Positive experience: Good question to understand where reason of pain and treatment exercise very helpful.

Negative experience: I have been seeing a different Chiro for over 11 years but needed somewhere close by now that I live in Ellenbrook, so decided to try Life Balance. Wayne is lovely and so is Kelly. And I love that they have lots of natural remedy stuff and food etc to buy. However.. After my initial assessments I found I was still in pain maybe 3-4 days later and usually I can go 1-3 weeks minimum without another adjustment. I went back for my final adjustment appointment on the 18th of June. By the 22nd I had the worst migraine and lost my peripheral vision, got aura and lost my depth perception whilst at work. A few days later I saw my old Chiro again and my whole neck had tensed up so much from adjustments I needed acupuncture. I went back after the tension went down and was told that my c5and c6 had become misaligned and I had a trapped nerve which was causing the bad back pain and migraines. I’d never had an adjustment in the way I had been adjusted at life balance (with my hand behind my shoulder blade and my arm sticking up in a triangle whilst being pressed into) in the whole 11 years of seeing different chiropractors. I believe seeing this new chiropractor has caused me this pain and I have been in a neck brace on and off since then with now strong painkillers. I am hyper mobile especially in my neck but this was stated on my form at the chiropractor for my initial assessment. I will certainly not be going back and despite how lovely they are I am now having neck and back issues since.

I have been seeing wayne is one of the chrio, he is fantastic, he doesn't tell you that you have to keep going like most chrio tell you. Listen to your body and come back when you need to. Since I jabe Covid I have been getting disk and ran down she is supporting me to get my body back to what it was like before, by giving me a nutritious food plan which is very simple support my body becoming better. Fantastic experience: Today I tried the infrared sauna. I highly recommend this! Previously I have only used the box saunas, whilst I enjoy the benefits of them, I struggle to stay in them as I feel like I over heat too quickly. With this sauna, your head is out and you are laying down which makes the experience much more comfortable and relaxing.

I have personally started going to Denyse recently for Chiro services and she understood my problem first and then started great treatment for my arm. Fantastic experience: I've told anyone who will listen about how amazing Simon is. He relieved over 10 years of back pain in just a few sessions, I floated out of my last appointment! He's also really interesting to chat to and the hour goes by really fast. Kelly is also really helpful and informative, and generous with her time and advice. Although I haven't seen her for an appointment, she has taken the time to talk me through some issues I was having and even emailed me some exercises I could do to help. I really appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Wayne for chiropractic care regularly and he is an absolute godsend. He is super gentle but knows how to work his magic. Nadine is great for reset movement classes and is full of knowledge. Kelly is an amazing nutritionist and was always a friendly face at the front desk. Fantastic experience: I have had lower back pain for over a year now, and after seeing physios, doctors, and taken copious amount of pain releiving drugs (legal or otherwise) nothing seemed to help me. I was told about this place and I admit I was skeptical at first but I thought I'd give it a go. Thats when I met Emily. Although she is small in stature, beleive me she packs a punch and there was none of this gentle massage stuff that I was so skeptical about, she got in the with all the force of a bull Elephant and managed to undo all the knots in my mussles. I haven't slept better in over a year. NO MORE PAIN. Thank you Emily, love your work.

Emily found a muscle I have been having trouble with that no physio, chiro or previous professional massages had found prior.
