Negative experience: I had an injury and booked an appointment. I went there and the doctor called me. Checked my hand took my details and referred me to an X-ray Lab. It was interaction of not more than 4 minutes and I got charged freakin 75$. No medication no bandage nothing at all. Just looting locals around. Doctor knew nothing at all. I had broken my left hand from 2 places and he did not even give me a pain killer. He refused to give me a plaster and no bandage. Ridiculously high priced and the most pathetic service. Never will come back.

Positive experience: Dental team , peadatrition and audiology has been fantastic. Bit of a scary place . Not well signed . Also would be good to remove the syringe machine from near the front . Each time we have been here my 4 year old nephew asks what it is and wants to look at it , maybe if it could be moved to a more discreet place as it is confronting .

Negative experience: Tip for the uninitiated: If your GP appointment is at 11am, don’t make plans for the rest of the morning—or early afternoon. You’ll likely be sitting there for 1.5 to 3 hours after your scheduled time. It’s not an appointment, it’s a suggestion. Hopefully this embarrassing standard improves. Now, the real highlight: while I waited nearly two hours, a nurse (sporting bunny ears) called out names with zero effort to ensure anyone actually heard her, then outright ignored people asking for clarification (there were at least 3 of us standing and asking her to clarify). Worse still, she addressed a wheelchair user in a tone more suited to a toddler, which was cringeworthy and deeply patronizing. If you’re going to yell names into the void, at least have the decency to check that the right person heard you. The two stars are for the GP who seemed competent in my books.

Fantastic experience: My children have been attending paediatrician services & seeing Dr Lyndal Peake for many years who is an amazing children’s doctor that has so much empathy and knowledge in helping kids achieve their best in all aspects of their health & wellbeing. Recently my daughter started seeing Dr Mohammad Gadi, a GP who also does counselling for mental health. Words can’t describe the professional service that Dr Gadi provides, including his years of experience helping youth with addictions and mental health. His wealth of knowledge & approach while talking to teens is healing, comforting and effective. To recover from mental health is a long journey and I’m confident healing can be achieved thanks to this doctor ❤️ Based on my family’s experience at DPV Health, I highly recommend the medical and specialist practitioners at DPV health for their quality, friendly, professional & compassionate service they provide. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic experience: Was able to call at 8am this morning and get a late cancellation appointment for 8.45am. No waiting, the two reception ladies were perfect angels to me. I saw Dr Gadi and he was professional, polite and sympathetic - so helpful. I know it can't always be like this, but I really appreciated it today, as I am feeling pretty crap.

Broadmeadows dpv does not make you feel safe. Everyone who calls knows the patient's name. I think you should review those who make appointments..! They should be punished...! Negative experience: my mum (my carer) rang up to cancel an appointment last minute for me, as i was feeling unwell. the reception woman literally YELLED at my mum and verbally berated her. incredibly disgusting and unprofessional, we will not be coming back here again.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Ulhaq at this clinic and I cannot recommend him enough. Due to him being on leave when I experienced a medical emergency I was forced to see another clinic who simply told me I have a "non symptamatic viral infection" so did nothing, in comparison Dr Ulhaq has made 2 specialist referrals and personally called to ensure they are followed up whilst I was in the room. 10/10 could not recommend enough as a chronically ill human.

Negative experience: If you care about your health, do NOT see Dr farhan ulhaq. His answer to infection or sleep apnea is anti depressants, worse then when I first walked in. Beating around d the bush only for him to earn more with booking me appointments. 0 help he has been in 2 years

Fantastic experience: Great service from the reception staff today, Dr Jason was great and efficient. Clinic is clean and organised. Plus LGBTQ Friendly which unfortunately is rare sometimes.

Fantastic experience: Pathology here is great! Nurses/doctors often find it very difficult to find my blood, took 2 tries in the hospital to get my blood and had to go through my hand. The pathologist that works here, with blonde hair is extremely experienced and finds the blood straight away. Never been disappointed. She’s also got a very great personality, is kind and treats you well! Dosent hesitate to start a conversation to keep you distracted and does her job with a smile every time i go. If your looking for a pathologist and have issues to get blood, go to her! She’s great! And who ever is in charge of her pay, give her a bonus or pay rise, she truely deserves it!!

Negative experience: Care is now all about money and nothing else. If you are low income or no income this clinic will not assist you.
Negative experience: The DPV GP Respiratory Clinic, Broadmeadows was totally hopeless and a total waste of time for me. Initially arriving for my appointment I was rudely waved away from the main reception who told me to go around the back of the main carpark. There was no signage to be seen to help me avoid the front reception to begin with. When I arrived at the makeshift clinic out back where a number of shipping containers were fashioned into rooms I was told that they had phoned me 16 minutes earlier to cancel the appointment for no apparent reason ( I missed the call because I was driving to the appointment). Then they said they could not give me the pertussis (whooping cough) vaccination I was seeking because they only dealt with "respiratory conditions". They refused to acknowledge that whooping cough was a respiratory condition. They made no attempt to help me in any way whatsoever. I was sent away with security shadowing me. A totally hopeless and useless so called clinic in my opinion.

Negative experience: Had a phone appointment with my GP a week ago and my doctor let the girls at the reception to email my medical certificate but didn't. Been calling them every single day for a week now and asking them to email it as I am unwell to go. Still waiting and it's already too late now as it was my pay week and I will have no pay leave, then I have to deal with the pay office after. So frustrating and disappointing. Receptionists are so careless and hopeless.
Fantastic experience: Dentist Shibani is an awesome person who worships her profession, she is very passionate to help her patients, she treated my 14 year old as her own and made sure that he was given the best treatment for his dental issues, her warm smile is a long way to go and the treatments she provides are so much better than these so called private and very expensive services out there who are just in market to rip you off. I hope and wish Doctor Shibani all the very best for everything she does in her life.
Negative experience: horrible reception, horrible respiratory
Negative experience: My sister attended the respiratory clinic and saw Dr Phillip Hegarty. I am writing a review on her behalf as she is currently IN HOSPITAL WITH SUSPECTED SEPSIS AND BLOOD POISONING and requires emergency surgery. My sister attended the clinic and reported her respiratory symptoms, only to be brushed off by Dr Hegarty as soon as she mentioned that she had given birth a month ago, despite describing her inability to sleep for days due to throat pain and soreness and a severe cough bringing up significant amounts of phlegm containing blood. Rather than referring my sister to the hospital, he gaslit her and chalked her symptoms up to her recent birth and sent her off without even the most basic medical advice. Not to mention that nobody answers the phone at this clinic and the receptionist was astonishingly rude. Don't risk your health and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: if you wanna go get a Mental health help here? Forget about it, They're gonna diagnose you with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Send you to some Psychiatric Facility:/, So if you have a kid who needs help with Mental health, Get them to a private psychologist or an Organisation called Headspace, I wouldn't reccomend going here and I wouldn't even give this one star, Just commenting this to make you be aware of the danger going here

Negative experience: Terrible!! Doctor lacked bedside manners. Said he could only give 4 days of MC for COVID but the final document was only 3 days. Told the nurse to correct it and she told me to go through a whole procedure if I wanted to get it changed. CHANGED!? I'm asking you to send the correct one not change it. Absolutely horrendous service! Never going back here and I don't recommend them.
Fantastic experience: My doctor, Dr Farhan is really good. But the receptionist could not find my name in the system although I am a old patient of DPV Broadmeadows
Negative experience: I wouldn't even give this one star. Attended respiratory clinic. Issues include gate shut and unable to contact anyone to open, PCR results mislabelled so not processed according to the lab. DPV state the sample was not sufficient. Given a script that could not be filled as incorrectly filled. When contacted regarding issues, told to come back in. When reviewed by doc for telehealth, this took multiple phone calls and messages left for anyone to call me back. Asked for my prescription to be sent to a pharmacy open until 9pm. Script had not been sent when called again and now too late to be able to have prescription filled. I work in healthcare and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Do not bother. Doctors, nurses, the whole entire set up is a joke

Fantastic experience: I am with them for around 4 years. Excellent reception team. I get the services from GP, Dietitian, excise physiotherapists and dental. I am with GP Jason Lau and Dietitian Samantha Brazzale, I am lucky to have them, they are involved to my care. There services are excellent. Staff are caring , friendly and very professional.
Negative experience: When I attended my app the reception very rude and short. Dr Darren So was amazing and very accomodating. I today spoke to the reception staff and halfway through my sentence she than cut me off and did something I didn’t ask her to do. Also booked and appointment without telling me the time. I’m not one to complain and write these reviews but I’m absolutely shocked with the service. Drs are great here, just a shame the reception staff arnt so accomodating.

Negative experience: We read in there website they do covid testing and related checkups for all ages if symptotic . We went there to find there was no doctor to take a test when it was at the peak of the wave . Forget about the checkups as they mentioned they only do the testing and not any consultation for covid . I have been living nearby and have always seen this center with very very less traffic . It’s farce thing imo.. government should take away license if such centers which just burn our tax money and do no useful service

Negative experience: The nurse who administered my vaccine was very rough, was in a hurry and didn’t do safety standards like disinfecting my skin before injecting. The nurse is NOT at all nice and friendly. I think they should be reminded to be gentle, and treat patients properly.

Negative experience: Who runs and pays for this unreachable public health service. Try to contact this incredible, discredited, supposed health provider. I have been on their dental waiting list for 4 years, and I have never been contacted to have a dental check up. I now have massive problems problems in this area, and I still can't get them to answer their phones, and try to help me. Who else has a problem with this unreachable health[?] service.

Negative experience: Dr Philip (scot Morrison) look alike << by far the worst doctor in all of Australia with his bad attitude and lack of good/behaviour skills towards people with mental health. If you would like to make a booking with him Bring a footstool and a old work boot and you’d get more health treatment out of a boot than Philip. Surprised he didn’t wave a fish bone and try hypnotise me and told me “ son everything is going to be ok. Think about this, Work boot 10/10 Philip - 4/ not recommend

Fantastic experience: This morning when called for my teeth problem the girl on the phone extremely nice I think name was Monica and when i reached Dpv broadmeadow staff at reception was very nice and both dental doctor and her assistant Extremely nice indian background. Well done DPV to have good staff
Negative experience: Missed my dental appointment which u was a waiting list due to being pregnant it's been 4 years since then still waiting. I have been calling every day at 9 which lines open up at that time and it's always booked. How is this even possible. I call at 9 it's filled up at 9. They claim They have many lines how come no one picked up my calls.

Negative experience: I had a phone consultation just to hear, "I can not say anything you should pop in" Technically a consultation, so you should pay for it, very unprofessional.
Negative experience: Patient service by receptionist are very poor and rude manner.. Disrespectfull staff. made complaint toward managment about poor attitude toward patient .
Negative experience: My daughter had appointment a(made appointment using Health Engine)10:45 am but we see Dr. at 12.25 pm. Apparently the doctor was running late but still let the booking patients in between running late hours. Ridiculous.
Negative experience: You spend more time at reception checking in than being consulted by your medical doctor only to have staff at reception walk away when it's your turn to be served. I have never been seen close to my appointment time so expect a wait of more than half an hour usually if not more. This was a better service when it was Dianella at Broadmeadows Hospital. Don't waste your time here life is too short especially if you're dying.
Negative experience: Dr Hanna is a very incompetent doctor. I will be going public about how bad he is.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service provided by the Doctor Nisha. She is a very good doctor I am so happy and satisfied after my child's treatment from her. The staff on front desk was also very helpful and polite in booking next appointments. Very well done

Fantastic experience: I have only recently found this clinic and I highly recommend it. Dr Hana is a very efficient Dr and have been more than happy to actually find A doctor that care and listens to you. I hope to have Dr Hana as my Doctor for both myself and my husband for a very long time. Thank you so very much Dr Hana. The staff also are very efficient and helpful at all times.
Negative experience: Trying to make an appointment for my my mother, she had a partial dentures made there in 2016. They are telling me there records dont show they were made there, now that is rubbish because I was with my mother that day. She requires an adjustment and they wont do it. So instead of being community conscious for the public they are no help at all. I wouldn't recommend coming hereat all. Terrible
