Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and excellent products. My boyfriend doesn't eat meat so this is his Disney land. I love that they have a huge range of harraw lip balms :)

Negative experience: Second time I’ve come to get loco love and it’s not open. Ridiculous put a sign saying closed and update your website.

Negative experience: Remove the 24/7 signs and place staffed hours accurately. The 24/7 uniqueness and novelty of the store is no longer.

Negative experience: They are fraud like they don't open for 24/7.i hate that kind of service.i searched online and go there after driving 14 minutes and the store is closed at 1:45.f...... very bad service

Negative experience: It's not open 24h. The lights were on, but the doors were locked for a long time with no notes. Didn't answer the phone either. People were coming & going trying to get in.

Positive experience: This place used to be so good I’d travel from an hour away. It’s gone down hill so bad. It’s never had prices on products which is annoying, but now every time I go all the products I pick up are out of date. It’s convenient for it to be open 24/7 but they really need to lift their game.

Negative experience: Awesome store, but an estimated time of return would be helpful. What does soon mean? 5 min, 1hr, tomorrow? How am I supposed to know if I should wait?!... not very convenient... I waited 30 min and watched many disappointed people come and go.

Fantastic experience: A vegan’s heaven and the first ever dog friendly grocer in the area that I know of! A hidden gem.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of products, very friendly, good prices. Being open 24 hours makes them very accessible for my work/school schedule, whenever I need to pick up some protein bars for a snack.

Negative experience: Visited the store 12th June, young Indian guy follows you around the store and stands right beside you staring at you the whole time, very uncomfortable experience, might need to wear a suit otherwise you’ll be mistaken for a thief, great selection of supplements but not worth the very uncomfortable experience. There’s plenty of other stores where you don’t get treated like a thief, maybe should install cameras.

Positive experience: Great stuff. Less than 20% has a price tag on them. You never know how much they'll overcharge you...

Fantastic experience: Should be renamed to "Prahran Organic Convenience & Supplements Store. Huge variety of organic food and #biohacking Supplements. I've been coming here for years. The owner is very helpful and genuine. Prices are very reasonable and usually he will accommodate requests for new products.

Fantastic experience: I went in there for the first time today. Amazing store with wide range of vitamins, supplements, keto and vegan products. Found everything I looked for and more. Didn't have much time to explore this time, but I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This place has always been a hidden gem for health/vegan/keto foods that are cheaper than most other stockists. They have an especially good chilled/frozen range. They are also an excellent Indian grocery store, have a good range of specialty Mexican food items, have an interesting selection of hot sauces and imported chocolate bars and drinks. Plus an aisle of sustainable beauty and cleaning products. The recent refit has made the shop much easier to navigate around. It can be a bit annoying that most items don't have prices marked, but the staff are nice and don't mind scanning for you to check

Negative experience: This store is riddled with products past their best before date and the store knowingly sells it. When confronted they couldn’t care less!

Negative experience: Yeah great range BUT beware of their exorbitant prices. Nothing on the shelves is priced so you get to the counter and you’re hit with a massive bill. EDIT: Why not just be honest with your customers and follow the consumer laws by putting prices against your products!? As a business it’s your responsibility to show prices. Poorly run business. Beware of use by/best before dates too.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! That store is an unexpected surprise. I walked in that tiny messy store with barely space to walk, which is kind of its charm. Went there to find a specific sauce that I couldn't find elsewhere and did I not expect to find a myriad of stuff that you can only find online these days. From health food related, keto, wellness, organic food/cleaning products/cosmetic, bio to junk food from all around the world and their tea selection is huge! Unfortunately the prices are not shown on most of their products.

Positive experience: Store is very nice with loads of stuff and variety from Indian to mexican etc.. had there been price labels I would have shopped more.. in few cases they need to have better prices as same product is cheaper in woolworths or coles etc..

Positive experience: Don't get me wrong, nice guys and them being open 24 hours made it easy to do them early, but the store is overstocked. Made it hard to walk through and put stock down.

The employee needs a crash course on customer service. No smile/greeting. No knowledge of products. Seemed disinterested. Just a reminder - A smile goes a long way.

However there are no prices on anything at all in the store, it makes it really stressful to shop there, not knowing how much items are/how much the total will be. Add prices (like literally every other grocery store in the country) and you're a 5 star joint!

Negative experience: I normally don’t post reviews but decided to leave one to help fellow shoppers. I agree that the store has a wide range of exotic food but please make it a point to check the best before date on every single product before purchase. I dropped by to return a product which showed a best before of Nov 2020. I politely told the older gentleman at the counter that this has happened a few times and instead of apologising he said best before does not mean the food cannot be consumed and that he cannot check the best before date for every single product in his store. Shocking!

Positive experience: We generally go to Prahran Convenience for Indian grocery shopping. We get almost everything. The downside is that the store is very messy with things scattered here and there without being properly organised. Also, none of the items have prices written for them which is a bad practice in my opinion.

Positive experience: This is like a secret treasure trove - it is crammed full of vegan, imported lines, gluten free, dairy free, Mexican, protein powders, supplements, paleo, shampoos - almost everything! It’s packed to the brim, so takes a bit a navigating, and not everything is priced, but I’ve found that the prices are generally lower than most other places and they have items that I’ve only been able to get online previously, like powdered peanut butter. They have also got the Pixi line of beauty products, that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The guys running it are friendly and it’s open basically all the time.

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest specialty food stores in Melbourne. The range is extensive, the prices are cheap and best of all, the staff are not pretentious. A humble store with amazing products.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. Yes products are everywhere, yes the customer service isn't amazing, but who cares. It has a huge selection of specialty and hard to get products and I couldn't recommend it more.

Positive experience: If you want great customer service, clearly priced products, and a tidy store, then this isn't the place for you... But if you're after niche vegan food at competitive prices (with the added bonus of being open 24/7), then look no further. Yes it's frustrating that nothing is labelled and that the aisles are overflowing with product (it's easy to feel overwhelmed and claustrophobic in this store), but Prahran Convenience seriously has an amazing range and you won't find better prices anywhere else in Melbourne (similar $$$ as Smith & Deli, better than the Cruelty Shop). Most things aren't labelled, but get a receipt and you will see that you aren't getting ripped off.

Positive experience: It’s an adventure - You never know what you’ll find in here! As an American I like to stop by every month or so to see what treats they have in stock. It’s SO random and admittedly super messy but I can’t say this bothers me in the slightest. It is pricey but it sure beats driving out to USA Foods in Morrabin or buying bulk from CostCo. I can almost always find a good salsa, a random candy, and Cheetos which are really the only thing I need in life.

Negative experience: These guys are working it from all angles. Selling health food stock to the drugged up revelers, fair enough. But not putting prices on the products is taking it to a another level. He doesn't give S#it. He's working it.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful with exactly what you're needing. A specific vitamin, supplement medication, sweets, water, even transactions they're helpful all day, night long. Friendly staff too.

Positive experience: Amazing range of products. Fair prices. But the customer service is horrible. There is a man with greyish hair who can't be bothered getting off the phone to interact with his customers. And even when he is not calling someone he seems awfully annoyed by having to do his job. Products also rarely have price tags so you often have to talk to the grumpy guy.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever...i asked the person on the counter that why u dont have price on ur products or shelf... he say me roughly that if u had to work here thn u will understand... the person name was mac and said his brother owns the shop... he wear glasses and have moustache... i am going to report about the unfair trade... u cant pick every item and go to the counter for the price...i will report to AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION..
