Fantastic experience: Gigi, you’re a wizard! I’ve been going to Move Easy for about a year now, but yesterday was an absolute game changer. I woke up barely able to walk due to severe back pain, and thankfully I was able to get in straight away with Gigi. She worked her magic, and today I feel like a completely new human! Not only is Gigi incredible at what she does, but all the girls at Move Easy are so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel cared for and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Have been to ash for 4 sessions now and can really feel/see the difference, not only has my pain gone but my range of movement is far better than I can remember it being since pre childbirth. Will continue to see ash and do the exercises she recommends for my back issues and hopefully not be in so much pain again.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Ash and the crew at move easy regularly for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. I've had a few niggly injuries as well as ongoing shoulder pain from an old injury. I've tried many modalities and got huge relief from osteo with Ash. I've also had a few fantastic massages from Tom who's approach is holistic and very thorough. The new ice bath and sauna makes is just the cherry on top! Can't recommend the crew at Move Easy highly enough, they really know their stuff and care for their clients!

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a very experienced and knowledgable osteopath. I literally feel taller when I walk out after an appointment. I highly recommend. Michelle fixed my concerns in a few visits and gave me exercises which mean I now only need to see her for maintenance treatments.

Fantastic experience: Ash helped me through some tough pregnancy pains & after a big long labour she came to my house to treat me & my baby 10 days post birth. After one treatment my epidural headache had significantly improved & my little one had alot more ease with turning her head to either side. Would highly recommend Ash!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Ash was friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. My 7 month had only rolled a couple of times from her back to her belly and I was worried maybe something was restricting her and thought it was worth getting her checked out. After her second session she started rolling straight after we got home and now has no issues with her rolling.

Fantastic experience: Ash is such an amazing Oestopath. I had never been to an osteopath before but she put my mind at ease straight away. She worked wonders on my tight shoulders and chest. I’ve been for three sessions now and the tightness and pain in my shoulders and chest have significantly reduced. Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment by Ash. I had a lot of pain in my leg which she healed with her magic hands. Two visits and I was fine. Also having treatment for a shoulder injury : which is improving too. Its great to receive emails with exercises to speed up the healing. I highly recommend Ash ; she is a fabulous Osteopath and has a lovely personality too. Everybody makes you feel very welcome and I received a good rebate back from my health fund.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Averyl from Move Easy Health Studio. After suffering from hip/pelvis, neck and back pain for a long time and trying many other treatments I finally found something and someone that helps and reduces my pain significantly. I was totally locked up in my muscles and joints and Averyl used a variety of techniques to free the area’s from stiffness and tension. Averyl is exceptional at her job and has an amazing ability to just know the area’s that are causing the pain. If you are in pain do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Averyl. Fantastic experience: I see Ash for osteo and have never had someone so thorough or really listen to me in terms of what’s going on in my body! She is the first health professional to pick up on and work on an issue with my leg, I really can not recommend Ash enough! Then there is Sharni for Kinesiology! Had my first session today and I honestly felt I was having an out of body experience at the end! I feel lighter and clear headed. I feel NEW. Is the best way to explain it!
