Fantastic experience: Had long-term (5 years + and worsening) foot pain as a soccer player that impacted performance and enjoyment. Ehsam was able to diagnose this to ankle instability and correct through treatment and exercise over several months. Foot/ankle responded very well and this is now a minor problem.

Fantastic experience: I’m back playing my favourite sport again!!! Thanks Ehsam for your care and honesty about what I needed to do (the hard stuff) when it came to getting me mentally and physically ready to go though 2 1/2 months of Physio to repair my badly rolled ankle. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving weekly remedial massage from Jessy for four weeks. Her sessions have become integral to my weekly routine and helps me enormously with the relief of niggles and tightness associated with inactivity and being desk-bound for too much of my day. I highly recommend Jessy. I have a fan of BOSIC's physiotherapy for years. Their level of professionalism, knowledge and service is second to none. Jessy is no exception.

Fantastic experience: Walked in with chronic neck and trap pain and walked out a few sessions later with Ehsam completely resolved. My sleep is back, my posture is back. I had immediate relief after one session and both his treatment and exercises were exactly what was needed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Just one word - Veeral is a legend. I’ve been suffering from hamstring pain for over 3 years. Tried massages, acupuncture, physios, etc. Nothing worked. Tried to self diagnose and that didn’t work too. Finally gave up and as a last resort tried this clinic as it was near my workplace. Met Veeral and was very impressed by how quickly He was able to narrow down the problem and came up with an exercise plan. I still can’t believe, in just 2 days I felt so much better. He also sent a thorough plan over email and stayed in touch. It’s been more than a week now and my pain is almost gone. Still feels like magic. Highly recommend Veeral and this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I only have received remedial massages here, which have been fantastic, so cannot speak to the other practitioners such as physios. But this practice is professional, high tech and the front desk staff are absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: The best experience ever! From the moment we made the appointment to our visit to the center and the aftercare, I cannot speak MORE highly of the customer service and experience of this world class team! It was for our 4yr old daughter who had her first leg cast after a bicycle accident that was causing us great concern and we were so worried about long term damage. Fantastic experience: I was referred to this amazing practice when I tore my knee ligaments during a skiing holiday. It was so painful and at the time I was devastated but my physio Sam was brilliant. She was so reassuring and patient in preparing me for surgery and in guiding me through the rehab afterwards, what's more she had gone through the same thing herself! She had also injured her knee when skiing and needed surgery so knew exactly what I was going through. I am pleased to say that I am now back running, which is something I could not have envisaged last year so thank you Sam and your team. I am forever grateful for you getting me through this and promise to be more careful on the slopes next time!

Fantastic experience: The best team I’ve ever seen!! I had a big knee surgery... it was a really tough road, but Nate and all the barangaroo family nailed it! He helped me a lot physically and also psychologically, I was feeling like home. He is an amazing physio. Then Rachel made me feel really strong again. They are all brilliant, like a small family!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first online consultation with Nate a couple days ago. I am a personal trainer and had kinked my neck while teaching a class. I wasn’t sure that an online consultation would work for me, but after having my appointment I am SOLD. Nate was able to determine the source of my pain, give me tips on how to treat it myself, and he prescribed me an exercise program to start strengthening the area around my injury. My mind has been completely changed and I’m looking forward to checking in with him again online next week!

Fantastic experience: In such unprecedented times such as these, more and more of us will probably be working at home, and if like me, in whatever space you can find, which is probably not ideal. As a result I've been struggling with niggling low back pain. I reached out to the guys at Barangeroo, who were able to check in remotely. They offered some amazing advice on ways to reduce the pain, but also helped me set up my office space better. It was so helpful to have someone see what I had and guide me through the best changes. I was pretty skeptical at first, remote is not really my thing, but in a world where we don't have much choice, it was amazing to see how much it helped. I would recommend you giving them a call, they can help remotely and way more than I thought!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this fabulous company when I had a frozen shoulder This is incredibly painful and takes quite some time to heal. I have had frozen shoulder in the past but the rehab I did here was fabulous and I made huge improvements in a short amount of time Sam was so patient and knowledgeable and educated me in so many things that helped the healing process We tried different therapies and saw a huge improvement. The entire staff here is very friendly. professional and very easy to work with Rachel was awesome in helping me to rebuild my strength that I had lost as well and get me back to playing tennis ASAP I am now seeing the dietitian there and working on making myself healthier to address a thyroid issue In just one visit I have learned so many helpful ideas to ease the symptoms. My husband and daughter have also gone there for physio as well as for podiatry issues. The staff here works together to make your body as healthy as possible and it is really a one stop shop for pretty much anything health related!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of BOSIC since they opened having previously been a client of Jerome at Cremorne physio. I have primarily been dealing with Sam Davison for a chronic shoulder issue. She tested my shoulder and concluded that there must be a tear and convinced me to get a second MRI. She turned out to be correct. I had the surgery and she took on my rehab. I'm almost recovered now thanks to her. She has gone over and above time and time again to assist my recovery. I cant speak more highly of her and BOSIC. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with BOSIC! I have been visiting quite frequently now and have been always met with smiles and professionalism. The clinic is always kept clean, organised and well-staffed. I was given enough help at the front desk and reminded of up coming appointments. My physio was very helpful in assisting me through the back pains I was experiencing, giving me several exercises to take home and follow. She was very knowledgeable and showed great experience in guiding me through sessions. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: I injured my back and was treated by Nate with wonderful results. He is caring, gentle and very considerate, making sure that I was able to endure the physio massage treatment as well as giving me exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Nate as a knowledgeable physiotherapist. The online booking facility works well and if there are any queries, the receptionists are friendly and more than qualified to assist.

Fantastic experience: I see Rach the Exercise Physiologist on a weekly basis and have seen fantastic results, I really enjoy training with Rach as she is so knowledgeable, supportive and makes me feeI comfortable. I have also seen Sam the Physiotherapist and again was so happy with the treatment and got immediate pain relief without multiple follow ups. Not only is the expertise excellent at BoSIC but the service and care is the best I have had and hghly recommend their services.
