Fantastic experience: I have found Laura Manning OT extremely knowledgeable in Lipedema and Lymphedema. Laura is a Vascular OT too and her input and treatment for my Lipedema and Venous issues has given me hope and measures to manage my conditions. I found the Practice Manager and Reception staff friendly and helpful too. If you have Lipedema or Lymphedema having Laura on your management team I say is a MUST do in getting the correct information and treatment. Bottom line she cares and treats me with respect and listens. Have already recommended a friend to Laura for treatment.

We have seen dozens of physios over the years and have never come across a practitioner so knowledgeable, experienced and caring. Kate is exceptionally talented and strives to understand exactly what's going on for us in every single session. We always leave with a clear understanding of the path forward and feeling like we are in such good hands. Kate really goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about her patients. I recently sustained a major injury and Kate was instrumental in helping me navigate the process through to surgery. Fantastic experience: What an amazing place I was introduced By Laz from studio Pilates next door to Kate the physio who managed to steer me through a spinal bulge with severe nerve compression to 12 weeks later no nerve compression and only minor bulge Kates ability as a Physio is Outstanding if your are lucky enough get an apoointment with her you are blessed. I owe my ability to walk without the fear of falling to Kate and Laz for introducing me and I can't recommend them more highly I was also helped with massage by Mitch & Diet By Caren who are both excellent at what they do at alchemy in motion

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kate, with mid back, neck and shoulder problems, since November 2019. She is friendly and caring whilst remaining extremely professional. Kate treats any issues accordingly, referring for appropriate scans if needed and I walk away from each session feeling great. She also advises me of my progress, when I can cut down on appointments or when she would recommend more appointments and she gives me exercises that are easy to do with no equipment. The reception staff at Alchemy In Motion are always friendly and happy to help with any appointments making or rearranging. She has a wealth of knowledge around pelvic health and has been able to support me in my pregnancy journey offering a multitude of strategies and exercises to best prepare for birth. She truly is an absolute gem in her field and is by far my most favourite professional I've ever been to see based on everything she offers.

Negative experience: I seen a pelvic floor physiotherapist here 9 months ago for my first pregnancy. The physiotherapist I seen questioned some of my choices (unrelated to her field of “experience”) and I felt extremely belittled and judged, to the point that I felt too uncomfortable to go back. Unfortunately I ended up with some pelvic floor issues after giving birth which perhaps could have been avoided if I hadn’t have had such a negative experience and instead received the support and coaching I had been seeking.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ocean who has to be the best pelvic floor Physiotherapist in Noosa by far! She has an amazing ability to break down the technical information into something that’s easy to understand. There is no bias to any particular method apart from what is best for you! After having completed the antenatal classes at the Hospital, I was still left with lots of unanswered questions and going through my first pregnancy it’s scary enough without feeling like you're in the dark. Ocean answered them all in a language I could understand and related them back to my specific situation. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

He is a kind and honest person who has a true commitment to continual learning, self improvement and professional growth and mastery. He is passionate about Physio and open minded about holistic techniques and that really helps with positive patient outcomes. Ready with a hearty and authentic laugh, it makes for not only an effective appointment, but a complete one as well. I always felt assured referring my clients to Scott for Physiotherapy care and enjoyed being one his clients myself.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Kate Watts for a rotator cuff injury over the last couple of months. I have been so impressed in a number of ways. After my first visit, she took the time to contact my PT to discuss appropriate exercises for me, without my having to try to relay the 'do's and the dont's'. So when I next turned up at the gym, a new program was already in place. She set some clear and achievable exercise goals, and even followed up post Xmas via email to ask how I was travelling. My shoulder is now almost fixed, and I am very grateful for the care and attention I have received. Would highly recommend both Kate and this Practice!

Kate has listened to my exercise goals and worked the treatment plan around them. She is absolutely lovely and definitely knows her stuff. With Robin I have found what excellent really is. Alice the co-owner & the rest of the team have specialised knowledge covering all problems. On top of that they are all compassionate caring people who constantly go above & beyond their duty of care.The practice Managers, Erica & Holly personify this as soon as you arrive. Fantastic experience: After a horrific car accident and living in Noosa for the past couple of years, Alchemy in Motion is by far the best physiotherapy I come across. Due to the extent of damage to my body I was unable to walk to for nearly a two years. I have seen Robyn and Alice for my pelvic floor (who both are actually the top two pelvic floor referrals from my colorectal surgeon Dr. Timothy Slack) and Scott and Brenden for my skeletal and muscle rehabilitation as they have helped me walk for the first time in a long time. Since I have had extensive nerve, bone and muscle damage, their progressive mindset and their research into the latest treatments has help me function once more. From my experience in the past couple of years I believe this team is much more dedicated and more disciplined when it came to me staying on the rehab pathway than the other physios I have been to in Noosa. I have to thank the whole team for their constant care and skill set in such a complex case of my body.

Fantastic experience: I was recently holidaying in Noosa and booked in for the Physio lifting class taken by Brendan Clarke. As it turned out I was the only attendee that day so I basically got a tailored work out that was specific to my injuries and improving my weaknesses. Brendan really focuses on your form and by doing a few corrections to my technique I was able to do a lot of things pain free for the first time in ages. Obviously I was lucky that no one else turned up that day but I'm sure if they had I would still have gained a lot of useful info. I highly recommend these sessions and Brendan, particularly if you are working with an injury that is impacting on your lifts. Donna S.
