Fantastic experience: I would recommend 5 Star Physique to anyone looking for a Gym This gym is located on the Northern beaches. Nothing compares. I drove from the Eastern Suburbs 3 times a week to train with Silvia. It has state of the art equipment, extremely clean, and the member are friendly. If you are looking for a trainer, you cannot go past the owners Silvia and Dan. They are committed to supporting you all the way. From diet to programs. They offer it all. Thank you for your support and helping me achieve my goal.

Fantastic experience: Deb and I have been training together for 15 years and with 5star Physique for the past 5 years, with confidence we can both say that this is the best gym we have been to, extremely supportive environment and such a positive space, the knowledge and experience of these coaches are unmatched, they have supportive both of us through our comp journeys and provided us with the skills and tools before, during and after prep, we both love being apart of the 5star Physique family.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Dan and the team for a few years now. I travel a 3 hour round trip for my check ups and session. If you're looking to smash your goals and be kept accountable look no further. The team will tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear to help you become the best version of yourself possible. Prices are affordable, the atmosphere is great and the equipment is everything you'll need. Recommended for anyone at any level and any goals.

Fantastic experience: 5 star physique fitness is a boutique gym run by Dan and Silvia. Dan and Silvia have successfully created a friendly and community feel environment. They are very encouraging and motivating. The gym is not overcrowded, and the equipment is well kept and always clean. I have been to other gyms that have made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated, not until I came here that I felt supported and encouraged to work out. I have been training with Silvia for less than a year, and I am very happy with my results to date. Silvia pushes me to work harder (which I need), always checks in about my training and eating, and when I have not been at my best she puts me back on track and focused on my goal. I can tell that Silvia really does care and wants me to reach my goals, she will send my texts and DMs for recipes I can try to sedate my sweet cravings and information about weight training and fat loss etc. I am very happy at this gym I feel like I have found a hidden gem in Brookvale.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get results and change your life completely look no further! 5 Star Physique is an amazing boutique gym located on the Northern Beaches which has two amazing personal trainers to choose from, Dan & Silvia. I have trained with Silvia for over 2 years now and would never even think to go to anyone else. She has completely changed my life from my lifestyle habits, training, diet, my relationship with food & also helped me build some fantastic friendships from the amazing community that Silvia and Dan have built at their gym. Fantastic experience: 5 Star gym is a beautiful well kept gym with so many fantastic machines, very clean and a friendly community. Silvia and Dan have created a lovely space where I feel so comfortable and cared for, especially being 72 years old. You always get a lovely hello when you walk through the doors and a goodbye as you leave. It's not like other commercial gyms, it's a beautiful space which is so welcoming. I was introduced to 5 Star, as my daughter trains with Silvia over the past 5 years which has completely transformed her life. I have seen how much of an impact Silvia has had on my daughters live, and can see what a strong impact Silvia has on helping others. I am now inspired too to get my health and wellbeing in order. Every member is so lovely and its a real reflection of how Dan and Silvia have created a space where health, connection and community go hand in hand. If you are looking for a gym who actually cares about your health and wellbeing - look no further! They are the best of the best!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always looked forward to my morning Friday sessions. I’ve only received encouragement and support not only with my weight lifting but also diet and lifestyle. Thanks heaps Dan and the team for the last 10 years.

Negative experience: I had high hopes for 5-Star Physique in Brookvale, but my experience was extremely disappointing The air quality inside the gym is poor — it often feels stuffy and poorly ventilated, which makes working out uncomfortable. I also noticed patches of mold in some corners, particularly near the amenities and back walls, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance The gym is frequently untidy, with weights left scattered and equipment not being wiped down between uses. The cleanliness is clearly not a priority here. It also doesn’t help that the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. The owners come across as unfriendly and dismissive, and there’s a noticeable lack of community or support among members. It feels more like a cold, competitive environment than a place to improve your health I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and encouraging space to work out. There are better options around the Northern Beaches where your money and time will be better spent

Negative experience: Highly wouldn’t recommend this place. Didn’t feel comfortable at all the vibe was off and the environment just wasn’t right for proper training.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about 5Star and my personal trainer, Dan. From the moment I walked in to chat with him about my goals, I knew he wanted to help me achieve them. The equipment is top-notch, and there’s always plenty of space to work out, no matter the time of day. And the gym hygiene is next level, everyone is so clean and respectful. As for Dan, he is such a top bloke! He has personalised everything for me and tweaked wherever he had to. He has persisted with me, and motivated me to eat better, and to push harder and harder using his knowledge and personalised training plans. I have never felt better. They want you to succeed and definitely hold you to account but in a good motivating way. I signed up to the 10 week transformation package, and it is living up to the name, I am seeing results. Fantastic experience: This is a really unique and special gym. Not only does it have a huge variety of different and excellent quality equipment, Silvia and Dan are amazing trainers with vast knowledge about diet, exercise and healthy body transformation. Everyone at the gym is respectful, friendly and supportive which makes it a genuinely nice place to work out. As a bonus Silvia and Dan keep the gym in an immaculate condition - it is the cleanest gym I have ever visited. Silvia has been my PT for over 12 months now and has not only helped me reduce fat and increase muscle/tome but, more generally, she has taught me how to keep my body in prime condition and in a way that i am able to realistically maintain for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: 6 months ago I approached Silvia at 5 Star Physique to start training again ! I was feeling terrible after an injury and had gained weight and had no energy . Silvia has been incredibly motivating and has helped me achieve my goals ! From my diet to my weights and cardio , Silvia has got me back on track and I couldn’t be happier . Fantastic experience: Not only is the Beaches a magical place to be it also has an absolutely fantastic boutique gym. My partner and I are fairly new to the beaches and didn’t wanna train in the typical commercial gyms that are over populated, non updated equipment and staff that turn the other way if you need any kind of help. We spoke to a few locals and that highly recommended 5 Star Physique. What a great choice we made. Not only is it the cleanest gym I’ve ever set foot in it’s also a community based gym. Fresh equipment and owners that care. I highly recommend meant this gym if you’re serious about goal crushing while having loving support along the way. HIGHLY recommended for everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at 5starphysique for about six months. My intention was to get healthier and to create a routine with weight training. My body composition is changing little by little and I'm getting rid off a few extra kilos. Not in a hurry to get the results but to get consistency with my training over the years. Whatever your goals are, you will achieve them here. Dan, Silvia, Jemma or Lana will work with you towards them. Fantastic experience: Where to even begin?! It was 2017 when I had plateaued with my diets and workouts. Nothing was working for me! I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt. I came across 5Star and felt as though it was my last resort as I had tried everything else!! Fast forward to 2019 after training with Silvia (the greatest coach everrrrrr) I competed in not 1 but TWO body building competitions. I did season A and season B with my wedding smack bang in the middle of these two seasons! I was crazy but I felt confident and looked absolutely incredible!! And to top this all off.. I looked AMAZING on my wedding day! We are now in 2024 with two kids under 3! Ofcourse I have returned with Silvia to now work towards my forever body!! I now get up at 5am and train before the kids wake up which fits into my schedule perfectly! Plus I have a 1 on 1 PT session with either Silvia or Dan weekly. With their guidance, support and knowledge I am feeling so great! Training hasn’t been just for my physical image.. it has been so healthy for my mental health as well. I’m also back performing all across Sydney as well as interstate. Having my confidence back is everything!! I can not recommend this gym and trainers high enough! Fantastic experience: I was new to the ‘gym scene’… Super nervous and intimidated about coming the first time!! From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted by my PT Silvia and all the other people working out there said hi and smiled too. It was nothing like I thought it would be. This place is not intimidating at all. I’ve learnt so much already. The community is amazing!

Fantastic experience: This gym is literally a 5 star gym, with 5 star coaches! It’s clean, friendly and has enough equipment so you never need to queue for a machine. The coaches are amazing- super knowledgeable and approachable and motivating. I never would have believed that I was capable of transforming my body the way I did with these guys’ support and guidance. I’ve never felt uncomfortable walking into this gym and always feel amazing walking out! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: These guys know how to get you into the best shape of your life. Not just physically but mentally. I’ve watched so many people come and transform not only their bodies but their lives. There is no one that knows the human physique better than Sylv and the team in this industry. It’s not about eating lettuce. It’s not about training until you have no desire to train. It’s about training you to understand food. Understand the benefits of weight training and get your body to where you want it to be. I’m not a fan of big gyms. This gym is so community like. Fantastic experience: If you want the perfect combination of discipline and TLC ( I need it sometimes) then Silvia and the whole team at 5SP is the perfect place to go. I am impressed with how much attention is paid to form during the execution of an exercise. Trust me had few PT and been in other gyms and saw how clients were trained, no wonder they get injuries (take it from an ex physio)... Every time I see Silvia she makes sure I can take the load of training she has assigned and every single time measures me to make sure we are on track. LOVE IT! Daniel and Gemma are not my PT and yet they always make me feel so welcomed. This gym becomes like a circle of friends of family if you want. Everyone ends up knowing everyone.

Negative experience: Good if your after old school style of PT techniques. Silvia is a great coach for posing practice in competition and training. Dan is great for the men's side.

Fantastic experience: The gym can be so intimidating!!! Especially for me, I have struggled with my weight, over the past years. I totally avoided the gym, as I felt overwhelmed with where to start and not knowing what to do. Lana is a ray of sunshine that motivates me and knows how far to push me. Fantastic experience: I started training with Silvia Kovacsova at 5 Star Physique on my 63 birthday. I have had PT’s in the past but I chose Silvia bc of her own body building achievements , but also because I had seen the transformation of people I knew, who had trained with her. I decided that I wanted to enter a body building competition at age 63. I really didn’t believe I could do it, but I have never met a trainer like Silvia. She puts her heart and soul into every training session. She tweaks things on a weekly basis…. whether it’s food, weights or cardio. She works with those who want results. Personally, I entered and won my competition. I lost over 17% body fat and my self confidence is at an all time high. I am eternally grateful to both Silvia and Dan as owners of 5 Star, for believing in me and encouraging me every step of the way.

The team strive for excellence and that is clearly demonstrated in the atmosphere. The gym welcomes members of all fitness levels and backgrounds which creates great diversity and energy. The coaches have extensive experience, knowledge and are qualified. Both have significant achievements in the body building industry and bring this insight into training sessions with clients. The layout of equipment and exercise/stretching areas is practical, accessible and well thought out. Equipment is excellently presented which makes it easy to find between sets. You will always find the gym organised, clean and excellently presented.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star Physique is hands down the best gym I've ever trained at. The atmosphere is great and the gym and equipment are always so clean and tidy. Since I started training here under the guidance of Dan I've gained 6kg of muscle, a heap of strength and my knee and lower back pain have gone. After being a member here I could never return to one if the big chain gyms.

Fantastic experience: I started training with 5Star in 2018 as they coached me through prep for my first bikini comp! I trained with Dan who was amazing. He helped me not only with diet and training, but also went above and beyond to help me mentally which has made me a much happier and more confident person. I did my posing practice with Silvia which was amazing but again, it was her ongoing support that I valued the most.
