Fantastic experience: Today, I had a craniosacral therapy session with Mel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a skin therapist, I often feel tension in my upper body, and the release I felt after this session was absolutely incredible. Mel was extremely professional, explaining everything about the therapy beforehand and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She was attentive, caring, and truly skilled at what she does. I felt completely relaxed and in great hands. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and very kind therapist, I highly recommend Mel.

Fantastic experience: Visiting for massage monthly for nearly 20 years. Couldn't do without it. My neck and should muscles always stiff until released by Rosa. Last visit I had ankle oedema. Rose worked magic on my legs and over next 24 hours I lost 0.6kg in fluid. I feel so much better.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patron of Haberfield Health now for five years, I’ve enjoyed all my treatments there, everything ranging from acupuncture, massage and my new favourite a facial combined with massage- focusing on neck, shoulders and face. This released significant tension in my jaw, face and head. It was just what I needed, it helped me days after the treatment- bringing awareness and relief which was bliss. I’ve struggled with this area- stretching, self massage etc. The therapist was Andrea, I definitely will be back soon. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the massages from Rosa and her team at Haberfield Health! I always leave feeling very relaxed, happy, and not as tight in my shoulders and back which can last for weeks. A couple of years ago i came in for a much needed pregnancy massage with Rosa. My body (and mind) felt so relaxed and ready after my massage, that my contractions started a few hours later! I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Crystelle compiled a tailored list of products for me and had them shipped immediately. I followed up with regular facial treatments and each time they were specific and personalised with impressive results. I was treated by Rosa for some pregnancy massages which were worth every penny. I’ve been running around getting things ready for our first bub and the massages really helped to relax and sooth tight muscles. Rosa tailored the massage to include lymphatic drainage too as I had experienced some swelling. I felt very safe and nurtured.

Fantastic experience: I had the best massage I can ever remember this morning with Adelia at Haberfield Health. She asked all the right questions about my aches and pains, which were largely legs and stiff immobile old knees and ankles, plus some lower back pain from poor desk posture and why not throw in a bit of work on the right shoulder... "Would you like it gentle to medium?" she asked "no, I want it medium to firm and I'll let you know if its too much," I replied. Then she went to work. I got what I asked for. Yes, it was firm and remedial but at the same time, brought the most wonderful relaxation to every area of tired tightness. The environment was warm, comfortable and welcoming. I left feeling renewed, like I'd had some kind of blissful, remedial meditation. Oh', and those aches and pains!... there gone for a while! I'm giving Adelia five stars for that one, it was magic! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Haberfield Heath for over ten years now, having used many services on offer - massage, pregnancy massage, reiki, acupuncture, and over the past couple of years naturopathy with Keri Hogarth who is absolutely amazing. Keri is incredibly intuitive and has helped me enormously recover from serious illness and also treated my two primary aged daughters with sleep and anxiety issues. I credit Keri for having no side effects from the COVID-19 booster (which I had previously) due to her immune therapy. Rosa is a such a wonderful, nuturing, caring person who will bend over backwards to assist clients in any way that she can. She has created a beautiful, warm and welcoming practice where you instantly feel at home when you walk in the front door, knowing that anyone you see there will be of the highest standard. I have had a lot of stress on my back and was in need of a relaxing and soothing massage that also released the pain from my back, and I got exactly that. I got my massage done by Melanie who asked what type of massage I wanted, listened, understood and made me feel very comfortable. Rosa and the receptionist were so kind and welcoming as well, only getting massages here from now on!

I have recently been seeing Rosa for regular pregnancy massages, she is wonderful, she makes me feel incredibly comfortable and all my aches and pains are melted away. Fantastic experience: This was my first ever natural facial and I couldn't of had such a better session. Not only am i receiving the benefits of a natural facial I also got to relax at the same time ! From being used to chemical facials I was used to a very clinical room with no relaxation at all. When having a skin consultation with Crystelle a few days before my facial to chat about my skin, she really tailored and catered the facial and the products to me ! She did a soft massage on my hands, arms and neck along with aromatherapy. This is the only place I'm getting a facial again. Thank you Crystelle!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Haberfield Health for quite a few months now and have been trying a lot of new approaches to health and well being. From the first time I walked in to make an appointment I was greeted by the Director Rosa who was warm and welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable. Rosa, after speaking to me suggested that I might try seeing a Naturopath and also trying Cranial Sacral Therapy or Remedial massage, i felt as though these were both great choices so booked myself straight in! On my first appointment with Keri, who is now my naturopath who i see on a regular basis I felt not only that she listened to what I was feeling, she also made me feel as though everybody can make a positive change towards being healthy. After leaving and trying the different things that Keri had suggested week by week I noticed myself getting a little brighter and a little more energy, and i cannot thank her enough for her continued guidance and support. Fantastic experience: Haberfield Health – The One Stop Shop for your Health and Wellbeing!!! I am addicted to this place. I have used Haberfield Health for over 10 years. They have assisted me with constant neck and back pain. Their service and professionalism is impeccable. The Practitioners go beyond the call of duty. Their understanding of all facets of health and pain management is outstanding. Their services range from Neuro Linguistic Programs to assist in overcoming fears and phobias to relaxing facials and massages. Haberfield Health is very family oriented. I have 2 teenage boys and they love their massages at Haberfield Health. I have also recommended them to friends of smaller children with anxiety problems. They were very helpful! My Mum, who is 86 years old and had a stroke 2 years ago, finds her leg and arm very stiff after the stroke, she has very limited range of movement. She comes once a week and feels so much better after the treatment, she is almost a new person. I can’t thank Haberfield Health enough for their treatment plans for Mum. Haberfield Health also stocks a wonderful range of natural products called ARGITAL from Italy. I have used their products and they are so pure and rich with herbal ingredients that I don’t have any more issues with my rash on my hands and body. Absolutely Great- Thanks Haberfield Health!!!
