Fantastic experience: This review is a bit late in coming, but it was important to me that I finally get around to submitting one. When I was back in Australia visiting family late last year, I needed to find someone to help me with my chronic hip and back issues. Many physios will provide a minimum of treatment to prolong the number of visits, and I wanted to avoid that, and get some quick results. I settled on Ferry Rd Physio, given the overwhelming positive reviews. They were not wrong, and I have no regrets. Jordan is a true professional, an absolute champion. Another reviewer said "He doesn't beat around the bush and is very honest." I concur. The best physio I've seen, and I've seen many over the years. There was no mucking around. He threw the kitchen sink at my problems and it made a huge difference, helping me to enjoy my holiday, and get some welcome relief. He even provided me with an email detailing his treatment, so that I could find someone to emulate it once I got back home. The front office team were always delightfully helpful and friendly. An amazing experience. If I need more help on my next trip, I won't go anywhere else. All the best from Poland!

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a new Physio for a few months, (The last one left town.) tried a couple, but they put me off with their 10-15 week 'management programs' and them thinking they've got one over you. Needed my shoulder's fixed asap as pain and ROM was doing my head in & screwing up my training. I Found Ferry Rd Physio and Functional Therapies and booked not expecting anything much different than the others I'd seen. First visit was today 06/02/24 9.00 am, dual shoulder pain & tightness through the upper trapezius. Well, I can't be more impressed. I've been using physio's for years and Jordan is a first class professional. No mucking about, a thorough diagnosis then straight into manipulation therapy for a good 30-40 minutes. Feeling excellent straight after, but even better that afternoon. Heading back for a few more treatments, very confident in Jordan's ability. It took a while but I've found my new go to Physio. Thanks Jordan!

Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of Adam and the team at Ferry Rd/Physio Performance Clinic. After doing major damage to my knee and requiring surgery, I was referred to Adam who took on the job of getting me back to normal post surgery. Following the protocols and exercise program I was given, 8 weeks post surgery and I’m already feeling fantastic, going by with my day to day life, with my knee getting stronger by the day. Would definitely recommend Adam to anyone with small to larger scale injures.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Patrick Lin high enough for helping me sort my TMJ issues after a very difficult wisdom tooth extraction. He made the process so painless, and I totally appreciated his patience and persistence to guide me through the physio movements to improve function without pushing me too far out of my comfort zone. I also found his uncomplicated informative approach of explaining how the mechanics worked was both interesting and also reassuring, and helped me understand how I could help fast-track my progress at home between sessions. Patrick also has a wonderful sense of humour which I looked forward to each session. He definitely turned a negative experience into a very positive one in a very short amount of time and I would recommend his work to anyone. He has also since helped sort out a pinched nerve in my leg. If you're looking for a great physio with great people skills, then Patrick is your man! Thanks again Patrick! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Adam at Ferry Road, being a hockey athlete it’s really important to try and get rehab exercises specific to our sport and it’s awesome having Adam’s knowledge and understanding. I really appreciate Adam doing hands on work, explaining gym exercises and always being able to reassure if I am on the right track!

Negative experience: I saw Lucy here about a neck injury and she told me it was a muscle imbalance in my back, after months of exercises and spending money on treatment here I had seen little improvement and decided to try one of the other Physio’s (Adam) who prescribed more exercises for this “muscle imbalance” and treated my symptoms with needling and massage techniques however after months of treatment the underlying pain had still not gone away. I finally decided to change Physio’s entirely for a second opinion whereupon my new physio sent me straight to get an MRI on my neck. This was never discussed at ferry road physio and when I got my results back I realised I had 3 protruding discs in my cervical spine. At this point 18 months had passed since the initial injury and the damage I have done to my spine is now permanent. If the Physio’s at ferry road had referred me for an MRI I could have been diagnosed months sooner and potentially fully recovered by now. Instead I have doesn’t thousands of dollars on treatment and my pain is worse than ever. Would not recommend this physio to anybody as I saw 2 of their staff about my injury and nobody ever considered an MRI would be prudent to check for disc damage. Amateur hour to say the least…

Fantastic experience: I received treatment from Adam for a 2 herniated discs in my spine, His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. I found Adam's approach to rehabilitation perfect, I was given rehab exercises to do at home for a period and then we would review, Adam would provide treatment and take me through a series on rehab exercises in the on site gym and set me off until the next required treatment. No cash grab here at all I have returned to full function , Back to full training loads and competition in my sport I cannot recommend Adam and the team at Ferry road physio highly enough

Fantastic experience: On holidays at the Gold Coast and attended Ferry Rd Physio after being recommended by a fello triathlete. Great value for money as I wasn't persuaded to come back for a zillion treatments like some places do. Kevin gave me exercises to help my condition and treatment was over after 2 sessions. Highly recommended and next time we are on holiday on the Gold Coast I will be attending here if the need arises.
