Fantastic experience: I have been going to and having my script medications delivered every week for appr 12 yrs.I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful.Also the qualified chemists are quite happy to answer any queries I have.10/10.

Negative experience: I came into your store a week ago and purchased a Herbs of gold product. After paying for it I said to the young girl."I have a Herbs of gold loyalty card". She rudly replied with.. " yer it's on the system now". And turned her back to me and continued to talk to her other work colleague. Only to find out later that isn't actually true. You still have to stamp it. She lied to me because she was to lazy to do it.

Fantastic experience: Very, very disappointed there is now a 1% transaction fee on ALL cards usage even the savings account which is my money that I want to access. We are being forced not to use cash and are now paying a penalty. Something is not right.

Fantastic experience: This is a stellar pharmacy! Wael and the team are so helpful and knowledgeable. I really like that they can offer basic immunisations, and they have Narelle the Naturopath to advise on alternative treatments to big pharma. The health food / alternative medicine section is equally large as the regular chemist offerings. Fan for life here!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I came to get my covid vaccine and unfortunately fainted after the needle, something I have done before after getting needles. I just want to say the team at this pharmacy were absolutely fantastic, all showing true concern for me and doing everything in their power to help including calling an ambulance. I even received a phone call from the pharmacist after I left as he was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was okay and got home safely. I have been coming to this store for years and everyone that works there is always happy and willing to help as well as have a nice conversation. The pharmacist always greets me by name. I always leave feeling happy, which really isn't something you expect when you're just running down to the pharmacy but something you definitely notice and remember when you leave. I love the team at this store and I think it is a great example of a wonderfully run business with a great culture. I thank you all for your help and kindness yesterday.

Fantastic experience: If i could give more than 5 stars I would! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and my machine stopped working. Being only 7 days away from my due date I wanted to make sure everything was still ok. I went to 4 pharmacies prior to coming here and was fobbed off by all of them! No one wanted to help me, everyone kept saying it was someone else problem until I came here. The pharmacist took the time, listened to me and saw that my machine was in fact faulty. He instantly replaced it with a new one! I will never go to any other pharmacy now, as this is the only one you need. Someone who actually cares about their customers and takes the time to make sure their needs are met. 100% recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am forever grateful to Niki for saving my life. I woke up on a Saturday several weeks ago and all of a sudden experienced a massive headache out of nowhere with a feeling of constant nausea. I went to the Wholelife Pharmacy thinking it was a migraine as this was like no headache I had ever experienced. Niki suggested that I should go to the Frankston Hospital emergency department to ensure it was not a bleed on my brain. It turns out she was correct and after being transferred to The Alfred in an ambulance and spending 10 days there I was released and am still recovering. Without Niki’s advice I would have gone home and potentially had a stroke. Thank you so much Niki I am forever in your debt.

Fantastic experience: Am so impressed to find wholelife is stocking bfit food in there freezer and bfit snacks , I have been on the 7 day rapid bfit food for 4 day's today and its guaranteed 5kilos loss in 14 days well happy to say I've already shed 3kilos the healthy way, as I've tried everything and this really works , I will be purchasing from wholelife as I love this place best service from great staff, and the foods are really tasty, it was also approved when I informed my dietician, the best part if I run short I just have to pop in to wholelife to top up, so happy, and I did my calculations and its cheaper to purchase this way than online. People trying to shed the healthy way please try bfit it really works, I'm enjoying my journey and I don't get hungry throughout the day Helen
