Spartansuppz Derrimut

Negative experience: This is more directed at the stores/opening hours. Point cook used to have a store that was almost never open before shutting down. Despite going on several different days at several different hours. Today I called your Derrimut store to be advised what I needed was in stock. Unfortunately I have now had the same experience at this store - despite arriving at 12:30pm (ish) the store was closed with an “I’ll be back at 12:40-12:45pm” sign. I waited until 2pm (the closing time) and not a single rep. returned to open the store back up. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to Patrick and his recommendations of the Rule 1 Protein Powder. Great product and loving the flavour I got (Chocolate Biscuit). Cheers again and certainly will be buying more in the future.

Fantastic experience: The service here is awesome. I dropped in tonight on the way home five minutes before closing. I was greeted warmly and asked what I was after. I said I only wanted protein for tonight as I have stuff coming off the internet. The lady behind the counter said "oh here let me give you a sample" then and handed me a sample sized bag of powder with a detailed paper label, gave me a quick overview, and I was on my way. I'll be going here from now on.
