Fantastic experience: We have really enjoyed the last 6 months of ordering Aussie Farmers. We especially love the meal boxes. If ever an issue we just call up and the team always sorts it out. Some times we have even had some lovely presides in our orders which are always lovely surprises!!

Negative experience: I got scammed today by Aussie farmers direct - I opened my door and there was a box filled with groceries I didn't order. I checked my bank account and was charged $40 for groceries I didn't ask for. I called the company and no one wanted to talk about it or give a solution for it. All they were saying was you signed the paper and gave us your credit details, therefore we can do whatever we want with your money even send you products without you asking for them. So to all future costumers beware for your money. The door salesperson will tell you everything to sign you on paper and after that you are in their hands. Beware.

Fantastic experience: I loved my first week of WW Aussie Farmers. The box of fresh food was on my doorstep when I got up and felt like a present! The recipes were great and so simple to prepare - I’m learning to cook as well as lose weight (and my husband is happy too!)

Fantastic experience: One of the best home food delivery services. The range has continued expanding for a number of years now, and covers most of what you'd need in terms of fresh food. I find the prices for most things are somewhat more expensive than you'd find at physical establishments, but the delivery has been consistently reliable for years and the service in general can't be faulted. Any rare bad items are quickly compensated. The ordering interface is convenient and all in all it's just a good service.

Negative experience: Avoid this company. My fiance made an account and checked it out but never bought anything. Today she received a box in the mail. When she called to tell them they made a mistake, they tried to convince her she made the order, and then told her she couldn't return it and tried to make her pay for it. They said they'd call her back in 10 minutes but then never did. Absolute scam, I wonder how many people they've stung this way.

STOP delivering at ridiculous hours of the morning to my neighbours in Glen Iris Victoria rego 1BF-4KW). This is my fourth request. Today on the 4th Jan 2018, I am again Woken at 2:10 am, last time it was 3:20 am. It is NOT good enough to have a truck with headlights and air conditioner on blaring away in your drive way , completing orders whilst completing your deliveries. Please Pick better times or alternatively a differing route........If you truely care about customers and your business please stop these ridiculous times of delivery and RESPECT the neighbours that are impacted by your business. Negative experience: UX has improved but back-end functionality still slow. Paypal connectivity dropped out and eventually closed the browser window. Ended up sitting on telephone hold music for ten minutes trying to work out if the payment was processed. Inefficient and non-competitive.

Fantastic experience: Love waking up on Monday morning and finding the boxes of produce on my doorstep including milk, bread, meat and fruit and vegetables for the week. Farmers Direct helps me to organise my week and keeps me out of the supermarket where like many people I tend to impulse buy and spend way too much. I have found their meal boxes a good option as it means I always know what is for dinner and I have everything I need on hand. I have been hyper-pleased with quality of the goods and the service. All deliveries are well iced as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving products for quite some time. I like the friendly attitude of the persons who bring the deliveries. We actually meet them since the mid-night deliveries ceased. There is a wide range of goods to choose from even though my orders are limited by the specific tastes of my boarders. The quality is great and, if on a rare occasion, I am not happy my local dealer is very willing to work things out with me. Well done, Aussie farmers!

Fantastic experience: We first tried Aussie Farmers ‘meal order’ during a special promotion they had and it was perfect for our family. We now have it set to deliver each week to cover for the work / daycare days and it makes those dinner times a breeze!!

Fantastic experience: Having my groceries automatically delivered to me with tasty recipes is as absolute godsend. It means I don’t have to waste energy menu planning (which I hate) and I don’t have to battle the local supermarket and buy a stack of stuff I don’t actually need. Plus knowing that I’m supporting Aussie industry is an added bonus. Can’t recommend them strongly enough. (Even if we do end up with more cous cous and rice that we know what to do with!!!!)

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed was sent produce that was nearly out of date, order was very expensive and definitely not worth it, when l asked for a refund on the products that were out of date they credited my account l have contacted them 5 times and asked for a refund to my credit card 5 weeks later that still has not happened. NEVER AGAIN

Negative experience: just got my order, withered capsicum, oranges with dried spotty black skins and the 2 punnets of strawberry covered with mould in the middle of the punnet. also the steaks look to have been cut by a 2 year old very thin on one end and about an inch thick at the other! prices are really high, cut out the middle man but charge 2 x supermarkets etc. was willing to give them a go to support farmers but never again.

Fantastic experience: So impressed with Aussie Farmers Direct after searching forever for a good vegetable delivery service. The veges we have received have been so fresh and tasty and its good to know we are supporting the farmers. Everything is packaged so well, the website is fantastic, and they are lovely to deal with over the phone. I'd recommend them to anyone :-)

Negative experience: Used the service a few times and liked it but last week got charged $21 for a veg box and it never arrived. They told me they would not refund as their delivery driver said it was delivered. No longer a customer.
Positive experience: Local Aussie food, delicious fresh fruit and veges. Whenever we've had something not delivered it's been corrected. Our local manager is a ray of sunshine and we love getting fruit & veg delivered to our door. We've only stopped deliveries a few times thinking it's expensive and the cardboard box waste upsets me!
Negative experience: First order was missing items ad the food especially the meat was really average. It's like they send out the cuts no one would buy at the supermarket if they had a chance to see what they were buying. Got online to cancel yet the next order still arrived missing more items. Would not recommend this company
Negative experience: Really disappointed as a first time customer. i went to the freeze festival at fountain gate and was stopped by 2 people from Aussie Farmers Direct. They seemed nice but gave me incorrect information. They set my account up and placed a box in my basket for my order and told me i could change this order or cancel at anytime before 12pm on Friday. They put in a code to give me free staples (eggs, milk, juice) and gave me a voucher code and told me when i go home to also add this voucher code on as well and i will get $25 off my shop as well. I had not added the $25 code into my order because on the Friday morning i decided i would not go ahead with my order and i cancelled it. Next thing i know they have taken money out of my account and dropped the order off on my door step the saturday morning!!!! I was charged $79.00 without the discount and i was annoyed that the order was not cancelled. i decided i would just have the order but wanted my $25 discount that i was promised so i rang them but they weren't open on weekends, so i rang today to get the $25 refund. I spoke with someone who was very nice and said that he had to speak to the managers and would call me back. He called me back and said they could not refund the money as 2 promo codes can not be used in the same order. i was really annoyed now by this stage as i didn't even want the order in the first place and i was told by their employees that i was able to get this discount. i told him to cancel all future orders and that i would never be dealing with them again as i was so upset with given wrong information, order not being cancelled and then not able to get a refund!!! Bad customer service. Whats the big deal with giving me the $25 off considering i didnt ask them to take back the whole order! I'm outraged especially as i am single mum and every cent counts!!!!!
Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for three years and always had great service. Wonderful to wake up to fresh food on the doorstep. Plus, it's good to know that farmers are getting a fair price for their produce.
Fantastic experience: I love getting good quality food, from a good quality company supporting Aussie farmers. Each week i get 5 full dinner meals delivered to my door for a mere 89 bucks. I always have left overs so really its more dinner and lunches. I can swap out my order every week if I want but if I dont have time because works crazy I know that Ill get a delivery that week for my food box no dramas and we are fed for the week.I think the people who rated poorly didnt read the terms or understand how AFD actually works.

Fantastic experience: I received my first order on Monday and the produce is incredibly fresh and of a much higher quality than anything i've previously acquired from a chain or grocery store. The multigrain/sourdough and the olive bread loaves were fresh and delicious, and the fruit & vegetables are juicy and rich (not to mention far less steroidal...). With regards to the website, it's simple to navigate and implicit that the orders will be ongoing until you expressly cancel on your account. It's essentially like a membership with no contractual obligation. Possibly a few of these reviewers shouldn't be providing their financial details online...

Negative experience: Terrible business. The website is impossible to navigate and is very unclear, almost set up to sting people. You can easly be sent boxes due to them sending out more as the 'default' setting is to just keep sending more weekly. I got one box delievered, wasnt happy so i didnt order anymore, but got calls every few days from them saying i was a long standing customer and and my next order would be 25% off. BUT in order to get this 25% off i would have to place a order over the phone and i could if i wanted to cancel this any time after. Everything about this business is set up to 'trick' and decieve customers, weather it be with the cold calling calls you get on a regular or the website. DONT USE, i suggest you use Hello Fresh or something, its so much easier.
Negative experience: Be very careful with this outfit. They never mention on sign up that you must cancel and or manage your order weekly or it will repeat indefinitely. Veggies fresh though. But not cheaper than your email local market.
Negative experience: Food was reasonable however BEWARE they keep sending you food weekly as it is their "default' order so even If you only want a one off delivery they'll keep coming and you'll keep getting charged!! There is nothing on the invoice either and they dont email you another invoice just take money from your card!
Negative experience: I ordered mixed fruit and vegetables to try it Out, when I received it, the food was horrible and went off very quickly! I never wanted to purchase again but didn't know there was an option for weekly or fortnightly delieveries. They had a delivery shut down so didn't hear anything for two weeks than noticed $80 to be missing from my account for another box which I didn't want. When I called they stated it was too late to be stopped and I would have to pay for disgusting fruit and vegetables. The customer service rep was fantastic however he didn't resolve my issue. Do not buy any fresh produce that you want to last more than 2 days!
