Negative experience: I purchased a preworkout, paid over $110 for it, but it didn't provide the expected kick. Then, I tried a stim-free pre workout, and it felt like a stone. I returned it and swapped it with a cheaper one, but the taste was terrible, completely undrinkable. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing anything more from this store. I wish you success in your business, though.

I understand that the pre-workout you purchased for $110 did not meet your expectations. At Supps247, we believe in our customers' satisfaction, and we accepted your return. You then chose another pre-workout which was clumpy, possibly due to its high L-citrulline content, but we again processed your return. Subsequently, you purchased another product, but unfortunately, you didn't enjoy its taste.
I recognize that the products either didn't work for you or weren't to your taste. As Supps247, we have always valued your feedback and have been accommodating with returns and refunds. If you feel there's more we can do to improve our service, we're open to suggestions. We invite you to visit us and sample a few products before making a purchase.
