Fantastic experience: I am pleased to write a review for Physio Clementine Lepper at the Moreton All Body Care clinic on behalf of my mother, who had an excellent experience during her visit today. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy services. After a few disappointing interactions with other local clinics, which involved booking errors and incomplete assessments, we were relieved to find this clinic. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and my mother received a thorough assessment. Clementine Lepper, the physiotherapist, was exceptional. She exhibited a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion throughout the session. She took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all mum's questions, which put my her mind at ease. It was evident that Clementine had extensive experience in physiotherapy, and she applied her expertise effectively during my mother's treatment. Thank you to Clementine and the staff for providing excellent Physio services.

Fantastic experience: After only two visits with Matt, the Podiatrist, he has fixed the pain I have been having in my feet and calves for over two years. I was being treated elsewhere with no luck. Matt is amazing and very professional and I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend him.

The administration staff have been very friendly and helpful to me in accessing and providing the types of services I require at times and locations suitable to me. The Podiatry services provided to me by Matt have been nothing short of excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt's services and the services of this provider generally to anyone requiring quality and professional help.

So very disappointing and extremely annoying, I’m very annoyed to the point I will no longer use

Fantastic experience: Saw Justin for a painful shoulder injury. Immediately identified the issue (not what I thought it was) and went to work on me. When I hurt it I was thinking at least a month out of the gym but Justin had me back in 2 weeks and back to full weights in 4-5. Best physio I've worked with.

Fantastic experience: Matthew Klibbe is exceptional! I've been to a few podiatrists before and their default seems to be "You need orthotics". Matt has solved foot issues for me with simple, cost effective solutions on two occasions. Very professional, knowledgable and customer-centric.

Positive experience: I have had excellent service at Peak Feet Narangba. I needed temporary orthotics for a Morton's neuroma quickly as I was going overseas and the podiatrist was very happy to help. I felt well cared for and not ripped off. I was able to go back and get replacement thin custom orthotics for a very reasonable price.

Negative experience: Dirty disgusting and unprofessional not impressed 1st visit gave me an ingrown toenail & less than impressive hygiene gave him a 2nd chance & sorry I ever did tried to use same implement cross transferring fungal infection refused to change implement & refused to complete treatment. No handwash/gel used entire visit. No apron or cover over his lap dirty nails etc flicked everywhere! No battery for doplar so refused to do test despite my GP requesting it & being paid for it - ended up having to find a replacement battery as I refused to go till the test was done! When asked if this was acceptable professional & best practice he admitted begrudgingly it was not. Very rude to me after challenging him ignored me while he typed up notes I had to enquire if the session was complete & was I free to go. You can go was the only response. Elderly, young & vulnerable diabetics should definitely avoid this place at all costs!
