Fantastic experience: Dr Brendan has been working on my back for quite some time now and I have felt an incredible difference in my upper back and neck. He his very thorough and informative and always surprises me he can find painful points just by looking at posture. Hes no mess around, in and out service is very convenient when busy, but doesnt rush you so fast to ignore your conditions. Initial consults are very thorough and explained what to expect and the timeline Ingham it can be done. The reception staff are also amazing and very friendly, always happy to say hello and converse with you before and after your appointment. Highly recommend for everyone

Fantastic experience: Great service friendly welcoming patient and understanding Detailed evaluation and assessment which informed a thorough and detailed personalised care plan Gave detailed explanation of what happens during the chiropractic process Impressive service provider I have seen many chiropractic providers these guys share their knowledge so you can understand what’s happening to your body and how it responds to trauma. I could move easily without discomfort almost immediately.

Negative experience: I felt I was processed like a production line with a sign me up "gym membership" feeling at the end. The worst part is being manipulated in an open room with two other beds. The clients in the waiting room hear everything as the whole set up is an open plan. I prefer to be treated as a human, not a weekly $78 towards their corporate goal.

Fantastic experience: I cannot believe the difference Dr Brendan has made to my back. Would highly recommend Summerland Health Chiropractic. All the staff are exceptional and make you feel like you belong there. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: I had a pretty negative experience with these guys. There is a significant privacy issue with the manner in which they run their practice with multiple patients in the 'treatment area' at the same time, seeing each-other being adjusted and clearly hearing all aspects of their treatment. I also found the practitioners varied in their approach, to completely ignoring the presenting issue to being very focused on the presenting issue. However, having a lack of continuity of care resulted in very different results, from addressing the issue to increased pain. It felt very cookie cutter the way the business is set up. Everyone gets an xray of their spine and they draw lines over them giving the impression that they know something about interpreting xray images. All the while completely ignoring radiologist report, one might say the real medical report. I just wouldn't recommend these guys. Edit: To reiterate, my experience is that treatments and conversations re. Ongojng treatments were conducted in an open room with clear view of other patients. There are laws regarding this, and this should be addressed. The argumentative, and snippy response to this feedback should speak volumes to the quality and maturity of the individuals operating this business.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Brendan and Dr. Ken and the amazing team at PMQ, not only the the Dr’s great to talk to the ladies at reception are extremely friendly and helpful and great to get along with and make you feel comfortable. I’ve suffered with a painful lower back for years resulting in my self to give up sport for a few years because of ongoing injuries. I decided to give chiropractors a go and see if it could help and after the first meeting with them I knew I was in safe hands and felt extremely comfortable. Because of these guys I was able to get back into sport and enjoy the entire season to come out grand final winners I don’t think it would have been possible without there help. Fantastic experience: We were having a light conversation to Dr Brendan outside work hours when he noticed our 4 month old baby girl wasn't "straight". We took on board his recommendation on having an consultation at his practice. Dr Brendan and his staff are extremely professional and considering the hesitation for our baby girl - she seems to be more alert and looks way more comfortable when either feeding, playing or the simple cuddle. Negative experience: If you want to: - get slotted straight into a 12mth chiropractic only "posture correction" financial commitment (with no strength building or ergodynamic assessment in daily life to ensure any sort of "treatment plan" works) regardless of why you need a chiro in the first place, - be put in an open treatment arena with other clients 1metre away on either side of you, - have to check yourself in and have your medical records on display in the actual treatment area to all and sundry - then also have to disclose your personal health in the same open room with other patients there.... . this is the place for you!! Worst chiro appointments of my life ever. Despite requests to go very gently for a niggle in my neck after painting a ceiling, it was the most brutal neck adjustment I've ever had and 10mths later I'm still stopped in my tracks from it. I had a doubts from initial chat but persevered (sadly). A request for recommendations for a chiro on a local FB page had several of us coming out of the woodwork with significant ongoing painful injuries from our "adjustments" at this clinic and all have been glossed over and dismissed. Its too many people. If you actively work people to do positive reviews that only means you are committed to current marketing strategies - its not a sign of competence or care. I cannot help but feel many of them read quite scripted as well. For example - the equipment is nothing new or special except for the administration Ipad to check yourself in.. and also, look at the same timing patterns.... seems very suss to me. Especially as many of the other reviewers usually don't write more than one or two lines for other reviews if they even do that. I understand chiro is not an exact science and things can go wrong, so I make my call on how someone reacts when they do. Things for far too many of us are not okay after attending this practice. A great money making business does not mean great health results for clients- even if the owners present as nice people. To not care if a client has ended up way worse after a treatment is the worst. I hope time will tell as word gets around.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe back pain post birthing my first baby, along with managing ongoing spinal issues, and Brendan was able to help me immensely with my pain management from our very first session. Being able to have Brendan there to support me through my second pregnancy was a huge help also. He really turned things around for me.
