Fantastic experience: First off, the Reception Ladies were inviting & friendly, especially Robyn. Chiropractor Chuck Tsui was amazing, for the first time in 3 years & after many chiropractor's he was able to release the tension & pain of my lower back which ran pins & needles down my right side. The relief was amazing & now looking forward to the recovery & get more mobility. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

She's intuitive, experienced and thorough in her questions and observations, which makes for an individually customized treatment where you feel valued and genuinely cared for. Elvirah is a professional expert with a range of extra skills in body work; cupping, hot stone, needling and Chinese Medicine. All the little touches like the heat lamp, heated towels and hot stones also make for a lovely holistic experience. I've had massages for decades, it can be so difficult to find a quality therapist. If you're looking for perfect pressure, dedication to your well-being and actual physical improvement and pain relief, book Elvirah. You won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: Professional staff, however, be prepared to pay $105 for 10mins.

Negative experience: Turned up for my infant daughter’s appointment which I had waited weeks for, to arrive to a full waiting room and be told that the Dr was at least an hour behind. I had travelled half an hour and waiting an hour with an infant is not acceptable, especially in COVID times when the waiting room was fairly full. Surely you would be calling your patients and giving them a heads up that the Dr was running late and to come in at a later time, especially when you are a business in an LGA of concern you do not want people hanging around your waiting room. Really not good enough standards and organisation.

Negative experience: Now I'm no expert but when getting re adjusted I thought a massage would be ideal prior to re adjusting to relax muscles... Either way I went there once, got assessed and re adjusted a few days later my symptoms worsened....

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment without notifying- My partner and I had been seeing a practitioner there and we wanted to try someone else. I called up to ask whether this would be classified as a new appt for not. They said since ive been seeing someone there i could see any other practioner and it would be considered as a 15min appt (not 30min initial consult). I booked my partner in few weeks in advance. On the day he turned up and they told him it was cancelled. They said he needed to be booked for 30min since he had never seen the practitioner before. We were furious. 2.5 hrs prior to the appt they left me one missed call. No voice msg. The staff should have more training as they gave me the wrong info. The receptionist which i called to make the complaint was rude and only let me speak after she did. She also lied and said she tried to call a few times when it was once 2.5 hrs before the appt. Im sure they can check the dialed numbers- her claim was false. Even claiming she 'tried' is not good enough as we were never informed. Its not okay to wait for the client to show up then turn them away. The receptionist said shes new but you dont need to be in a role for a long time to know basic manners. I think they did suggest we could see someone else who was free for 30min, but we booked a specific practitioner for a reason. Horrible. They told me they would call back. Havent heard from them and not interested in returning. Extremely poor customer service.
