Fantastic experience: Great Communication, their supply warehouse had stuffed up availability made my ordered pre-workouts very much delayed, but Geelong store, mainly Tom made sure to at least send out half my order so I’m not waiting for all of it from the warehouse because warehouse delayed ETA again on my order, thank you Tom very much appreciate it, communication from him again 10/10

Negative experience: False advertising, purchased a preworkout online claiming 40 serves, but only actually has 20 serves based on the serving information in the ingredients, meaning it actually just contained 40 half serves. Left a poor review and they took down my review on their website.
