Fantastic experience: I have only just recently joined up at this studio and I honestly regret not joining earlier. The trainers and members are very welcoming not just to me but the kids as well. It’s been hard trying to begin my fitness journey again, especially with young kids but the trainers reassure you that it’s fine to bring them along + their is a kids corner. Atmosphere is great!

Fantastic experience: I was never a big fan of gyms in the past, but joining F45 Beenleigh has been one of the best things my wife and I have ever done. The trainers are absolutely fantastic, will give that extra push and motivation if you want it, and the members make the community a welcoming and fun environment. There are no egos in this gym, just a great bunch of people striving to stay fit and healthy as a group. The management have even set up a kids corner so you can bring the little ones along if you want.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a couch potato FOR.EVER! Maccas is literally my favourite and most consumed food group! So, fitness was never my thing. However, after stepping out of my comfort zone, I cannot recommend F45 Beenleigh enough! Whether you’re starting at the bottom or already an expert in some other style of fitness, Meanleigh brings something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I first came to F45 Beenleigh in 2018 after my family were having so much success here. I too became addicted to the warm and positive atmosphere and it fast became one of my favourite places to be. But then I moved away :-( I tried to join other gyms but literally went once or twice. It was never the same! I never knew what I was doing at these other places and was always too scared to ask. Fast forward to 2021 and I moved back to the area and after moulding into my couch yet again, I couldn’t stay away! The owner, Boss Man Tom, the trainers and the members are helpful, welcoming, non-judgmental and full of encouragement. I’ve lost weight, body fat & insecurities, and gained confidence, muscle mass and some mates along the way. 100% recommend F45 Beenleigh!

Fantastic experience: F45 Beenleigh is one of the best gyms I have been a member of. It isn’t just a gym, it is a family. We support, encourage and celebrate everyone’s personal successes. The trainers are supportive, encouraging and entertaining. They organized social nights and build team morale through outside gym activities. It is a great place to be a member of.

Fantastic experience: In my past I have been to many gyms, all of which I have given them my money and rarely my presence. I wasn’t inspired to go. I started at F45 Beenleigh when they opened, and I love it! The reason why is because of the culture. Tom, the owner, is super friendly, helpful and connects with every member! His trainers are fantastic and there is always good vibes at every class. There are challenges going on all year, so always an opportunity to be a part of it. After challenges we celebrate, usually a night out. But also, F45 Beenleigh celebrates their members with the 250/500/1000 Club, member of the month etc They have fun dress up classes for things like Australia Day, Christmas, Halloween etc They have had DJs on Saturdays! Charity Fundraiser events and sometimes even Funky Sock Friday! There is nothing that I don’t like about F45 Beenleigh. Even the cost! Some say it’s expensive, but the way I see it, going 5/6 days a week is completely affordable and worth every cent! Honestly, I have spent more money on gyms that I didn’t enjoy attending, so didn’t attend yet paid membership for anyway. I wont ever leave F45 Beenleigh.

Fantastic experience: **June 2018** Not all F45s are created equally, and I've tried quite a few of them!! The F45 Beenleigh trainers are encouraging and like to add that extra 'spice' to make a workout even more challenging. The owners and trainers have created an awesome atmosphere which has spread to everyone so that you never want to miss a day. **update Dec 2019** Whats changed? The "spicy" challenges are hotter - which means it's still hard, and u have become fitter and stronger. The owners and trainers are still the best, and the community they've built is awesome to be a part of. I still never want to miss a day. If you are looking for a place to fit in.... this is it!!

I’m certainly not one to step out of my comfort zone, and for those who know me certainly would not think I would get out of bed at 4am (don’t worry, I’ve just become one of those crazy morning people, there is other times available). The trainers, and other members make it so much easier going to class each day, they are all so lovely! They enjoy their job, and love helping us. I started the 8 weeks challenge in October 19, when I hated looking at myself in the mirror; I felt gross and felt like an unfit sloth. We just had weigh in, and I lost over 7kg. Nothing I did was unrealistic, a lifestyle I could continue doing forever. So now I signed up for another 12 months . If you are unsure like I originally was, message the trainers, they will help you out. After a day or two, you will love it and won’t look back

Fantastic experience: I've tried so many different gyms/bootcamps/challenges in the past and they've all kept my attention for a little while then it becomes a chore and eventually I stop going...and then comes along F45... I have just completed the 8 week challenge where I went not only nearly everyday but sometimes twice a day! it is ADDICTIVE. Not just the fact that you do something different every day but it's the whole sense of belonging to your "team", the high fives, the supportive trainers pushing you to do better and the supportive people that attend the gym as well. It's just all so addictive and I've never been able to jump out of bed at 4am for a 4.40am class so happily before! 45 mins and you're done and you know you've done a great workout!

Fantastic experience: I’ve continually struggled with finding a healthy routine and sticking to a gym programme; but after joining F45 Beenleigh I finally feel like I’ve found the right answer. The Owners and Trainers are so welcoming and friendly, they are always there to help; whether that be answering your questions, pushing you during your workout to hit your personal targets and goals, or be that support you need when you are struggling. Awesome bunch of people and the best atmosphere to work out in. The first challenge was so great, I lost 8.5kgs and 5.2% body fat down.
