Negative experience: I went in to ask a question in a most civilized and polite way while the answer was given to me through the security bloke. Really?

Negative experience: People are allowed to take illegal drugs here. Putting themselves in harm and others as they venture out into the street where families and children live.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to see Dr David Isaac since my teenage years I am now 58 and I’m still going to see him. No matter where I live in Melbourne I will always travel to north Richmond to see Dr David his been there for me my whole life always guiding me and helping me with my health issues. I can clearly say I love him like a father and respect the hard work he puts in to help the community. It doesn’t matter how busy he is he will always call me back when I need him the most. His the best Dr I have met in the whole of Melbourne congrats Dr David for being there. I thank North Richmond Community Health for having fantastic Dr’s and staff also as social workers, Dentists and anything else they can assist with there is always someone to help you.

Negative experience: Appalling front reception. Have a habit of popping phone calls on 'hold' so it stops ringing.. then they hang up on you. Currently on the phone as they have done this to me again today! Never respond or acknowledge your emails either. Just appalling.

Negative experience: The dentist reception is rude, she have no idea what she is doing, she keept me on hold for a long time and she told me we can't see the dentist because I moved, I asked if she can transfer me to someone else who will assist my enquiries but she refused even to give her name, so unprofessional!! What happened to the lovely staff long time ago.

Negative experience: Reception takes way too long to pick up the phone. And then my call is disconnected twice after waiting for 35 minutes.

Negative experience: Terrible service, obnoxious and rude receptionists. Never ever again.

Fantastic experience: We are giving 5 stars to Dr Gloria, she have been an angel, she is very professional, empathetic and caring. Its one of 1 in a million findings that made our time in the country more easy and helps us to keep going. Update: I am aware that the surroundings are not the best, but believe me: its totally worthy

Negative experience: I always go here as I live across the road and they are normally pretty good. today I had to go there for a blood test and I am absolutely terrified of needles and prone To fainting , I had a blood test my Dr Hank he was amazing and I went in today and was met with a Asian women I kept trying to tell her how afraid I was of needles she wouldn’t listen and kept dismissing it and how my veins wouldn’t work or I didn’t have good veins. I’m not so happy with this

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for approximately 1 1/2 years and have loved the kind and respectful treatment I have received. Dr David Isaac was my most recent practitioner and was incredibly kind and professional, truly recommend this medical facility if it works for you!

Negative experience: I've had my covid shots here, and they have been great. But whenever I try and book to see a doctor, or get a flu vaccination I am told to go somewhere else. I live 3 minutes walk from North Richmond Community Health, but for some reason I don't qualify to be part of the North Richmond community. So frustrating and annoying to be discriminated against because I don't live in the public housing towers. Good to see my taxes are paying for yet another government service I cannot use.

Negative experience: Injection rooms are breeding grounds for homelessness and drug infested streets and this clinic supports it

Fantastic experience: They have provided extremely good service to my three years old kid. We visited this clinic with upon a friend suggestion, and they tried their best to avoid surgery and extraction. We are very much thankful for dentists and staff. Everybody was very polite and spoke respectfully.

Negative experience: I'm 78 and went there as I was close to a nervous breakdown after 10 months of trying to get rid of bed bugs. I briefly saw Dr Matt and he said the only proof of bed bugs was to catch one!!! My body is covered in bed bug bites and I'd just as soon be dead. I'm disgusted by the total lack of care.

Negative experience: Terrible service I had a dentist appointment at 8.40 am got to Lennox st and couldnt find the centre. So I rang the centre up and the answering said that we are closed so I left, I asked to speak to the manager but the manager don't want to speak to me . IAM a disabled man with a lot of problems .I spoke to the secretary Mosna and she told me it is what it is .Why do you guys have a answering machine that says You are closed when you are open and then blame the person for not leaving a message Bad manager very rude staff

Fantastic experience: I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed these guys yet. I generally see Dr Matt Penn and highly recommend him. Although I haven't been to the doctors in a while ( fighters crossed) , I would attribute that to Matt. I've lived in few countries and countless cities and yet to meet such well rounded GP. Last time I was nearly in a crisis point and he saved me from going any further. The staff there like Fernada who takes the phone is also very friendly and helpful. They look after a lot of vulnerable people here and I can see why they have to be very compassionate and kind in there work here. Can't thank you all enough . Thinking of you all doing these pandemic time xx

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for over 10 years, at times I have had to wait for over an hour but it is a busy centre so just allow for extra time. The doctors are great, sometimes pushy but only because they care about your health. Reception staff are generally nice but you do get a few not so friendly ones but I guess everyone gets agitated but they do try mind you they aren't always cranky. If you want a great centre come to this one

Fantastic experience: I had my vaccine appointment at North Richmond Community Health yesterday (Wed 2/6) and could not have been more impressed. Very well organised and civilised setting with all appropriate precautions as well as appointments rather than walk ups so patrons can socially distance. A great community resource. Fantastic experience: My family have been using North Richmond Community Centre since 2008 from our first arrival in Melbourne Dr Libby Segal and her colleagues have been exceptional in their skills and manner if we have ever shown any health concerns and I have never had any reason to doubt their opinions We travel extensively with our work overseas and there is always a warm welcome for me or my family members individually if we need medical care

Positive experience: Its a Ok service if you can get through the ring of steel put up by Victoria police, staff and security are quite nice but expect to have your name taken, searched and possibly fined by the overly zealous Richmond police.

Negative experience: not what it used to be....or maybe it stil is??? eitherway id rather use at bus shelters

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best GP service I've ever had - I've seen a few doctors here over the last few years and every single one of them has been attentive, understanding and, most importantly, honest about their experience and knowledge. Having a doctor tell you that they will go away and research a matter for you, or simply being willing to discuss a topic, makes me feel heard and cared for. I don't think I ever write reviews, but service of this kind should be recognised. Thank you!

Negative experience: If you want to see a doctor who will dismiss the advice of an emergency department's specialist and attempt to diagnose you with a condition that you don't have on the basis of symptoms that are already explained, this is the clinic for you. If you want to see a doctor who will provide you with adequate care, I suggest going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a fair few doctors, but this place tops the scales. Modern, clean and efficient staff. I have seen 3 doctors here who are incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. Could not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I have only seen two different doctor's here and both were excellent, friendly and informative. My only 2 visits to North Richmond Community Health were the most thorough, helpful experiences I have ever had with a GP clinic in my life!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with my first appointment at this clinic. I was seen br Dr Nick Silberstein and he was extremely thorough, helpful and friendly. My appointment was not rushed at all and the reception staff were absolutely lovely. The whole clinic had a great vibe and was running on time. I've never been to such a great clinic and will definitely be booking here for future appointments

Negative experience: Got an official text message confirmation that I had an appointment on Saturday the 12th. Got there and it was quite obviously closed. Tried calling to see what was going on and got 'the number you have dialed is disconnected'. Hopeless.
