I was very happy with the customer service provided by Linda and product knowledge and advice on what would suit my individual needs. Linda was very patient and actually took the time to listen and answer any questions, great product range and friendly service will definitely be back in there.

She made me feel so welcome, was so knowledgeable and gave me so much advice. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this store more! There is a certain Amino Acid that i cannot have when its an additive and the lovely woman took her time to go through her stock to find what does and what doesn’t have the ingredient. She also went one step above and researched each one as well. I could not recommend this shop more!

Negative experience: Worst customer service, the young guy who was working today on the Saturday. No hello, no offer of help, extremely dismissive and an attempt to make us feel less than for taking a certain supplement? Why should i have to repeatedly approach someone for help with products? Next time we will go elsewhere.
