Booked in with Gabrielle for a remedial massage, I went in on day two of a migraine, emotional, exhausted and tense. Gabrielle’s care and skill left me speechless. She worked with such intuition and compassion, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more like myself again. It wasn’t just a massage, it was a moment of genuine relief and kindness when I really needed it. So grateful to both Nicole and Gabrielle. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first session with Dwi and all I can say is Amazing have already booked next appointment as she targeted major problem area as I suffer from sciatica on my rightside. This deep tissue massage was intense but felt the relief within seconds. I have been through multiple avenues and can finally say I had my first session with Dwi and it was absolutely amazing! She went straight to the source of my problem—I suffer from sciatica on my right side—and within seconds of her deep tissue work I felt real relief. The massage was intense, but exactly what my body needed. I’ve tried so many different treatments over the years, but this is the first time I’ve walked away feeling like I’ve truly found the answer to my pain. Dwi really knows how to target the nervous system and release that deep stiffness, especially with all the strain my body has been under from having multiple kids. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I could run again, sleep better, and lie comfortably on my back. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Honestly, this was by far the best pain relief I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a pregnancy massage with Olga today and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. I loved being able to lay on my belly in their special pillow so that my back could be actually massaged, unlike other pregnancy massages where you lay on your side and they essentially just rub their hands on you. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I recently received a crystal healing treatment from Olga and was amazed on how relaxed and clear my mind was afterwards. This past month I’ve had a lot going on and nothing I tried could calm my mind racing and my anxiety. Olga was very informative and we discussed what I wanted from the session before we started. It took a good 5-10mins into the session before my mind started to calm and stop racing. I totally zoned out and before I knew it, the treatment had finished. We then discussed what I felt and what Olga felt during the healing and what she felt was spot on to what I was going through. It has now been 3 days since my treatment and I still feel a sense of calm and I haven’t had any anxiety flare ups which is unheard of. I feel like I’ve had a reset emotionally and can now handle anything that may happen. I’m so so glad I went to see Olga and will definitely make it a regular occurrence to stay on top of my mental well being.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Nicole for a few months now regarding some health issues, after having been to countless doctors and getting the same feedback of “continue to monitor” I decided to go down a different route. Nicole has been incredibly helpful and introduced tests I didn’t even know you could do which ultimately discovered the source of my issues. After a couple months of medication I now feel normal again and I can’t thank Nicole enough for that! She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to get them on the right track, helps reduce costs of medication and is very knowledgeable in many areas. She really listened to what my problems areas were and was quite intuitive finding which areas needed the most work, gently stretching and hitting all the right spots. She gave me some great advice on stretches I could do at home also. But the best part... I have not had any lower back spasms since I've left there. It's been months since this has happened. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was delightful too.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from chronic back pain and have done for years. Doctors tell me surgery will help but there is no guarantee, so I find a massage helps cope with the pain. It might only last a day or so and I'm back to square one. Why waste your money then you might ask, well it's not about money to me it's about peace of mind. For that one hour of having someone who is sensitive to my needs and talks and works hard to give me some pain relief, though only for a short time I'm at peace with my pain. So to all the staff at East West, especially Olga thank you. Highly recommend this establishment for there cleanliness and work ethic.

Nicole took her time to listen and recommend some tests we are able to do while I was on chemotherapy she was not in anyway pushy everything was my choice. She charges cost price for your tests and on your follow up appointment you are able to order your products at wholesale price with the recommendations she has made from the results of your tests. You are able to email Nicole throughout your treatment so always feel like you have support with dosages or any tricky side effects. I look forward to getting my health to 100% once my chemotherapy has finished in January and looking and feeling fantastic. Thankyou Nicole!

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have had many massages - some terrific and some not so terrific - however the past few remedial massages done by Olga have been amazing ! I had extremely tight shoulders and not able to move my neck very well and had awful headaches as a result. Olga has been able to loosen my shoulder muscles - release the tension and give me a freedom of neck movement I haven’t had in quite a while. I highly recommend Olga as a remedial massage therapist - she is professional and very capable at what she does.

Fantastic experience: When you first go for a new massage you don't know what to expect and you can only hope that you will feel all your needs will be met and aches and pains disappear.This is the case after your massage with Olga ,she seems to find all the sore spots and massage those aches and pains away .even without me telling her where the problem actually is she is able to feel the soreness in the muscle and relieve the problem . I personally recommend Olga for your next appointment , And the kicker is i have claimed back on my heath insurance, as she is registered for this convenience.But i would have paid double.

We had been to see a specialist who had dismissed our concerns at the time but Nicole took the time to work out what was wrong and how we could improve it. She was very understanding and really looked after me. Fantastic experience: My 10 year old son had really bad warts on his toe. Conventional over the counter treatments had not effect and even a podiatrist said there was little they could do other than burn them out with acid. We saw Nicole and she knew exactly what was wrong. She advised that his immune system was low making it impossible for his body to fight the virus causing the warts. She prescribed a course of treatment and within two months the warts have gone completely. The treatment was easy and painless. Nicole is a very dedicated and caring practitioner ... you feel more like a friend than a patient when you visit her. I would highly recommend her for this kind of treatment and indeed for anything other kind of condition.

Her caring attitude, friendly nature and honest approach to her practice is a breath of fresh air in a world filled with practices that just don't give a damn. I have been suffering with polycistic ovarian syndrome for 10 years now and have had little to no help with controlling or bettering my symptoms. Riddled with consistent pain and a million other hard to deal with symptoms, as well as the scary possibility of infertility it seemed no one else wanted to help or would provide a healthcare plan that actually benefitted me no matter how much I asked. Then along came Nicole and after doing the first hormome test I have ever had (who would have thought a hormone test would help for a hormone disorder!) I was put onto a health plan that ACTUALLY works and has given me relief of so many of my ailments i can function normally and have high hopes for children in the not so distant future. Fantastic experience: Nicole is a very competent, kind,caring and understanding person. Nicole will not just give you medicine, she will talk to you and do research to find out exactly what it is that you need. I had been feeling sick for a long time and the Doctors would say there was nothing wrong. Nicole sat down with me and we went through my symptoms. It turned out that my adrenal gland was not working properly and my melatonin and cortisol levels were to high and my vitamin D was too low. If it wasn't for Nicole i would still be wondering what if anything was wrong with me. I recommend you go and see Nicole and she will make you feel better.
