Cliff Top Health Centre

Fantastic experience: I have been using Cliff Top Health Care for over three months due to a severe neck rotation issue and frequent headaches. Previously, I saw another chiropractor for over a year, but the problems persisted. I am extremely grateful that I met Micah, who resolved my neck rotation issue after just two sessions. Micah takes the time to assess and correct the areas of my body contributing to the stress in my neck. As a result, the frequency of my headaches has decreased significantly, and I now feel much better when waking up in the mornings without constant pain in my neck and shoulders. I cannot recommend Micah enough for their exceptional care and attention.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Ara for many years with my whole family, and he has been amazing. Recently I have been coming to see Micah as I had met her at another practice. I love them both, but with Micah I feel like I am being fully seen. She is so incredible, really listens and will go to great lengths to help. She is literally changing my life, all those niggly issues I have had for years are finally going away, and I really couldn't be happier and more grateful for what she has done for me, and my daughter. Fantastic experience: I was told about Ara a few years ago niw as being a super chiro. Me, not keen on chiros as I have this nervous reaction to chiropractic manipulations. I gave him a go. Have been one of his best advocates ever since. He uses a activator device more often than manual adjustments. He nevers says make an appt in 2 weeks, he leaves it to me and I often make one for a month then have no need for it and let them know. My hubby and friends now come here too. Highly recommended.

But, I seen Peter on the website and I'm glad I decided to book in! The man is a wizard and amazing at his job. Fantastic experience: I really wanted to book in with Dr Ara based on recommendations and research but he’s in high demand. Given the grief I was having with my back didn’t feel like waiting 4 months just to get onto his wait list was feasible. But the receptionist informed me about the other doctors available as well as their history and style. She told me Dr Peter Kleemann had been mentored by Dr Ara and had a similar approach with patients being really happy even though most had also originally wanted Dr Ara. So I booked with Dr Peter. Dr Peter spent a lot of time understanding my problem and history in the first session. I felt heard and validated. He and the clinic team had me booked in for X-rays the same day and follow up with him the next day. He gave me a small adjustment before I left my initial appointment. I felt a little nauseous and headachey afterwards but I did notice an immediate improvement. During my follow up appointment, I had my young neurodivergent child with me. Dr Peter was super patient while I juggled my child and engaging as a patient. He was tremendous with his interaction with my child. Dr Peter gave me a detailed verbal report of my issues, what the options are, the outcomes and risks associated with each and his recommendations while collaborating with me to make sure the treatment plan was going to be achievable. I found him to have a very wholistic approach and relatable. He was able to build rapport quickly which made me feel at ease and comfortable. He did another examination and adjustment during my follow up. I cannot believe the difference it has made. My pain has already decreased and my range of motion has dramatically improved. A lot of my stiffness has also reduced. It has instantly improved my sleep. This review has been written very early in my treatment and I have a fair way to go so I’ll try and remember to add to it to give a more complete review from beginning to end.

Negative experience: I was in considerable pain and new to the area and needed urgent help. The receptionist was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful. I will be finding an alternative health centre - one that cares about people.

Peter himself was charismatic, friendly and easy to talk with, making the experience about opening up to how I may have acquired my injuries easier.
