Fantastic experience: Over the last 12 weeks I have undertaken Metabolic Balance under the guidance of Leone at Harvesting Health in Oxenford. I suffer from osteo arthritis and was carrying a lot of inflamation and pain in my hands and joints. I have had knee and hip replacements. (I am 77 yrs young!!) Over the 12 weeks of this regime (which I will continue to maintain) I have lost 6 kgs which greatly helps my joints but the huge benefit is the reduced inflamation all through my body. Fantastic experience: I decided to do Metabolic Balance because I was tired of feeling tired, achy, sluggish and overweight. I was not massively overweight but enough to make me feel unhappy and things needed to change. The first couple of days was challenging but very manageable. I'm also a very picky eater but I absolutely enjoy the Metabolic balance way of eating. I have a lot more energy. My body aches and pains have mostly disappeared. There is a bit of planning and food prep involved. But it quickly became a habit. I cannot recommend this program enough. Leone is a great and very supportive coach. Thank you Leone.

Fantastic experience: I have had so many compliments and comments from other ladies at the gym. Most think I have started at another gym as they say "hey we have not seen you as much lately. But dam you look great!" I then explain I have changed my body by food and working out less. The look on their face is normally of shock and disbelief. I say yes I know sounds crazy and yes I thought the same but I am proof it works. I also say how great I feel, how much energy I have, how I bounce out if bed in the morning, how much extra time I have to myself not flogging myself every day and rushing around to fit that workout in. This program is everything opposite to what I thought I needed to do and how simple it is no pills, potions, supplements or tricks just real food and food you may not think you should eat. I was shocked at my personal food list. That's why it works it's designed just for you. Potato with egg and fish for breakfast! At first I was like nope not for me this is crazy. Now fish is my go to breakfast. I am proof it works and yes I didn't think it would work so well. I am so happy to have done this program and I was not what anyone would call overweight I was 60kg when I started I am now 53kg but it's not the scales I measure my success on but how I feel everyday! Fantastic experience: I had heard about the Metabolic Balance program from my personal trainer late last year (with positive results) but was unsure that I would benefit from it. So after Christmas 2022, and planning for my semi retirement lifestyle & wellbeing, I decided it was time to take control. I have a good level of fitness all round with regular activities with my PT, & undertaking the new metabolic journey was a little overwhelming initially. I met Leone in a group session in the middle of Feb 2023, & after a comprehensive blood test to commence with phase 1 preparation (2 days) then progressing to phase 2 (14 days) then phase 3 (many weeks later) & in May 2023 now on phase 4 (indefinitely). During these phases there were regular meetings with any questions & Leone was marvelous assisting with answers. At present my weight is down 10-11kg & body measurements significantly improved also. I feel even more better than ever, with renewed energy & focus. I have embraced the Metabolic Balance wholeheartedly as I can see the positive results from being patient, determined & disciplined. I believe that - do make time for planning & preparing meals, keeping a daily journal as a guide, adhering to the 8 rules, & notes taken is important. Fantastic experience: I did the Metabolic 12 week program with Leone. Whilst I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose I had poor gut health, bloating, Adrenal fatigue, poor sleep and suffering burn out. I managed to convince my husband to do this program with me. He was very sceptical but agreed to do the program with me. The first few weeks were very tough indeed, but we got through them. It does get easier. You just need to stick to it. I presented Leone with many issues, problems and questions along the way, but she wasn’t phased and work with me, never giving up. At the end of the 12 weeks, I lost 8kg and a total of 20cms all over, 11cms coming off my waist. My sleeping and energy levels have improved slightly and I feel brighter, I see the sun, clouds and the blue sky now. This is not a fad, it is a life style change and I still adhere to the 8 rules six days a week and a little cheat meal one day a week. Leone is a fabulous mentor and coach to have by my side during the program and after. Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical about the Metabolic 12 week program when my wife suggested we take it on, I had put on a considerable amount of weight since a knee injury and recent surgery to correct, It was very difficult to change my eating habits in the beginning but with the terrific support of Leone I became a believer in the program losing 15kg and 11cm on my waist during the 12 week program, I have lost a total of 17 kg just by following the simple rules associated with the Metabolic Program.

For the past few years I have been experiencing bad peri and now menopausal symptoms - hot flushes, insomnia, chronic fatigue, aches, brain fog and a lot of weight gain I couldn't budge and bloating. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Leone from Harvesting Health 3 months ago through my personal trainer so we decided as a group to take the Metabolic balance diet. I had a holiday booked over the Christmas period so I wanted to look and feel comfortable. I also has suffered with psyrosis for most of my life knowing that some foods and alcohol trigger my outbreaks. I'm not saying the changes were easy in the beginning, even sometimes thinking, this is too hard, do I really want make these changes. Fantastic experience: Approximately one year ago I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. The Doctors placed me on harmful medication and the side effects seemed far worse than the pain from the arthritis. I was told to have monthly blood tests to make sure my liver continues to function normally. I had a lot of gut issues that no doctors could diagnose and it has been almost 15years of trying to loose weight, eat right and gain my confidence back after having my son. Fantastic experience: I do know Leone well and honestly if I didn't I probably would never of gone to see a naturopath. In saying that I have been super impressed with results from all the things she has helped me with over the years.
