Fantastic experience: Suffering with chronic pain and ongoing issues from a range of issues. My collection of treaters are amazing and work in tandem tougher as a team to treat my complex needs. Natalie (Remidal Massage) - Amazing massage, finds all the sore bits offers great tips on things to do to help reduce pain and great after care advice. Listen to us. Often switching things around to fit myself in. Getting myself out of my comfort zone Nat has a range of treatments to help me from massage to dry needling to cupping. Anyone in need of some amazing massage check out nat. Matthew (Chrio) - Currently treating myself my neice and nephew. Matt worked with both my neice and nephew explains everything that his doing to them and helps them understand why this and regular treatment is good for them. Unlike a lot of Chrios Matt doesn't believe in overtreatment. With myself Matt does a range of treatment from Massage to Dry needling to cracking bones. Nachu (Physio) - She's a great Physio taking my complex needs and desging my treatment under advice from both Surgeon and her own knowledge. Also working with my Nurodevergant newphew and helping his work out his treatment and moving foward. Alex (Psyc) - Alec took over for my previous Psyc when she went on maternity leave. I started to see my previous one for grief. Alec has truly helped me in a traumatic 12 months, From ongoing health issues to trauma of dealing with work and workcover. Needs more comfortable chairs though. Would recommended any of the above to anyone in need of there services.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Ben for over 14 years. His chiropractic experience and techniques are amazing, not to mention his passion and friendly nature to provide the best care for me and my elderly Mum. We always look forward to seeing Ben and we feel more relieved after our treatments. The staff are great and location is convenient with parking. Thanks so much Ben.

Fantastic experience: Not sure why I haven’t written this sooner. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Glengala Health, from the practitioners, to the reception staff, everyone makes you feel welcomed and included in your treatment. The team have an extraordinary level of care, empathy and respect, that goes alongside their specialist knowledge and application. I’ve been attending close to 7 years and the work they have done in the Chiropractor, Remedial Massage, Podiatry and Physiotherapy space is second to none. A huge thank you and appreciation to the current reception team and Ben, Natalie, Kristine and Nachu for all the work you do to keep me moving and mentally sound, you all go way above and beyond. Fantastic experience: After my very first consultation yesterday with Dr.Matthew Barton i would like to share my experience that he is an amazing chiropractor who knows his practice to its highest standards. Unlike many Business driven Chiro clinics, he doesnt target the patients to convince for frequent visits and instead he is driven to fix the root cause of the problem in short time depending of your kind of treatment Spend a great amount of time on mobilisation with manual techniques and adding Dry needling. Hoping to see him in a couple of weeks. Keep up the great work Doc…

Negative experience: Utterly useless.... after several sessions was told I cannot help you let me book you in with a more experienced clinician. I did not attend the appt....why should I? Clearly you can't help me as stated by the person I was seeing....stop wasting my time. That statement of I can't help you was pretty clear....I was wasting my time even trying yo get help....in short anyone reading this dont bother going here they'll only tell you they can't help....absolute waste of time and energy.... If I could issue no stars i would shame on you telling someone you can't help....you font have the right training....grow up... I think you lot really need yo consider the words you use and how you use them in future I will never recommend your service and frankly I'm done asking for help from groups that promise help but fail miserably on every conceavable level....therapy is useless as is your clinic thanks for nothing... ill just suffer in silence for now on.... and frankly.... shame on you

Negative experience: Today I went to Glengala Health Clinic. The receptionist asked me whether I was here before or not. When I told him that I am a student and I have come here for the first time, he flatly refused to give me an appointment and started making excuses that the appointment is not available until the end of the year.Even though I had my My Bupa card with me. My experience at this clinic was very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Matthew and Natalie several times. Both of them are very professional friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic. I would also suggest to book in advance as both of them are booked out very quick.

Fantastic experience: I have only started attending this centre this year and I have only good things to say about the staff and especially the GP Dr Maila Bongcayo. She's very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. You never feel rushed and Dr Bongcayo goes above and beyond to make sure I have understood everything. The reception staff is also always welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Is it covered by Medicare?

Negative experience: Ridiculous management system! My partner got her appointment cancelled at the last minute. It was cancelled because my partner was not able to confirm her attendance via the SMS. They also blamed her for not being able to promptly checking SMS. Having appointments cancelled without prior notification is frustrating and caused so much inconvenience to the patient. This incidence demonstrated terrible working ethic and I am presumably offended as I am a health care worker myself. Gladly I found a more suitable alternative for her and I would like to suggest new users to stay away from this provider and choose someone that is professional and genuine

Negative experience: Natalie is really good at her job, I have slept very well after the remedial massage. However, their management - booking system is disappointed me. I have booked my appointment a month ago and even took my work annual leave for that, they just canceled my appointment 50min before my appointment without my permission. The reason they gave to me is they tried to contact me to confirm my appointment but I wasn’t available? It’s just not make sense to me! I will not recommend this place if they are not improve this and not respect their customers appointment/schedules.

Today he saw my elderly father, who is diabetic and l can honestly say the treatment was off the highest standard. The care and compassion Chris gave my father was very humbling. A true professional l can highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, easy to book an appointment, online and on the phone. I went to Dr. Ben, and within 2 sessions he has made my back feel a lot better, and I'm a big guy not an easy task. Would definitely recommend this place, and of course ample parking at the back.

Negative experience: Poor knowledge about the what they are covered for and what they can claim for ..when you are booking be careful to know about your claim and is it covers with your medicals or not.

Fantastic experience: I've known Dr. Benjamin Apap since he has started the clinic and have been seeing him. He always has a treatment plan that I follow closely to ensure my migraines are kept at bay. He does a lot of treatment from sports injuries as well as my body is battered from the sports I play. Reception is friendly and welcoming. Other practitioners there give the same level duty of care if Benjamin is not available.

Positive experience: This is a place my husband attends for his hearing aid, it's an alternative to Australian Hearing, but just as good. They are lovely people, and their waiting room is small but charming with herbal tea & posturpeadic pillows displays. They have a soundproof chamber & do hearing tests & fit the hearing aid & subsequent follow up including providing new batteries, etc, just as Australian Hearing do.

Fantastic experience: Saw Jack for a foot assessment as i was experiencing a lot of heel pain and low back pain. He was really friendly and professional, he recommended orthotics. Orthotics were reasonably priced, comfortable and I am no longer experiencing any pain.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Ben for several years now and have recently experienced lower back and hip pain, I have seen other health care professionals but none of them helped. Ben was able to identify the cause of my pain and from my first treatment I noticed a big improvement. He always takes his time to give you the best treatment possible, your health is his number one priority.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ben (Chiropractor) and Brittanny (Myotherapist) for over 3 years and they are fantastic. In that time I have been heavily involved in sport and as a result sustained a few injuries. I can always rely on Ben and Brittanny to look after my body and get me back to feeling 100%. Not only do they provide excellent treatment they will give you exercises and other information for you to try at home. Everyone that works at the clinic are always lovely and willing to help. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: 7 Years ago I was in immense pain with my lower back and I couldn't even stand straight, then my colleague recommended me to Dr. Ben, Ben got me to get a x-ray done and explained the problem with my back which was not straight because of incorrect posture. I started feeling better after few treatments at first I was visiting every week, then every 2 weeks and now I just go and see him every 6 weeks to stay on top of things. I would highly recommend Dr. Ben to anyone with back pain as he applies a step by step subtle approach into correcting the problem.

We go when the need arises, however, as soon as any problem is fixed we continue with the maintenance to our spines once a month. The staff are friendly and so are the other health professionals that Chirohealth has to offer, it is always great to catch up with Dr Ben Apap. We trust him completely. I often tell friends how excellent my chiro is and would recommend Chirohealth to everyone.

Negative experience: I can't believe I had a massage from a qualified therapist. The pressure was super light with really poor techniques. Poor communication and listening. 1hour treatment only went for 45mins. Didnt get any improvement after the session. Not recommend this place for people who are looking for a good proper treatment.

Negative experience: Dr Benjamin is very unprofessional and doesn't know what he is doing. I went to him in May 2016 for Lower back pain. In my 5th session he manipulated my back and popped my neck twice without doing any xray or any other scan. I came home and my left leg was numb. His manipulation impinged my nerve. I went to him again and told him this. He was dismissive and told me i should reduce weight. I am suffering from the last almost one year now and lost strength in my left leg. Going for surgery this month. Better avoid him.

Fantastic experience: Treated by Dr.Ben for upper back/neck pain due to physical activities and combat sports. The professionalism and duty of care he showed was outstanding. He took his time to explain the issues I was facing and set up a rehabilitation plan that I felt was understandable. After 4 treatments I feel like my body has improved greatly with no more sharp pains. Would highly recommend him to all.

Fantastic experience: Having extreme lower back pain. After seeing Dr Nicholas Nguyen for the first session there were great sign of improvement. After further 4 sessions I feel like my back is almost fixed and since then haven't been back. I would recommend Dr Nicholas Nguyen to anyone who has signs of back pain(Sciatica).
