Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Joel - I came with a calf and a back injury from basketball. Joel was able to help identify what the injury I had and used a variety of treatments. I got a lot of benefit from the needling which I have never had done before. He also was really good at adjusting my lower back and treated all my issues very well. I was able to get back to playing really quickly :)

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Asked many questions before making a diagnosis and starting the treatment on my knee. Thought the treatment was somewhat protracted, but time has shown they were on the money and the results have shown this. Will certainly be a return customer when I have my next sports injury.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never seen a physio before but after getting hit by a blow to the kidney during sparring (Boxing), my mate referred me to Charbel. Before seeing Charbel I couldn’t run, punch, bend down, cough etc. (the basic things) we talked about the injury that took place, the pain/ symptoms I was going through and the recovery process that was going to take place. After the first session, my body started going through the process of recovering followed by small exercises that Charbel assigned for me to do. A couple sessions later and before I knew it I was back to normal and training to my full ability again, with no pain. I gave Charbel a call and thanked him for the work he did and for fixing me. I also told him if I was ever injured again, he’d be the first one to hear about it.

Fantastic experience: I live in India and was visiting family in september this June. One fine morning I slipped and fell down the stairs hurting my hip area. The pain was extreme and sitting itself was impossible. Dr. Charbel came to the rescue and used his skills to manipulate the spine ensuring there was no dislocation of the tailbone. His techniques helped relieve my pain manifold. After only 5 visits I was able to sit long enough to travel safely back to India. Thanks to Dr. Charbel for helping me during a difficult time. I highly recommend the clinic for any chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: Literally one of the best decisions I’ve made. I work part time in this complex and after eyeing this clinic out for sometime, one day I walked in with a sore neck and headache that has been bothering me for months. Made an appointment for 5pm on the spot and I came for the appointment right after work. I have never actually been to see physiotherapists or chiropractors. I am extremely glad I did because It was literally one of the best decisions in my life. I started regular appointments with Chapel for chiro, he asked me a few questions and started my treatment journey. Later down the track I also started massage sessions with Andrew. Both of them were very professional, really nice and easy to talk to, I started off going to sessions twice a week, then once a week and now I am on once a fortnight schedules. They helped me with my conditions so much and I am finally free from my constant headache and neck pain due to the nature of my work at a desk and I feel so much happier. I would definitely recommend people who have stubborn muscle issues to go see them.

Charbel the Chiropractor gave me great treatment and a good management plan to be able to live life at its fullest and not be stopped by constant pain. John the orthopedic surgeon was able to administer a PPR treatment that gave much relief and worked amazingly along side the Chiropractic treatment. Jessica is a excellent podiatrists that is caring and thorough in her work. They also have skilled and experienced massaged therapists that work hand in hand with all practitioners to help give you the best management plan. Fantastic experience: Will is fantastic. I had increasing pain in my upper back and neck and also pins and needles in my hands. After a couple of visits, Will relieved both areas enough to stop taking pain medication. After a couple more visits, I have much more movement and no pain or pins and needles. I also have some exercises to maintain my relief. Highly recommend this business and Will.

Negative experience: Found the podiatry services only provided a bit of relief, even though I've had multiple sessions to relieve my feet. The orthotics I received were super thick, and the podiatrist did not cut them accurately so one was a lot shorter which I had to wear around until she ordered new ones in. Although the podiatrist here is easy to chat to, she also would comment on my personal matters (like my body, as well as sensitive family topics) which made me feel uncomfortable. In addition, there was a constant trying to refer me to Charbel, the chiro, which I did not want to use as it was more money, and I have a musculoskeletal condition I told them my physio is capable of handling. It was still encouraged I saw Charbel which did not make me feel confident in their intentions. I now see another podiatrist in the area which has helped me immensely and has never tried to push me towards services/treatments I cannot afford or am not confident in. I personally would not recommend Precision Health Clinics, based on all of these factors.

Fantastic experience: One happy client here. I made an online booking to see William. The online booking was easy to navigate and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. William is not only thorough but also works a miracle! He identified my issues, performed dry needling, TENS machine and adjusted my misalignment and now I feel so light, like walking on clouds. I regret not coming here sooner to relieve my generalised pain. I am looking forward to a decent night sleep. The practice is easy to find. Parking is available. Thankyou for doing a wonderful job. I've been seeing him for 5 weeks only and I have already noticed significant improvement in my back and shoulder pain that resulted from a motorbike accident. My daughter has also seen podiatrist Jess who was amazing. The treatment and new orthotics have been fantastic for her ankle and leg pain.

Fantastic experience: I was initially referred to this practice by my Orthopedic surgeon to see Dr John for PRP treatment - I found him to be very easy to talk to and friendly and I would definitely recommend this treatment. He then arranged for me see Charbel and his team for followup Chiro and Massage. With the teams help I stayed out of hospital for 18 months. They now are helping me with my recovery and I cannot thank them enough. I can truly say the entire team is professional and caring - nothing is too much to ask. I feel totally relaxed knowing that I have a competent team taking care of me. I was so happy with my treatment at the practice that I changed my podiatrist and now see Jess - the entire team has been amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help, advice and patience - I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic and the hand picked professionals who work there.

Negative experience: I have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic and never actually got a diagnosis for my shoulder and neither had two other people I know (that I referred). I love a good crack but that’s all I find this treatment is good for, temporary relief. You’ll be finding yourself coming back a lot if you have any serious injuries and this is coming from an athlete that has been treated by the best when competing. I never write bad reviews for anywhere but I felt this needed one. Ive come to see the podiatrist(she’s great) and driven from the eastern suburbs as I moved through orthotic change so I’ve booked a last minute appointment which was well fair I had to wait and I did for more than 30mins in the freezing cold outside, which completely was my choice and happy to wait being a last minute squeeze in. I was put in another building seperate from other clients because they were busy. Totally understandable! I had needles chucked in my leg and was left there for an hour which normally is a 20minute treatment. I had to run back to work which is over an hours drive away, so I took the needles out and ran out. No one even called to see if I was ok or to apologise. I sent two emails asking for a refund and explaining what happened and no response! Usually I get a response almost straight away! (When spending money) I’m actually appalled that zero care came out of this and will be filing a complaint with fair trading to receive my money back. This was unfair treatment and it’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Knowing that I live in the east and I wouldn’t be coming back I was treated like I didn’t exist but when they know they’re going to keep getting money from you will be treated fine Pretty sad and disappointing.

Fantastic experience: First happened upon the clinic when I received a gift voucher for a massage - honestly the best remedial massage I've ever had. The therapist recommended I see the chiropractor after hearing my list of woes, and from there I've also been seeing the resident Podiatrist.... I'm the full package! The chiropractic care includes dry needling and massage to facilitate adjustments, and I always leave the clinic feeling good, with improvement tangible. Exercises have been recommended to me to increase my recovery capabilities and for ongoing maintenance. The podiatrist strapped my foot and symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis reduced immediately. I'll be going back for orthotics shortly. Altogether a very professional and capable bunch of therapists offering top-knotch service in a clean and pleasant physical environment, with easy parking. The team at Precision Spine and Sports Clinic deserve applause!

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from acute pain in my lower back when I decided to visit Precision Health Clinic at Baulkham Hills. When I first visited the clinic, I could hardly walk. But Dr. Charbel Daher assisted me greatly with Chiro adjustments massage, acupuncture and electric muscle treatment. I am an accountant and spend most of my time sitting in front of a computer while I work. Charbel has been helpful in not just ensuring that my treatment is effective but also in fitting me in on days when he was super busy. With his careful work on the troubled areas of my body, I have begun to recuperate. His soothing words are just as comforting as his knowledge of muscles, bones and joints. He has helped me get back on track and this time, I am committed to ensuring that the strength in my back and legs returns. My experience with Charbel has been extremely pleasant and this is why I decided to book an appointment with him for my son as well. My son has troubles running comfortably. We were unsure of the problem that our son may be facing, and Charbel seemed to be well-informed. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose that our son was suffering from Osgood-Schlatter Disease(OSD). Charbel has identified a very effective exercise regime to help my son improve his running skills. We are glad to see gradual but consistent improvements in our son. He is still going through the treatment and will soon be visiting Charbel for his next appointment. I overcame my scepticism for chiropractors in my first session when I was relieved of what I believed to be a major shoulder injury from weight training, in a single treatment. I was then provided with a treatment plan for another older rotator-cuff injury and by following this plan I was training heavy again in 12 weeks. As a competitive bodybuilder, I really bang my body up... Precision Health Clinic have kept me mobile, flexible and pain free for the last 18 months.
