Dr Hanan Maghazaji's knowledge and experience is clearly evident and her respect for the patients, especially around education and information about their issues, ensuring informed choices and consent is refreshing and very welcome. She epitomises everything that we hope for as women from the medical profession which sadly has not always been our experience. I highly recommend her and this practice.

Dr Maghazaji asked me questions about my family, my medical history, how I feel, symptoms I am experiencing, and she genuinely cared and took note of my responses. The receptionists were super helpful arranging a telehealth at a short notice, and even following my referral, provided me an update and expectations for my wait time. Their promptness and friendliness even just over email is really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My experience was a positive one, their website is very easy to use and gives good information about what you can expect. Reception staff are very polite and put me as a new patient at ease, that’s really important for me …….i think if your not at ease going into an appointment things might get missed especially because i saw both the lovely psychologist and GP one appointment followed the other. Overall I was able to walk out feeling positive and really felt i had been looked after, and listened to.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this place or 10 years and I have never had a bad service or experience. The girls are so friendly and all of the doctors are incredibly meticulous and talented within their fields.

Fantastic experience: The practice has a homely feel with welcoming staff and the doctor is lovely talks through everything she is doing or about to do. Slight down fall quite often running late but I am more than happy to wait for such good service.

I spent over 45 minutes at my first appointment with Dr Hanane, she’s very meticulous and she discusses all the details even the smallest ones. Tara the physiotherapist is very thorough as well!! As for the lovely receptionists, they’re always smiling and very helpful. I truly recommend women’s health plus to all the ladies who like to be taken care of (top to toe)!!

I was waiting for a while (about thirty minutes) but Annabelle and Sana are so sweet and funny and really made me feel comfortable and at ease while waiting to get my IUD inserted. Dr Maghazaji is also excellent and is very clear and thorough in her explanations and helps make you feel comfortable despite the invasive procedures.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed coming to womens health plus with my issues, but today I had a appointment at 2.15 But had to wait nearly an hour, for my appointment I should have been told that she is running late on arrival or a phone call cause I got there just on time, I will come back but I n future can you please let people know that the doctor is running behind before the appointment.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door, you are cared for. Their professional and personal care and time given to each patient is consistent with the help you receive. I was at my lowest when I walked through the doors, hoping that this would bring some answers to the complexities I was experiencing. They went above and beyond. They are available and both professional and practical. I was heard for the first time, they went at my pace, what I could manage, holding my hand with each step.
