Negative experience: The staff won't let you buy herbs unless you can prove you need them. Laughable. I'm in the store to buy the things that I need, not be told that I don't need them. They're not illegal or regulated, sell me what I'm asking for! It's no wonder people are always sick.

Fantastic experience: Vive is much more than just a health food store. Apart from the amazing goodies in stock, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to listen and help. The supplements they stock are the best and they are never too busy to help you find what you need. The practitioners who work out of Vive are also amazing. I left the area years ago but still travel back because of the fantastic community they’ve created. You’re always welcome at Vive.

He has helped me with my chronic pain as well as nutrition and dietary assistance. He is very approachable, friendly and professional at all times. Ellie has given me great relief with my lower back problem. I am very grateful to Ellie for her expertise as an Osteopath and I find her approach to my treatments thorough and informative. She has a delightful personality which makes my treatment a pleasant experience. Vive’s Organic Food and Health Shop has everything to offer the whole family. They stock an excellent range of health foods and I have always found the service to be professional and friendly. I have recently received Osteopathic treatment from Dr Ellie Plassan from Osteobliss within Vive. Ellie has achieved a result with my chronic neck pain which I did not think was possible and I am extremely grateful to Ellie for her expertise as an Osteopath. I also have regular consultations with Naturopath, Matt Steinacher. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, is very easy to communicate with and he takes great care in providing a very high standard of service to receive the best possible health outcome. I highly recommend the team, service and products available at Vive Health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a frozen shoulder for 7 months and suffered painful days and nights. After the first acupuncture treatment I can now shrug my shoulders, move my arm out in front of me and even undress myself without help - it may seem like a small thing but it’s a huge improvement after only 1 treatment. I look forward to more treatments to see how well I can recover. I just wish I had considered acupuncture sooner

Negative experience: Really disappointed with their customer service. Since moving to the area 6 months ago, I often shop here even though their prices are considerably more expensive than other stores. I asked if I could return some vitamin drops (again not cheap) after opening the box and noticing the seal was cracked and I was told I couldn’t as I had purchased the item in March. I don’t see why they couldn’t return this to the distributor regardless when this was purchased. I explained I only just got around to opening this and given I have been a regular customer if they would allow me to return the product. Again the answer was no. I am disappointed as I think this is a really poor way of treating customers and I certainly won’t purchase from Vive again. A gesture of goodwill goes a long way these days and clearly they are all about profit and not the welfare of their customers.

Positive experience: Good shop. Not the cheapest but that’s organic. Staff friendliness is good and they are helpful and know their products. Members get a discount on Saturday so worth going then.

Negative experience: I have spent a good deal of money here over the years but was very disappointed by the customer service here when I was in yesterday. I use their water bottle service. Yesterday my tag wouldn't work and their software was down but using the online login they could see I had an account that was $70 in credit. Despite this they said I had to pay again to get water - they wouldn't let me get water and take the money off my account when the software was up and running again. It was one of the owners as well which made it hard to swallow. Walked away 'water-less' and very frustrated!

Negative experience: I don't know why but they often seem to lack interest in doing business whenever I speak to any females. I have a large order of supplements on REPEAT business that I wanted to set up with them but it seems they are too busy/lack interest to deal with me over the phone. In the past the male owner has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond which is why I like to go there as often as I can. In fact the male naturopaths who work there have been incredible despite it clearing out my wallet. Oh well, maybe they already have too many customers.

Fantastic experience: Great Organic food and health clinic serving a great range of groceries including a small range of organic fruit and veg, essential oils, water purifiers, organic cleaning products AND a good range or organic wines. Polite and very knowledgeable staff who are only too willing to help.
