenses supposedly life saving mediation in November 2023.... that had in fact expired in March 2023? Unconscionable!!

Negative experience: I have only given a 1 star review for a business who did a bait and switch. The reason I am rating this establishment a 1 star is for, as follows: I have been sick for a solid 6 days and as I was concerned with how much weight I had lost. I asked if they had a scale and the young woman said “yes we do, but it cost $5.00 to use it.” What are you kidding me? I was getting $160.00 worth of prescriptions filled. We have been long time users of 777 Cottesloe and we were going to transfer all our scripts over. That’s not going to happen. Spoke with the owner who was dismissive of me. So thanks, but no thanks.

Positive experience: Old review: Near Excellent. Very customer focused. Hard to fault and always have what I want in stock; other pharmacies are not so accommodating New review: Very Average, at best. Sadly have become too greedy. Always trying to sell me some products, usually vitamins, on top of my script. Mostly things I can get much cheaper at larger Chemist chains. Also won't price match more expensive scripts, which can also be purchased cheaper elsewhere.

Negative experience: Rang up advice about medication I'm on she couldn't help me cos I get my script from a.different pharmacy and my one was shut how the hell can I get get advice about side effects on phyc meds at night without being pushed away useless never get advice from this pharmacy they will tell U to go else where

Negative experience: Picked up 2 prescriptions yesterday. Checked pricing against the previous receipt from Chemist Warehouse. Each prescription was more than double the price compared to Chemist Warehouse. Asked staff to double check the price and showed my receipts as proof. Was told that this is their price and nothing could be done about it. I know where I'll be getting my repeat prescriptions from now on and it won't be 777.

Negative experience: Will never go there again . There was a man behind the counter in the corner staring at me (was in uniform ) the WHOLE time I was waiting in the line , it was VERY uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to this pharmacy regularly. Excellent customer service. Honestly all the staff are amazing. Clean premises and good selection of baby products and goods. I like their delivery system for medication and honestly the best pharmacy in Spearwood. Great work guys!

Negative experience: Rudest staff and most expensive pharmacy there is. Go to any of the other closest alternatives for better service.. 777 spearwood treat every customer with serious mental health needs that's not a old lady like a criminal. Will not be long before they kill someone. Biggest rip off in spearwood. Think they know more than the drs and phsycs. Gross mal practice.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, lovely helpful people, nothing too much trouble. Love the fact you can order medication via email or phone and have it delivered by a lovely delivery man. Home delivery has been available long before the virus, unlike some chemists who are now advertising home delivery now available. 777 Spearwood has been way ahead with all services. Negative experience: Arrived at 7:05am as we had to get in before my partner left for work. Saw the team members inside having a team meeting or something similar. Shop was closed to customers. Thought that was ok and that they would open soon but they still weren't open by 7:30 and we had to leave without anything. I understand the importance of updating your team before the day begins but surely one member could have served us or at least offered an explanation.

Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem. No fluffy toys, perfumes and associated paraphernalia - a pharmacy purely focused on health and well-being. One of the most comprehensive range of medicines and health related devices. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: Always a smooth ,efficient transaction from dispensary of scripts to chemist related purchases. Elements & trait qualities found from staff are- friendly , polite ,professional, very attentive & always oppuntinstic to happily share a wealth of resourceful advice. Great pharmacy internal fitout (ie. modern with multiple resemble like bank booths) plus operating hours are extremely convenient if ill symptoms catch you off guard. (*note also a "compound" pharmacy too)
