Negative experience: I arrived on time, and th GP asked me about my name at the reception, and told me that my name was not recorded there!?? The receptionist a day before, confirmed my appointment, and tried to end the call without giving me the chance to write down their exact address!! Then the GP told me that he provides children services only!!!! It was a waste of time. Be careful not to use such unprofessional and unethical service.

Negative experience: Disgusting! Made an appointment as im with a private insurance. I arrived on time only to find out that they cannot accommodate us. Didn’t even checked our named and Bupa insurance. Definitely not recommended.

Negative experience: The practice is owned, managed and staffed by Md Shoriotullah. After my experience of the “care” I received, I caution anyone considering an appointment here to find an alternative healthcare provider. I also encourage those who have had similar negative experiences with this practitioner to file a complaint with OHO.

Negative experience: Didn’t have good experience with Dr. Shoriotullah. I took my mom to clinic as she had severe body pain. The doctor didn’t have any interest in listening to the patient at all. All he wanted was us to answer his questions. My mom had back pain including some pain on leg as well as the pain was radiating everywhere. The doctor said he is only gonna look after back pain only and not gonna look at leg because he thinks leg is a different issue and he said that we will have to pay extra 70$. I said “ I don’t have problem with that” I understand one issue policy. But here the issue was the “ Pain” not only the back or leg. How come the leg pain and back pain could not be related? As I clearly told him Pain was radiating. How come he couldn’t understand it? The problem is he is not ready to listen to the patient at all. Me being a registered nurse in QLD health, I have some health literacy as well whatever issue the patient come with the doctor should at least have some patience to listen to the patient. At least have some patience to listen to the medical history???At least do some blood pressure check !. He didn’t even do that? The doctor said that we can go back to whatever doctor where we showed leg before. I don’t know how he is working as a doctor if he is not ready to listen to his patient at all, he looked like he was rushing to check patients, receptionist was really nice but the doctor seemed to look like he is there to do just make money rather than give person-centred care. No one in this country deserves such treatment. Very rude and arrogant doctor.

Negative experience: I originally gave a 1 star review with no comment and had to add one when I saw their reply. How unprofessional can you get! Yes, believe it or not, it is possible to provide 1 star service at the first visit. I left this review 3 weeks after my appointment because that's how long it took me to start getting better after your doctor prescribed me the completely wrong antibiotic. I developed a severe chest infection that lasted weeks because he gave me something that's less effective and only meant for people with penicillin allergies. I could have been hospitalised. But no, all you care about is your 1 star review. Very telling.

Negative experience: This clinic is more about making money and not a person-centred care. I was made to return to the clinic in 5 different occasions taking time off work, studies and other commitments. Just found out today that it could have been completed in 2 visits for the set of tests and vaccinations I needed for my placement (majority of other colleagues were able to do so). Wasted so much time and effort for their financial gain. They made it sound like I had no choice but to come back so often, and I was misinformed in couple of things that other professionals told me otherwise. I had no idea until this week… I feel played.

Positive experience: These reviews confuse me I went today and the doctor was fantastic helpful and very lovely as was the receptionist. The only thing to be mindful of is they have a long list of things they don’t do however they make you read it at the beginning so you can always leave if you need those things. Very helpful doctor

Negative experience: The doctor is arrogant and rude! I came in with my daughter, I was nice the whole time, I look at stupidity from above and leave them in their misery I don’t even say a word. But I want to leave a review. So we both had a flu like symptoms were sick for a week and I needed a medical certificate for my teacher. He started being rude from the beginning, asked so which one is going to be observed, did not wait for my answers I said just my daughter and that I need a certificate for only one of us anyway, and he started going on and on about how this should not be done, why only one is observed, he will charge for gap costs, bla bla bla told me I should go to other doctor, that he can’t understand my Mandarin accent although I am not even Chinese, my accent is really good compared to his, who is Indian himself and is not native speaker at all. Eventually both of us were checked and I think that was right decision, but he then did not even talk to me just ignored my presence like doing it by force. Complete clown!!!! Another proof that Indian people are actually racist themselves and think only about charging. You should listen to your patient first at least give a chance to explain the situation before being judgmental and showing everybody you’re the Doctor! What a joke! You are not smart as you think you are!!! Even though my insurance pays for it, I really regret he got the money!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible service the doctor couldn’t wait to rush me out the door. Told me I would be best going to my usual GP (May I add where did he get this assumption I had another doctor). The particular service I was requesting a referral to. He told me I didn’t qualify. A quick google search when I left confirmed that this to be untrue. On to a more professional GP with manners.

Negative experience: I had a truly TERRIBLE experience with Dr. Md. Shoriotullah. His condescending attitude, mockery of my questions, and dismissive behaviour during a basic blood test request left me feeling disrespected and belittled. He basically laughed in my face, it made me feel very upset. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. I strongly advise others to avoid this doctor and seek care elsewhere.

They wanted us to book four appointments, one for consultation regarding cold and flu, one for repeat prescription, one for getting blood tests and one for report collection. This center is a total joke. Don’t waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars service

Negative experience: Can't give less than 1 star. It was my first time visiting to be told straight away I was Dr Md Shoriotullah last patient and felt a sense of being rushed.. luckily I looked up at one stage and he was pointing at me to come in to his room, didn't even say hello, didnt even sit down and stood OVER me the whole time. I went for sinus problems for him to tell me it's just "covid" and that I am putting other people's lives at risk for sitting in his room. Didn't even check my nose or ears with the problems I came in for. I have tested myself every day for the past week in regards to covid and he did not listen to me. I haven't felt sick whatsoever or have the flu. So rude, unprofessional, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and want to cry. NEVER RETURNING. He should have his licenses removed after seeing everyone's reviews. I should have checked first. ***UPDATE I went to another doctor and turns out I have a sinus infection and need fluid drained.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed, dr want me to take 4 appointments for 1 issue, 1st, checkup for litterly 30 to 40seconds, 2nd for repeat prescription, 3rd for blood test, and 4th for collection of blood test. unbelievable

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I've had with a doctor (MD Shoriotullah), a rude and arrogant man who refused to address my single health issue, or to write a referral so I'd be able to return to my specialist to have it treated (which the specialist had asked that I do), saying that it would "make the specialist unhappy if he didn't write a proper letter" and that he "didn't have the time". The guy will waste your time and happily take the government's money for it - avoid at all costs.

Positive experience: the doctor was fine but their policy sucks. they bulk bill for first 10 minutes but after they want to charge $70!!!! how are we suppose to know how long they want to take??? i won't go there again.

Negative experience: Today the Doctor running late let me waitting more then 25 minutes.When I saw the Doctor, he said if I want ask two proplems within one appointment I have to pay $40 extra.Also I can not make other appointment as the same day.That means if I don't pay $40 I have to stand pain until tomorrow.This is disgusting policy! Negative experience: Pretty disappointed with my experience today. Booked in with Dr. Shoriotullah as I had chest pains. All he did was do an ECG which was found normal and then wrote me a letter to be sent off to the ER to further investigate? The main reason why I booked with a GP is to avoid going to the ER?! Thought he would refer me to a cardiologist or something…. Aren’t you supposed to be a DR who knows what to do next?

Negative experience: I had a medical check up for a high blood pressure concern, so went to a nearly GP. End up a never ending blood test, ultrasound. I explained I have a family background of high blood pressure and he insists to check blood and urine at the first place, and will be ultrasound for kidney as well. Finished the blood test, everything is fine but one of the reading of liver a bit high (this may be related alcohol consumption, he ask me if I had drink, but I cannot remember at the scene) . Then, he turn his ultrasound direction to liver. And another blood test afterwards. I think it is far away from my blood pressure concern. Dr. MD Shoriotullah treat me unprofessionally, rude, he doesn't explain the report details and what reading is high and what is the normal level. This place is a joke, every time I visit, he makes me do testing, no medical advise whatsoever and takes$ 39.75 I am not recommend this medical center for anyone who want to get yourself better, unless you want to attend never ended medical check up. I will not go there again.

Fantastic experience: Best and most reliable GP I’ve been to! From the moment you make a booking to actually getting treated, you are well taken care of. The staff are very professional and welcoming. Dr Shoriotullah and his team always takes the time to ensure I am getting the best possible treatment.

Came in and said my son had a cough for over a week the doctor doesn’t think to check his chest and just tells me to go get a covid test when I’ve already done one and it was negative! Still proceeds to hand me a referral which I threw in the bin and I demanded antibiotics. Why are we paying these people when we tell them what we require anyway! Waste of space this surgery is. I only go as my usual is booked out .

Negative experience: This company is unprofessional and unhelpful. When coming in for an appointment I was told you "have to leave" and "your time is up." I was showed the door and was kicked out of my appointment before I could recieve the prescription I came in to get. Keep in mind my time was wasted with the Dr running in and out of the room in-between conversation. Never coming back that's for sure.

Negative experience: I booked for an appointment for a COVID booster shot. Firstly I had to re-enter info. already entered via the HealthEngine booking form. Secondly,their paper form collected unnecessary info (data mining?) Thirdly I waited over 20 mins after my alloted time..without even an apoligy! ..not sure what is the oroblem? Good location.....major shopping centre...

Negative experience: WORST DOCTOR EVER. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Went to this joke of "medical" centre for a serious knee injury. The "Dr" gave me referrals for X-ray and MRI. When results came back the "Dr" just read the test conclusion and stated "you have nothing just take neurophen". Went to another place for a second opinion which turned out I had a serious ligament I injury. I have a lot of respect for people who are capable of deal with health conditions. This "doctor" is the biggest joke.

Negative experience: WORST DOCTOR EVER This place is an absolute JOKE. If you want to get your condition treated, never EVER go to this place. Dr MD Shoriotullah is by FAR the WORST doctor I have seen in my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. He was rude, impatient, unprofessional and incompetent. When I told him my condition he kept interrupting me and not letting me finish and thus neglected key information before diagnosing me. He didn't even have a computer in the room to note down my symptoms or check my medical history. He just proceeded to give me a hasty diagnosis, and when I questioned it, he started lecturing me on why I shouldn't listen to my other doctors and why he was correct. What a self-righteous, egotistic and unprofessional doctor? Bear in mind, I had a simple condition and the doctors I previously went to were all able to give me a proper diagnosis and prescribe the right medicine.

Negative experience: Total waste of time. Phoned, asked if they do covid19 vaccinations and booked an appointment after discussing. When i travelled in, they refused to give me my requested vaccination. So I now do not have my booster because of their policy. It quickly became apparent they were not good at personal service of their patients and I was just being treated as a number. Avoid.

Negative experience: Receptionist is very unprofessional. GP feels like he just wants to rush patients in and out fast. Had a phone consult the second time even though I said no need, receptionist said to book it anyway and they called me twice at the wrong time. Picked up on the third time and he felt the need to tell me that I didn’t pick up - when I clearly stated to receptionist only after a certain time due to work? All he stated was what I already knew from USS. GP then asked me to stay on the phone while he prints my report, however confirmed with me that he had nothing more to say after? The longer I stay on the phone, the more Medicare can claim. Self explanatory.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. My GP is Doctor Shoriotullah. He listen my problem with care and his solutions work very well.

Negative experience: This family practice is by far, the worst my family has been to, the Receptionist was rude, and did not wear her face mask the correct way, and gave my child a lollipop, without even asking us, if it was okay, the chairs were plastic and the practice was filthy We were made to wait outside for the appointment. Dr. Shoriotullah came outside to greet us, and had to explain 3 TIMES what was the problem, was unprofessional, and very contradictory. We were taken to a room, that looked like a storage room, a desk with a box, and two plastic chairs you'd have at a BBQ. The Dr. (If you can call him that) checked our child's ears, without a cap on it. When through a very contradictory explanation. When onto say nothing about a virus, said "as per the Public Health directives, you should get her covid tested" not giving his professional opinion, only referring back to the directive, I asked him again, should our child be tested, and he said yes, oh, but as per the directives you should, but if you don't want to you don't have to, haha. Didn't say whether our child had a virus, said "She might need antibiotics, but I'm not sure" Do not go to this practice! Disgusting.

Negative experience: WORST medical experience of my life. Dr Shoriotullah was rude, dismissive, judgemental and uninterested in listening to my problem. He had finished his consult in less than 5 minutes and I left feeling far more worse about ju situation than I had when I stepped into the centre. If you are looking to change Gp, second opinion or need immediate care, do not consult this particular physician, he has zero bed side manners and I don’t think he particularly enjoys being a doctor and helping patients. Will not be attending this practise again. As a 3rd year medical student myself I think I’d be floored if one of my future patients ever walked out feeling the way I did.

Negative experience: Dr MD Shoriotullah is rude and unprofessional doctor and so does the receptionist. My 6 year old boy has Asthma and he often gets sick with dry cough. My bad luck that I booked appointment with GP plus. The moment we walked in Receptionist treated really weird asked us to sit outside in the shopping centre hallway. They just assumed my son has coronavirus. Here am thinking when our turn comes doctor will call us inside. Surprisingly Dr MD came outside with his stuff, started checking my son in the shopping centre , people who were walking around looked at us really weird. Dr did not bother to check his ears and throat. He is rude to talk to and no manners what so ever. They really made me angry when I saw receptionist coming out with the weight checker to check my son’s weight. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Fantastic experience: The doctor give you so accurate information and has a strong knowledge. I was always going there when I was living close by.(went to quit lot of doctors but I settled this doctor) I moved out from the area so not going there now but I'd go there if I have any trouble my condition is keep coming back not getting better seeing other doctors. Always welcomed walk in I think it's because of the location behind the Daiso a little hard to find for people who's just walking in the shopping centre not looking from Google map. But you would keep going this doctor once you went there he knows a LOT. He is a professional. Really. Definately recommended.

Negative experience: Dr Shoriotullah is beyond rude, abrupt and runs around tryng to get patient after patient in and out. Clearly more interested in the money than people and my visit with him was very unpleasant. As I am a nurse, have Doctors within the family, I know what doctors can prescribe, and that is ANYTHING they want to within reason. This doctor flat out ignored what I had to say, my situation, papers I had to show him and showed me the door. Not a good GP and would not recommend.

Negative experience: Dr Jihan was 45minutes late to work! It opened at 8am and she didn’t show up until 8:45am. Patients were waiting all this time and then even more time to get through them all. Absolutely not acceptable!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been using GP Plus since its opening. They are always friendly, and provide a very professional service.

Negative experience: I got serious urinary track infection, the doctor said you just got a flu, go rest home. Next day through a different medical centre, I finally knew the causes for all the pain I had. Don’t go to this clinic if you want to get better before it gets worse
