Fantastic experience: Ruth Priscilla, a massage therapist, operates out of Vibe Natural Health (Grange Q) rooms several times a week. Not only is Ruth a great therapist but she truly listens and acts on your body responses to her treatment. She is a strong advocate for treatment that doesn't cause more pain to her client. Having a condition which causes chronic pain, conventional massages simply cause more pain, hence my embracing Ruth's method. Ruth's massage method is somewhat similar to the Feldenkreis philosophy which I have followed for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend you support Ruth in her efforts to provide an effective massage experience without the pain.

Fantastic experience: I slowly hobbled in to see Emily the first time and after 1 session could walk not hobble out. She is really in tune with how your body responds to adjustments and adjusts the treatment accordingly. Twice a week visits and a compressed L4/5 disk is on the mend. It’s no exaggeration to say that her massages are the best I’ve had in my life (and I’ve treated myself to a lot!). She uses a range of different techniques and tailors each massage to focus on the areas you need and leave you feeling so much better as you walk out. The girls on the front desk are always welcoming and smiley. I generally use the online booking system and find it quick and easy. I’ve recommended Vibe and Ruth to many of my friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a pregnancy massage today with Ruth and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had! My only regret is only booking in for a 45 minute massage instead of the longer treatment! I will be back for sure.

Fantastic experience: I tried acupuncture for recurring lower back pain. I’ve had plenty of physio, chiro, and anti inflammatories in the past. Suzzanne Sunner has helped the pain to ease completely and unlike other treatments, it has lasted. I am also sleeping so much better and have had fewer migraines. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Vibe Health and Elysia as my naturopath for several years now. The service and care they provide is second to none. The support before, during and after pregnancy has been incredible. Elysia shows genuine interest and care in your needs and strives to help you feeling your very best. The reception team are also fantastic, consistently helping with appointments and supplement needs. Just recently I was run down with covid and Julie (one of the reception team) offered to drop my vitamins on her way home from work. So incredibly kind- definitely not in the job description but it just shows who they are as a centre and the genuine care they provide. Always a pleasure visiting Vibe!

Negative experience: Nothing good to say as I didn't even get in the door. I missed my first appointment due to a family emergency - and was open about it. The first staff understood and honoured me to re-book as a good gesture however a few days later I recieved an email telling me that they weren't going to honour it? Poor handling of clients = poor business IMO. I'm going elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! ....In regards to your comment below, nice post, but you are failing to mention that there was verbal communication and that you (as in your business) did initially understand my situation and have no issue ...until someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to just change their mind and pretend like it wasn't already addressed? This is a bit sad and upsetting to to me and to learn that rather than actually acknowledging the situation or honouring what your own staff said and actioned - you would rather double down to prove yourself right? If you had clear communication from the beginning, we wouldn't be in this situation. I since day 1 was very honest and transparent - and that's all I expect back in return.

Fantastic experience: After trial and error of trying to find the right massage place for my pregnancy treatments I have finally come across Vibe Natural Health and haven’t looked back. They are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. On top of this I love the consistnacy of the massage therapist and the comfort of pregnancy pillows with the ability to lie comfortably on my belly. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Didn't expect it to work, but wow!!

Negative experience: Being a mother of more than 2 children (I have 5), I am struggling to find a supportive acupuncturist who will not judge me. It's hard enough dealing with rude comments from strangers in the street but I shouldn't have to lie (which sadly I had to do at this centre) about how many children I have just so I can receive the care I am paying for. Funnily enough, I STILL got comments from saying I only had three children! (I guess because I said I'm aspiring to have six, which is the truth) I'm sure 99.999% of people who visit this centre have two kids and wouldn't dream of having any more, would most likely love this place and that's great for them. But personally, I am so fed up of getting no support, just because I want to do something that very few people have the guts to do these days, and I'm paying these people money for it!! Learning very quickly that in this country anyway, external support for those aspiring for large families is a risk not for the faint of heart.
