Fantastic experience: Jane is very professional and thorough. I had been suffering from a particular health issue for 6 months now. No conventional pharmaceutical drugs were helping although, after carrying out some simple tests Jane was able to isolate the issue and give specific herbal medicine which began to work straight away. Negative experience: I'm deeply disappointed by Jane's approach. I had booked in an appointment for my son, but fell really ill the afternoon of the appt- to the point that I shared with Jane that I couldn't even stand up. Jane showed no compassion at all and offered to talk on the phone to run through a few things otherwise a cancellation fee would apply. I expressed my view to Jane and she simply cut and pasted her booking policy. I have been a long term client of Jane's in the past including my children, but it's clear profiting far outweighs care of her patients. To date, I have recommended Jane to others, but I certainly won't do so in the future and will be sharing my experience with others.

Fantastic experience: Hey Jane, I just want to thank you so much for your help with my range of health issues eg chronic fatigue, post natal depression, weight gain, hormone imbalance, inflammation pain, anxiety and stress levels. You figured it all out by looking at my symptoms and nailed my treatment plan so quickly. I felt a difference straight away and within 2 months I was off the anti depressants, which I never wanted to go on in the first place, however I had to as a last resort. Initially I went to Jane to see if she could help me with chronic sinus issues that I've been suffering on and off for years. I'd just come off the back of 2 courses of strong antibiotics which hadn't cleared my issues up. I had a terrible, rattling cough and lots congestion, was exhausted (couldn't make it through most days without a nap), and catching every cold around. As a busy Mum of 3, it wasn't ideal. I really appreciated Jane's practical approach. She prescribed a combination of natural remedies and vitamin C (I loved that she didn't try to flog me some expensive version and was happy for me to use up the vitamins I already had at home). Within 3 days my congestion was clearing, and within 10 days I was feeling more energetic than I had for months. Honestly, it's blown my mind (in the best possible way).
