From day one, Carmen and Vincent were so careful, supportive, and professional. They guided me through my recovery with patience and skill, helping me get back to my normal life. The clinic is super clean, and the whole team is friendly, experienced, and genuinely caring. I always felt in good hands. Very happy with my progress and so thankful for their help – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a sore knee problem for many months. Friends of mine suggested I contact Chatswood Allied Health. I did, & I booked a session with Tim Tattersall. Tim was great. He identified my problem & gave me exercises to do that have made the sore knee problem disappear. Tims approach is very professional, practical & friendly. I would recommend Tim to other folks with similar problems.

Negative experience: My Dr suggested I attend here following my diabetes diagnosis. I was to schedule 5 appointments (Government funded) and opted for 2 exercise focused and 3 diet focused. The exercise guy was informative during the 1st session (I really learnt a lot) and scheduled a 2nd visit. He cancelled the day of the appointment as he was unwell (no issue with that) but told me he would re-schedule as soon as he was feeling better - over 6 months have passed and nothing. The dietician was bizarre at best. We spent time going through and discussing my eating habits. AFTER which she told me to eat 1/2 a kilo of vegetables for dinner. She then proceeded to tell me that pumpkin, corn, lentils and another half dozen things were not vegetables. It's worth noting that she did not, at any time, tell me what "Was a vegetable" just simply as I mentioned things I could potentially have for dinner she would say "sweet potato is not a vegetable". (as an aside legumes "are" half protein and half carbohydrate on the 1st visit and half protein and half vegetable on the second visit - but couldn't be counted as a vegetable) She also told me that I needed to increase my fish intake from 5-6 times a week up to 3 times a week - this was mentioned multiple times over both visits. (yes - you read it correctly I said "I have tin fish, usually sardines, 5 to 6 times a week" and the dietician's response was "you need to increase that to 3 times a week" - AND I clarified) I was also told that I should take a Salad and a tin of sardines when I attend a business lunch in a restaurant. On my second visit I also asked for reading material to make sense of it all or the names of some books I could read. I was told that there is nothing out there that was simple enough for me and I should simply keep returning to her - and she then proceeded to promote her personal business. It became VERY apparent during my second visit that there had been no attempt to listen and understand me so I walked away at a loss on how they could assist with my dietary requirements relating to diabetes.

Fantastic experience: I had physio treatment at Chatswood Allied Health for a running injury. Tim was very knowledgeable and did a great job in adapting the treatment approach over time, which was needed in my case, to ultimately get me back up and running. He provided a high level of end to end care, as in addition to massage and dry needling, the information he shared and exercises he prescribed have armed me against future injury with treatment now complete. Tim was a delight to deal with and in general the team and atmosphere at CAH is very welcoming and positive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had physio treatment by Tim, both pre and post op for a bulging disc. Tim has guided me through every step of my rehab, from basic exercises to strengthening while providing exceptional information on my injury as I have progressed. While I have mainly been with Tim, I have found all the staff knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend CAH!

Fantastic experience: All phisyo are very professional and very good. I have been using them for a while and every time with great results. I definitively recommend the practice. I have been back this year numerous times due to small injuries while playing soccer, and they always manage to solve my issue. Specifically, Logan has been great on solving my leg muscle injuries

Fantastic experience: It has been two weeks since I completed 7 physio sessions for tennis elbow so this is a solid review. My therapist Tim Tattersall is amazing with extensive knowledge and experience on sports injury. Under his step-by-step recovery treatment plan, my problem (which involved a tear in the tendon. Was told by people this could never heel) has been improved incredibly. Tim is an encouraging and positive young professional. Highly impressed and thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Sydney and was looking for a new physio. Went and saw Jimmy at Chatswood Allied Health, and he was awesome. Jimmy was knowledgeable and provided insights as to why my injury occurred, and also gave a plan for fixing it. ie, wasn't trying to make you come back week on week/take your money, but genuinely aims to improve short term pain and provide long term exercises and guidance. Would come back.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the professional physiotherapy services offered here by both Jimmy and Clinton. Following a recent elbow injury, both have provided me with clear, friendly and personalised treatments and instructions for rehabilitation exercises. In addition to this, the clinic is well equipped and the receptionist is welcoming. I definitely should have come here in the past for other sporting injuries.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Jimmy and the team give great care. I appreciate the thorough approach, eg explaining everything about an injury and it’s causes, how recovery will work, and monitoring progress. The exercise plan is very easy to follow and do at home. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. It is also convenient: only a short walk from Chatswood Chase for easy parking, or a slightly longer work from the train station.

Fantastic experience: I went to Allied Health and saw Vince for my torn groin. Everyone there was super helpful and very kind from the minute i walked through the doors through to the last session. Vince not only just showed me exercises but went above and beyond by using new shockwave technology to help speed up my healing process and future tips and tricks for prevention. Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of trouble finding a good physio so I'm pretty happy I stumbled across these guys. They helped me discover I had some serious issues with my ankle that my GP missed, which needed surgery.

Fantastic experience: Vince and team are the best. Very professional, extremely well informed on all pain management techniques, and a genuine concern for the health of their patients. I recommend this group very highly.

Positive experience: So far had only 1 session and I can say it was alright. I still have backache but its reduced. They use some electric waves and acupuncture. I was super scared of needles but it went ok. They electric waves though I am not sure because I could feel soreness and stiffness a week later in the area where the machine worked. The exercises I was told are good and provides instant relief. Only hassle was my Bupa card wasn't accepted on their machine, so had to keep track of claiming bill separately. Haven't claimed yet but I think that shouldn't be a problem. I am looking forward to next session soon and will update rating if that goes good too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Vince for about 10 years on and off for various sporting injuries. As an athlete he has helped me bounce back from acute injuries, getting me back to sport sooner. He has also assisted more recently in the prevention & conditioning aspects of chronic knee and calf concerns linked to long distance running. Vince’s treatment and knowledge has allowed me to continue my passion for running. He is a very experienced practitioner who I highly recommend for any injury prevention and treatment concerns.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a consistent issue with my ankle which previously had been misdiagnosed. When I had my appointment at Complete allied health care in Chatswood I was really impressed with the in depth analysis and professionalism.. they took the time to understand the root cause and subsequently sent me for x rays which proved their diagnosis to be correct.. and have since been guided by their management with the result being my painful ankle issue has all but been resolved!
