Fantastic experience: THANK YOU HighCarbHealth for helping me heal my Ulcerative Colitis It was very overwhelming being diagnosed with ulcerative pan colitis when I was 17 years old, there were moments I felt trapped and hopeless, I would constantly need a toilet nearby and would be wary of going outside so I would miss social events due to this. That was until my mum came across HCH at 19 years old. I was coached by Shukul who has been very understanding from the start. Their programme gives you the foundation knowledge of what you can/can't eat in order to have true health and lifestyle changes you should make in order to heal IBD. What they are doing is truly amazing and I would 100% recommend this programme to anyone who has IBD, you may feel that IBD defines who you are, and there are no other options but to listen to doctors and take medication, but that is NOT TRUE. Fantastic experience: Suffering from Chron’s and IBD was the most challenging and scary thing I’ve done in my life and my partner and I would be nowhere without the knowledge and guidance of Shukul and Shamiz of HCH. Fantastic experience: I came to HCH at a pretty low point, I was very sick with Crohn’s. I was mentally struggling too as I wasn’t able to live a normal life outside of hospitals and medications. I couldn’t exercise without flaring. I’ve tried every diet, every “protocol”, medications, naturopaths. I’m telling you, I tried EVERYTHING. And HCH were the only ones who actually helped turn things around for me. I am officially 8 months medication free which at one point I never believed was possible. My skin is clear, I lost 15kg. Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend High Carb Health for anyone facing IBD or other gut issues. I completed my course with HCH over a year ago. I had moderate to severe Crohn’s for several years. It was initially controlled by medication but flared significantly when trying to reduce my meds. I was then put on biologics which barely helped - symptoms would slow down but my weight never returned to normal and I never truly felt healed. My weight fell 20kg to a low of 40kg. The Gastro doctors didn’t believe food has any impact - the only food advice I was given was “if strawberries don’t agree with you, don’t eat strawberries”! They suggested to try biologics randomly (to find one which works), and if none worked, surgery would be next on the list! I didn’t give up hope. I spoke with 3 dietitians/nutritionists (plant based) and completed their courses, however I still faced fear when symptoms and weight loss resurfaced as the biologics wore off. Fantastic experience: Shamiz has been an amazing health mentor for me even long passed my program with High Carn Health. I came to High Carb Health in rough shape battling ulcerative colitis. I had been on a mostly carnivore diet for a few months with no success and symptoms worsening. It was time for a radical shift. Shamiz helped me make the transition to plant based slowly and with careful consideration for my previous lifestyle and beliefs about nutrition (which were upside-down). Fantastic experience: I had wonderful experience with HCH. I was diagonised with UC in 2022 and was on medications. I tried to heal myself using herbal medications, restricted diet alongwith allopathic ones but everytime I had flares after every 4-5 months due to which I reduced a lot of weight. Also, I had sideeffects of medications like rashes on my skin, constipation, heartburn, bloating etc. Fortunately, One day I found a support group on facebook and after joining and I met a person who healed her daughter through HCH and she highly recommended them. Fantastic experience: High Carb Health, run by Shakul & Shamiz, helped me ascend to a realm of gut health I have never before experienced. Through their very confident coaching, I was able to push through the worst of my detox symptoms and slowly but surely arrive on the other side. While I didn't have crohn's or collitis, I did have many issues, including SIBO, parasites, and just a generally malfunctional microbiome. Transitioning to this way of eating and being is very, very hard. At least, it was for me. And anyone I mention it to says, "wow, I could never." However, we can. And we must. Because here is where I feel no pain. For the first time in my life. I began in February, and 6 months later I am exercising again, eating high FODMAP foods, and traveling the world. I am not 100%, but that will take time. I know that in a year, and then two years, I will feel more resilient than ever.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with uc 10 years ago and have been through several flares. Each time I had a flare, I’d use prednisone and my ulcer goes away. My most recent flare was the worst ever and being on a high dose of prednisone for months didn’t help either. My gastro kept pushing me for other options such as biologics,tofacitinib etc. After reading about the dreadful side effects of those drugs,I wasn’t interested in using them at all. So I started searching for natural ways of healing my uc on google/YouTube and I stumbled across HCH . Having tried diets like the specific carbohydrate diet/Ayurveda etc. in the past, I initially thought this was either another diet that makes false promises or a scam. But after going through the testimonies of real people and given that all HCH advocates for is eating natural and healthy foods,I thought of giving it a try since I had nothing to lose at that point.I quickly signed up for the program and Shukul sent me the diet plan .I started the diet and was able to see significant changes just within a week and my symptoms fully resolved in 2 months. I do know that good food helps you heal and bad foods causes disease and inflammation. But it’s after joining the program that I came to know that my definition of good and bad foods is entirely wrong and that the order in which you eat matters a lot as well. My recovery might be comparatively much faster than others but I believe that anybody who strictly follows the diet will achieve the results they want if not in months, at least in an year or two given that gut healing is a slow process. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Proctitis in 2021. My doctor told me it’s an autoimmune disease and there is no cure for it and I’ll have to take medication for the rest of my life. By 2022, it had spread to my Sigmoid colon, so my doctor upped my Mesalamine dosage. That helped for a few months, but then my symptoms came back. My doctor offered me two options for further treatment: Remicade and Humira. Not wanting to pursue either, I began searching for alternative treatments. Fantastic experience: My healing journey with High Carb Health has been nothing short of transformative. Living with Crohn's disease was difficult, especially when conventional medical treatments failed to provide relief. I found HCH on YouTube when I was experiencing an severe flare-up when on the Carnivore Diet. The bloody stools, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal cramping, and drastic weight loss were terrifying. I didn't want to go to sleep because I feared the possibility of not waking up due to the severity of my symptoms. The doctors scared me into taking Infliximab infusions because I was in high risk for an obstruction. When the infusions didn’t work, the doctor recommended Stelara. I declined. I wanted to try to heal my body naturally before I considered starting a new medication. I knew finding guidance from someone who had similar experiences and successfully healed naturally with food would be beneficial. Shamiz, my mentor at HCH, throughout the six-month program, was supportive and encouraging each week. Fantastic experience: I found High Carb Health through a facebook support group for people with IBD. After months of trying to eat a plant based diet and get back into remission on my own, I reached out to HCH for help. At that point I had severe urgency, frequency, and bloody BMs, and disrupted sleep from getting up so many times at night. My doctor put me on a steroid and wanted me to start Entyvio if my symptoms didn't improve soon. I really wanted to avoid biologic drugs and took a chance on working with HCH.
