Fantastic experience: We purchased 6 x 1l bottles of pure blueberry juice online. It was delivered on time and perfectly packed. The taste is great - less sharp than ther brands we have tried. The price is excellent - half that of our local health shop, including shipping.The best-before date is a year ahead . This is important because we have noticed other stores with product dated for 2024 - a year past the recommended date! Very good quality product at a very good price. Thank you - we ill be ordering regulalrly.

Positive experience: The best range of health food products by far in our area..not quite the personal service at the counter that I would have expected. But the range and wellness dispensary are world class!! Got the really grumpy unhelpful person again. Unless she owns the store she should not be there!!!

So here’s your mandatory star - treasure it like you did my fifty-dollar note under your suspicious microscope. To the stonefaced elder manning the register (whose face apparently runs the risk of shattering if you so much as crack a smile): • I was there to buy something, not audition for Interrogation 101. • Next time a customer hands you perfectly good currency, maybe refrain from performing an impromptu CSI episode to see if the note glows under your store lights. Pro tip: Smiling hasn’t (yet) been declared illegal, and greeting your customer politely probably won’t cause your face to crumble to bits. It’s called “customer service,” not “stonefaced suspicion.” All in all, thanks for the mild sense of drama, I was half expecting you to bring out fingerprint powder to dust my note. But until the day your expression can thaw from “ice queen meets bored banker,” I’ll be taking my business and my obviously authentic banknotes elsewhere. Cheers! Positive experience: Wow...just wow!!! I could've spent all day in here!!! I was looking for a certain product and Sunnbrook Health Store was the only place that had it. I'd never been there before. I rang and spoke to a lovely girl who said they had what I was after. I'm in a wheelchair and was so happy to see it is wheelchair accessible. Some of the aisles I knocked stuff off but that was only twice and a lovely customer helped me reach something that I couldn't get to. Of course I went in for one thing and left with about a dozen more!!! have a wonderful selection if you are dairy intolerant, gluten, egg, or other diet conditions. The staff are happy to help with anything and are just lovely people. I don't live close so I won't be able to be a regular "regular" but I will be back to get my favourite protein that isn't anywhere else and some goodies too!! Thank you guys. I am just so happy to have found you!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff are super helpful and friendly here and they had a great selection of Gluten Free/Coeliac food over Christmas which was easy to order online then pick up the next day without any hassle. Great supermarket with excellent layout and a huge variety of Organic cheeses meats and produce which is always very fresh and tempting. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food and there’s also a great health care area with organic and natural cosmetics etc..I definitely recommend a visit if you haven’t been, you will love this place.

Very pricey, the staff man there is following closely all the customers within the shop and monitors every gesture of the client. You feel like being more a potential shop lifter than a client. The naturopath is very friendly and loves to guide you with perfect advices and tips. This is a great place to shop from time to time.

Fantastic experience: I ordered online from a state away and I was blown away by the customer service. I made a mistake with understanding the free postage and when I contacted them they were perfectly understanding. A couple of items needed substituting because the stock ran out, I was contacted and had the nicest chat with the dispatch fella. When my box came it was packed lovingly-yes lovingly, with little areas cordoned off, packing peanuts and each item was wrapped to ensure it wasn’t gonna break in transit. I even got a handwritten note and a little gift. If only every customer service experience was like this…These guys are so fabulous. I will be ordering from them again! Utility companies take note!

Sunnybrook is a treasure trove of all things delicious for people with food intolerances as well as those who are simply choosing a life of optimal wellness. So many delights that I regularly face the paradox of choice but this is always a short lived dilemma as the friendly and knowledgable staff are ever at the ready to assist me in making my best purchases. The team at Sunnybrook along with the regular in store product tasting/sampling sessions, ensure my ongoing healthful culinary adventure and tastebud satisfaction. Many thanks for the educational and delicious journey so far.

Negative experience: So over the top expensive, and customer service appalling. Terra Madre and Bentleigh organics are far better value for money.

Fantastic experience: This has been my go to shop for years then I moved over an hour away but they have fantastic online delivery service! I have fructose malabsorption and adopt a mostly plant based diet and shopping here is so easy, all products have coloured dots to help you understand what’s better or ok for you. Then there is an entire nutrition section at the back, it’s a great store with really lovely people. Thank you

Negative experience: Wide range of items but I've found some of the staff to have a pretty poor attitude.

Negative experience: Was shopping at the store one day. I asked a lady at the counter if they had large eggs because they only had 600s. She later called the manager. He started questioning me. "What's the difference"? And then lectured me that the chooks don't specifically lay eggs the size we want and that they get what they get. It's the customer's business what they want to do with that product since they are paying for it with their money. You don't have to know what they're going to do with it and if you don't have large eggs just say so. You shouldn't tell customers what to do with their money. Remember that this is not the only health store around and certainly not the cheapest. I was a regular customer but this experience has put me off and haven't visited the store in months. I can find what i want elsewhere and not be treated with disrespect. Have a nice day.

Negative experience: Really poor customer service, very rude manager and staff.

Positive experience: Great place but soooo expensive. Daiya cheesecake being sold for over $20ea when they are only $6.49 plus tax in the U.S. Even if you convert to Australian dollars and add shipping/refrigeration costs. You can try three of the four flavours in the states for the same price of one here. The pizza’s are four times the price. It’s crazy!

Negative experience: TERRIBLE service. I paid an extra $15 for my order to be gift wrapped as a present for my elderly coeliac mother. When it arrived NOTHING was 'gift wrapped', it was just in a plain brown box with their advertising all over it and a ribbon in pieces on the top. NOT HAPPY, Will never shop there again. Would have given it zero stars if I could.

Positive experience: Sunnybrook is a great food store for those with allergies. Clear labels for those with gluten allergies, dairy allergies, fructose intolerances and nut allergies. Haven't been to many other organic shops but we found some good allergy free bread mix and gluten free pasta. Huge range of Orgran products too.

Negative experience: I went to this shop recently to exchange a product (which I bought recently) that was expired. There was a lady at the counter who was not helpful in resolving the matter. She kept on arguing and when she realised she was wrong she responded very rudely. I find that customer service is zero at this store, they need to know how to treat their customers !!
