Fantastic experience: Matt and the team are fantastic. I had lumbar spinal fusion surgery and didn’t think I’d be able to get Chiropractic adjustments again, and I was quite nervous about it post surgery.but Matt was fantastic and he explained that it was all fine and how he works around it all. Now with 2 plates and 4 screws in my lower back along with regular adjustments from Matt my back has never been better. He’s been our Chiropractor for more than 10 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Matthew for years and he has got me through some of my worst injuries including a disk herniation, neck injury, and those random niggles I get as I get older. Fantastic experience: After years of headaches, my neighbour suggested I try a chiropractor - I'd never been to one before. Went in and got a plan organised, over a few months. Found Matthew to be very professional and knowledgeable - happy to explain anything I asked. All staff very polite and helpful. Have managed to get headaches reduced significantly - much more manageable, and still improving, and got exercises to further help with my recovery. Highly recommend. Great parking, easy to access.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to doctor Mathew for several years now and he knows his stuff, I sit a lot in the work that I do and let's just say I look forward to popping in every now and then for my adjustment. About 3 years ago I went to a spine specialist let's just say he was a so called quack, I came into doctor Mathews he saw the ct scans measured me up for size did his own X-rays at the practice waited less then a week for his answer and straight away he advised me against surgery and that he could help me and it's been 3 years now I have been able to start jogging and lifting heavy weights again. He is very friendly and the staff there are just sweet hearts too they will just about go out of their ways for you if they need to within reasons to proved you information. And cross-check with Doctor mathews. He is that popular sometimes you have to wait an extra half hour to get your appointment but others then that you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We came to Matthew reluctantly as we had not had much success with previous chiropractors. Matthew is an extremely knowledgeable chiropractor and has helped my neck immensely. I suffered from daily headaches and migraines but now only need adjustments from time to time. The whole team are very friendly and helpful. We have recommended friends to see Matthew who also rave about him!

Negative experience: Booked at 5:30pm my consultation and didn't get in till 6:20pm almost an hour wait no apologies or acknowledgement. The adjustment itself was only 4 to 6 min I timed it. I was extremely rushed and felt like a number or another dollar sign. It was quite an awful experience to be so rushed out the door and not asked how I was feeling or if anywhere elese needed addressing. I don't feel it was fair at all considering I paid $97 to be left feel like quite humiliated actually. My neck still feels out of balance too - I never got asked anything. Just a simple " you are done"... I've been nevertheless felt like this at any chiropractic before in my lifetime of sessions. No care plan or recommendations for my neck- nothing. Just use a heat towel I was told. I'm aware this is a busy clinic but no matter how much money you or successful you are - no new client should be treated as such and left waiting almost an hour only to be cut short and treated poorly.

Negative experience: Crack and Collect is what I call this place. The chiros are great, don't get me wrong they are good, BUT being on the table for 3 mins (Yes I have timed it), and in most cases 4-5mins, unless you have some follow up thing where they spend 15mins with you, then don't expect too much more than crack crack thanks for coming. Have left a few times feeling not the best and that nothing was achieved especially with lower back. Positives: Easy to book and get an appt Chiros know what they are doing Negatives: In and out too quickly Feeling of being rushed and them not caring Too eager to make you book next appt (first thing they ask when your appt is done) Want to put you on a plan for visits of like 2 a week for 3 months No HiCaps machine there at all, have to do it yourself Poor rebates by health providers Feels like a production line of people coming in and out BTW: I am not using my real name as I don't want them calling me.

Fantastic experience: The most incredible chiropractor I have ever seen. Sean is an absolute treasure for anyone who is struggling with ailments or pain. Sean has been able to help me advocate for my own health to my doctors by passing on his expertise, knowledge and recommendations. He really does know his stuff and I feel very grateful to be in his care. He listens and validates how you are feeling, digs deep for answers to help you live a better quality of life. I have gone from being disheartened to optimistic because he has helped me to feel better and manage my chronic pain. The receptionist staff are also so very cheerful, helpful and friendly. I wish I could rate Life chiropractor more!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Sean for a few months now and he is a really great chiropractor. He takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t just brush off what is hurting you. If he makes some adjustments and something is still bothering you, he will do some more instead of just pushing you out the door. Really friendly and down to earth. All my family go to life chiro now

Fantastic experience: Five stars isn't enough. Matthew corrected my head forward posture which was out by 9cm on X-rays. I've been going here 5 years and went from a history of being plagued every few weeks by a pelvic tilt, to barely needing maintenance. On the odd occasion that I do something stupid, Matthew puts me back together in two minutes. Go here.

Fantastic experience: Can highly recommend Matthew! Have been returning to Matthew for several years as he was able to fix the terrible back problems I had at the at the time. This was after many doctor visits , referrals to back doctor specialists etc. Nothing had helped. After studying all reports, xrays, etc. Matthew worked on my back consistently to get me pain free. I try to return each month for maintenance to keep my neck and back aligned.

Negative experience: Don't get Xrays there as there is little rebate on them. I am in top health cover and the Xrays cost $150 and I received $20 rebate. I was not given this advice about the rebate - maybe just a con. If you need Xrays - go to an Xray place that bulk bills. I wasn't happy - the initial visit cost $244 - that's outrageous and the Xrays weren't even discussed with me. I certainly won't be returning.

Positive experience: Its a small quiet little shop. Parking easy, no real wait time, boring for kids. Not expensive but in saying that it is 1 where u need several to many visits....

Fantastic experience: At 4 months pregnant I was in tremendous, crippling back pain. Dr Matt was able to see me within hours and after being corrected I had almost instant relief.
