F45 Training Bulleen

Fantastic experience: I’ve been loving my first few weeks here at F45 Bulleen. I felt so welcome by Frankie and Alex. They’ve both been amazing. The sessions are great and never thought I say it but I look forward to the sessions during the week!

Fantastic experience: Frankie and the team have been really welcoming upon joining. I am coming back after not really training for 11 months during and after pregnancy with second baby. I am able to adjust any exercises I am not comfortable with, and best of all , the vibe here is like family ️

Emma was super supportive in the initial process and Frankie took over where the action all happens! Fantastic experience: Great gym, motivational trainers and a wide range of exercises keep things interesting. Something new every day and a mix of weights and cardio. First session and week I probably went a bit hard and felt it, but already feeling better throughout the day after a morning session.

Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Bulleen are truly like no other. The coaches really help and make sure your form is correct and are always there to suggest another technique if need be. I’ve really enjoyed working out with Frankie & the team.

Fantastic experience: When I joined F45 Bulleen I was unmotivated, always tired however after 7 months of controllably attending and support from the best PT Alex and the girls I’ve found motivation and lost wiegen. I thank you all for correcting my posture and teaching me how to train correctly. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: This place is FANTASTIC! I love that there is a mix of cardio and weight sessions. I returned to this F45 after having my baby and although it was tough, it has given me great results. No matter what level you start at you are guaranteed to gain strength and fitness. You can start off where you are comfortable and build from there. The trainers are incredible at what they do, finding ways to encourage and build on where you are at, not to mention their great energy and welcoming smiles. My little bub loves the place too, she sits in her pram and watches us all train most mornings. If you are in need of a gym then you need to give this a go, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain!!❤️

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. The trainers make it what it is. They know when to push you and when to back off. They see you as an individual and not just a number and look at your individual needs and personal fitness goals. I really enjoy training at f45 Bulleen!

You get combined diet and exercise guidance as well as other lifestyle tips, such as information about the importance of goal-setting and rest. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for better coaches. Every morning they are always enthusiastic and bring good energy to the workouts. Each session is always engaging with a variety of different exercises. It’s great that the coaches provide regressions and progressions for each exercise to accomodate for all skill/strength levels.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic training sessions lead by great staff. The variety of sessions help keep me engaged. Since going to F45 I’ve noticed that I feel more awake and alert throughout the day. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know people through the classes. Before attending I was worried that I wasn’t fit enough/strong enough but I’ve realised every session is based on me as an individual and although very very challenging, not unachievable. I am really comfortable with my training environment at This studio and can’t recommend enough joining this fantastic studio! Dilan

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at F45 Bulleen for over a year now and absolutely love it! I really like the diversity of sessions, having a range of cardio, resistance and a combination of both. Each session I show up, work hard and walk away sweaty, but feeling accomplished. The coaches are awesome, really motivating and supportive.
