Fantastic experience: This very professional establishment is the best I’ve been to - having lived in many parts of Australia. Extensive knowledge by the physiotherapists and wonderful service by the staff has enabled me to become stronger, recover from injury and the education given to me has provided the confidence to strengthen my body for the years ahead. Such great support and fantastic work by Hannah the physiotherapist who treated me. It makes sense they treat many professional athletes for the olympics and commonwealth games right here on the Gold Coast. Such a big well fit out practice and I have Recommended it to many colleagues and friends, and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I have had many injuries from playing high end sport, (shoulder surgery and foot surgery). Over the years have experienced many good and many average physios and what I found is that not all physios are equal. Sometimes they keep asking you to come back and no improvement is seen, which is super annoying. The physio I saw at GC Physio and Sport health was not like this, they definitely knew what they were doing and were able to provide treatment and exercises to improve the complaint I came with. In particular Mark was fabulous and very knowledgeable. What I like most about this clinic is that they can cater an appointment for you after hours and have a fully workable gym. Which means when given exercises you can be shown exactly how to do them. The alter G treadmill is also great allowing you to run non weighted until you are at full strength. I would not hesitate in recommending this clinic to not only athletes but those every day exercises.

Fantastic experience: Going into the Burleigh clinic is a weekly thing for me. I love my pilates class each Friday and my ongoing appointments with Britt are exceptionally positive for my physical health but also for my overall mental health. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sarah (physio) and Eleonora (massage) for over 2 years now. I can't recommend them enough! The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and able to assist with all sorts of concerns. They have great facilities to use in the clinic as well as group classes which I don't see many places offering. I happily travel over 30 minutes since moving further away for my appointments!

Fantastic experience: Met the GC Physio team during the ‘23 GC Kokoda challenge. The team assessed, then strapped and deep tissue massaged key body locations to 3 of us. 15mins later we were off and completed the 96kms with their help. Thanks so much team and great work :)

Fantastic experience: Gc physio and sports health have been looking after me for many years. I was strongly recommended to go here after a running injury, and was the best advice given! Making a full recovery and coming out stronger! The staff are always so helpful and accommodating, the physios are very knowledgeable and in tune with each individual, and their massage therapists provide exceptional recovery. Negative experience: Really disappointed today to be told if I wasn't vaxed I had to buy and wear a specific mask inside. The girl at reception confirmed with me if I was vaccinated I would not have been asked. You think people in the medical profession would realise vaccinated people can spread covid just as easily and their policy makes zero sense. I walked out and won't be supporting businesses who support discrimination. This is wrong.
Dear J Best. We apologise you feel this way, however, ALL our valued clients in clinic are asked to wear a mask. As an unvaccinated person, you are (unfortunately) at higher risk of both catching, but also transmitting covid-19 as per Medical Guidelines. While vaccinated persons are also able to transmit Covid-19, the risk to our Therapists, other staff and their families are significantly less, and therefore unvaccinated clients are still welcome in the clinic, but are asked to wear an N95 mask that provides better protection to your Therapist, whereas vaccinated clients are asked to wear a surgical mask. We believe this is not discriminatory but is safe and fair practice that protects our Team, other Clients attending the clinic at the same time as you, and our Business. Over the past month we have sent out numerous emails and information about our protocols to all clients in our database (and this information has also been present through all our Social Media) so all persons presenting to client would know what to expect. We apologise if you have not received this information if you have perhaps not checked your Junk email, or perhaps previously unsubscribed to our updates or do not follow any of our Social Media. Our Policy has been carefully put together by hours of reading Australian Medical Guidelines and speaking to many Medical Experts, so our Policy makes complete sense from a Medical perspective, and we have many very happy clients that recognise this value we put to their Health. Fantastic experience: I came in to see Mark after having nerve problems in my lower back and legs.I had 2 x nerve root sheath infections that only helped a little then left me sitting in pain driving and flying away for work. I needed a second opinion and having used GC Physio preciously for a knee complaint with the physics being exceptional I thought I would call up and make an appointment.Mark was tremendous and with his stick man drawing exercises slowly but surely the strength increased and the nerve pain is no more and would highly recommend himself or anyone at GC Physio for help they are all awesome,I wouldn't go anywhere else..many thanks..Ian.

The expertise, professionalism and genuine care has kept my body competing at an elite level despite my tendencies to hurt myself. Each therapist has their own areas of expertise and they all work together to make sure you get the highest quality of care. Over the years I have had stress fractures, muscle tears, tendon injuries etc..... Negative experience: Unacceptable and unreliable. I have been a client for years, Booked two massages weeks ago for the periods leading into Christmas and NYE, only to get contacted two days before and told sorry those appointments should have been blocked out. That should have been picked up way before now, thanks to this delay almost impossible to now rebook anywhere else, GREAT.

Fantastic experience: My Gold Coast Physio is the complete physio experience with their full and diverse range of Physio’s each with different expertise and all working with their in house Remedial Therapist to ensure injuries or specific treatment you need is provided by the therapist. They have everything to service the weekend warrior who need access to an Alter G or recovery boots to those who’ve suffered trauma and who needs a rehab program to the retiree who needs guidance and advice on staying active and help to build their strength through their in house Pilates classes and gym and weight bearing equipment and machines. A one stop shop for all who want to invest in their health or need help to rebuild it.

Fantastic experience: It was suggested I visit this clinic as I have a continual sore back. I have not had much satisfaction with other physios. After having treatment from Gold Coast Physio I now feel I have relief and am able to move more freely. I am very impressed with the friendly staff and their caring disposition. Fantastic experience: I've been a client of multiple staff working at Gold Coast Physio and Sports Health over a number of years for differing issues from injuries to rehabing to post operative help and healing. Every staff member I've seen has been everything that I wanted and expected them to be. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. We are disappointed to hear you are unhappy but you have never had contact with our Management, nor would you understand our structure and management, so we are unaware of how you would have this conclusion. The Physio that you consulted with us no longer works for us and we have many other staff and clients that have been happily working for us for 10years or more. We also have one of the most experienced Physio & Massage Teama on the Gold Coast and have positively helped over 30,000 other Gold Coast valued clients over the past 11years. We have tried to contact you over the phone to discuss this and have left you a message to reply to us to resolve this issue.
Fantastic experience: Had a niggling knee injury and was recommended here by a good friend. Decided to give physio a shot, and was looked after by Ashlee. We came up with a plan of attack and daily exercises etc and made a full recovery! Now my wife also goes here and couldn't be happier with their service. The team is very professional and I couldn't recommend them or Ashlee any higher!
