Fantastic experience: I can not praise the Lakshmi Ayurveda clinic highly enough. It's been 15 years since I first set foot in the clinic. Over the years my body, mind and soul have been soothed and healed with the professional and loving care from Karin and her team!! The science of Ayurveda has been practiced in India for over 1000 years. Karin trained in India under the auspices of a Master. This, combined with her knowledge of western medicine (nursing) makes her an exceptional practitioner.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the one hour body massage (Abhyanga) with steam bath afterwards, at Lakshmi Ayurveda. My husband and I both enjoyed a massage and steam for his birthday. It was such a beautiful way to celebrate, relaxing and being pampered. The warm oil is so soothing and therapeutic. The staff are all friendly and my masseuse, Roberta, was very experienced and well trained. She obviously knew her stuff and methodically applied each and every element of Abhyanga massage for my benefit. She also explained the reasons behind her suggestion that we have a hot shower on our return home, which I appreciated. We lounged on the day bed outside, sipping water, until we were able to drive home. Blissful

I had the most beautiful relaxing massage by lovely Marta and I think at Lakshmi, they have a genuine warmth and caring that you don’t necessarily find at many Spas in the Fremantle area. The environment alone is quite unique and beautifully decorated with Exquisite Indian artworks and ornate polished timber massage tables (more like alters of healing really;) as well as the scent of gorgeous healing oils that waft through the air and delight the senses. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I recently did a Panchakarma (PK) at Lakshmi Ayurveda (LA) under the guidance of the extremely knowledgable Karin. It was my first, and I can hand-on-heart say, definitely not my last. In fact, my hope is to do it annually. Sure it had tough aspects (all things that are worth it do!) but the team at LA were gentle, supportive & informative. When I had completed my PK I was actually emotional at the thought of not seeing the team at LA every day. They had become my family & my safe place on those calming, beautiful premises. Since finishing, I feel I am the best version of myself that I have ever been (mind, body & soul complete) and have and will make permanent improvements to my daily life. Fantastic experience: When I attended the Lakshmi Ayurveda clinic for a consultation, I was in absolute desperation. I made the decision one day, after I started cooking and couldn't peel the potatoes. The pain in my hands and wrists were getting worse, and I took regular pain relief, sometimes getting up during the night from the pain. The simplest of things were becoming increasingly difficult to do. My consultation with Karin was nothing short of extraordinary. Her gentle demeanour put me at ease, and a comprehensive assessment ensued. Karin then discussed her recommendations and treatment plan with me. I left the clinic feeling hopeful. After two weeks of following the plan, I was cooking and was surprised to find I was able to use a knife and peel the potatoes. This was a huge victory and it encouraged me to adhere to the plan as much as was possible. It will be almost three months, that I first consulted with Karin. My blood tests all show a decrease in inflammatory markers and others. The pain has decreased significantly and the flexibility in my hands and wrist have increased. I feel happier and healthier. My closest friend has stated that it is the first time she has heard me sound so positive about a treatment. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing 90 minute Abhyanga massage and herbal steam. The sense of calm and warm welcome when I entered their Fremantle clinic set the tone. Marta was clearly skilled and I could tell that she enjoyed giving the treatment. She made me feel very comfortable, checked if the pressure she was using was ok and guided me through each stage so I knew what would happen and kept me feeling relaxed. The oils used were amazing - don’t wash your hair or wear makeup for this treatment as you got completely covered in beautiful smelling and warmed oils! It was also great that I didn’t have anything planned for afterwards so I could keep the oils on me as long as possible. The steam bath was something I hadn’t done before, in the steam chamber which looked amazing and a bit daunting! I managed 8 mins and got the sweat flowing to get rid of toxins and absorb the oils into my skin. I even enjoyed the herbal tea afterwards and picked up a jar of curry leaves to try it again at home. The well stocked shop was lovely to browse through, worth having some extra time before and afterwards. A beautiful experience and definitely recommend! Fantastic experience: The environment at the Lakshmi Ayurveda clinic is so peaceful and inviting. I had an exceptional experience with a persisting medical condition. My dermatitis which required constant steroid treatment over 2 years was healed in 5 days by the recommended herbal treatment from Karin. It was the most pleasantly surprising results ever! Fantastic experience: Karin is such an amazing person, healer, and a friend. I have been coming to her clinic for the past five years and I must say that my life has dramatically improved. I had such a tumultuous health journey where I have felt sick physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually for years and no western doctor can diagnose what was wrong with me despite having numerous blood test and imaging done. Karin guiding me through it all was such a blessing. She has modified my diet, daily routine, and of course performed Panchakarma. I have done four panchakarma treatments: vamana treatment has removed my emotional baggage such as too much attachment to people, unyielding stubbornness, and jealousy; virechana has improved my digestion, removed a lot of accumulated body heat and body noise which in the past has made me uneasy and jittery; basti treatment has given me good sleep, regular bowel movements, and calmness; and nasya as removed negative thoughts and self doubt. If you have to do one thing for yourself, I highly suggest to invest in your health and your overall wellbeing. It may take a lot of time and effort, however it is the best investment you could ever make. Ayurveda has improved my life for the better, my health is amazing, I am making better decisions, and I am meeting better people. Call me crazy but I feel like my luck has changed as if the universe has given me better things now that my body is clean and of a higher frequency. I have regained my motivation, mental clarity, and emotional strength that I have lost for years. I can say that my path to self discovery is a very enjoyable journey as I feel comfortable in my own skin, my health is better, and I now have the knowledge on how to live a life of balance. PS: I think the best thing part of it all since I modified my lifestyle and diet is that I look younger!!!!!
