Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Zac. When I walked in, I had debilitating nerve pain which was affecting every aspect of my life. Dr Zac listened to me and over the course of a few sessions I have experienced significant relief. I always feel that I am in safe hands. It is such a pleasure to be welcomed into the practice each visit, you can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ wellbeing. They are also extremely accommodating, fitting you in when you need it. Not to mention cost effective. I’m only out of pocket a small amount and it is worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Zac for anyone in discomfort or pain. In a last ditch attempt to do something about my back, which had left me out of work and practically bed-bound for two weeks, I booked an appointment with Zac. It was my first time at a chiropractor and I wasn't sure what to expect. Zac is super friendly and really put me at ease. He took my pain seriously and was adamant that we'd be able to work through it and find the answer. In under 30 minutes I was able to have a detailed consultation, x-rays and an initial adjustment. I left the appointment practically skipping, feeling more more movement and less pain than I had in weeks. Excellent service.

I have rheumatoid and on my very first treatment from Zac, I got instant positive results. DEC 2024 - UPDATE I have been coming here for the past 9 months (Since giving birth to my second baby.) I love getting cracked and I feel amazing! At the beginning I had 3 appointments per week , And then it down to 2 per week and then 1 session per week. Once my posture was improved and my body was strong again at 6 months postpartum. I'm a regular and I come back either fortnightly or monthly.

At Maroubra Chiropractic HQ I can book sessions after 5pm during weekdays or morning time on Saturdays. It is easy and convenient to get an on-time adjustment. After putting up with crippling back pain through heavy trade work I saw Zac and got immediate relief. Fantastic experience: I came to Chiropractic HQ with extreme pain shooting down my left leg, right to my toes. Like they were being electrocuted. After our first session, I walked out feeling better, still in pain, but better. After that first session I came back 7 times in 10 days. Zac wanted to make sure I was feeling great before flying out to Japan. It's now the night before I leave, I've just had my 7th session of adjustments and I feel great! Left leg and in particular my left foot and toes are pain free, from not even being able to touch them, to perfectly normal. My hips and lower back are free and my neck and shoulders aren't full of tension. Fantastic experience: Getting my neck fixed by Dr Zac was the best thing that happened to me in 2023. I had chronic neck pain, bearable but still painful and I had accepted that it was what it was. I had seen other chiropractors who could give me an immediate relief but then one week later it would be the same, which made me doubt about the efficacy of chiropractic care in general. Dr Zac's energy, positivity and kindness are infectious. But he also really knows what he's doing and the kind of adjustment I received were different from those I had before. After about 8-10 weeks of regular care, I got better and the pain was no longer coming back. I will keep going a few times a year to stay healthy but now I feel that I am healed, and that's the best gift. Chiropractic care is not a small investment but it's highly worth it if you go with Dr. Zac.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Chiropractor's ever since I was 16. I've definitely seen my fair share of chiros to say the least. The last 5yrs there's been a decline in my mobility and huge increase in the amount of chronic pain. I have pain in my Neck, Thoracic spine with chronic Cerviogenic headaches along with pain in all costovertebal joints, lower back and also Sciatic pain down to the ankle. I was a little optimistic about seeing a new chiro especially fairly young ones as as alot of younger Chiro's tend to use i guess the activator technique and my body prefers the old school manual adjustments. I feel I get most relief from this method of practice. Past experience with other chiro's when I have tried to explain that I know my body and how it responds to the adjustments weren't exactly heard which was a little upsetting as I would be in pain again the next day and felt that I've just wasted my money. Zac, really did listen to how I wanted to be treated and took everything on board so I've continued my treatment with Zac and his really the first chiro in over 10yrs that has kept my migraines at bay and currently working on my sciatic pain. Zac has proven that it's not about younger or older chiro's, it's about finding the right chiro who is willing to really listen to the client. Everyone is different, may have similarities but the same approach doesn't always necessarily work for everyone. Treatment can get expensive and I find the price is very reasonable as well as making appointments with short notice. I am never turned away which is reassuring. I'm definitely alot happier knowing that I've found the right chiro. Keep up the good work!

I stumbled across an ad on Facebook for a discounted consultation and thought it would be a good opportunity seeing as most consults charge twice as much. We're students and I'm 8 months pregnant so we try to save money when we can. The doctor was great, but ChiroHQ as a business is a scam. Most Chriopractic consults will charge you around $100 for an assessment, diagnosis and incial treatment, all in the 1st appointment. ChiroHQ charges you on average $100 for each of these in 3 separate appointments. In other words, your paying x3 as much, while spending x3 your time. As soon we were put the door my husband called bull on the experience. All they did was a physical assessment and said we could only discuss the results in the next consultation (unnecessary as any doctor can read an x-ray on the spot), and after consulting their site, those results will cost another $110, and then another $75 after that for treatment. It was our first ever chiropractic experience, and I wish I had consulted their site before making the appointment. Lucky enough we only spent $50 to find this out, which could have been put towards an actual treatment. If your looking for a solution that won't leech money off of you, this is not the place for you. Wish me luck convincing my husband to another consultant!
