Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with gut issues since holidaying in Thailand six months ago, and Kerri suggested I have a microbiome analysis of my G/I tract. It discovered I had a parasitic worm as well as other foreign bacteria, so Kerri put me on natural medications to resolve the issue. These are problems which my GP did not have the abilities to solve, and I am feeling much improvement in gut health.

She's honest, she admitted that she hadn't treated my condition in 5 years and that she would need to do some research. And then she emailed me with her recommended treatment, no scheduled appointment, no additional charge. She honestly cares and wants to help. Fantastic experience: My first experience with Kerri was for a very persistent, recurring UTI. I had been prescribed antibiotics each time & this had been going on for months when both GP & urologist advised long term antibiotics. This was not an option for me & my daughter-in-law recommended Kerri. I was given a herbal tonic & some capsules. I have not had a recurrence since. Kerri is now helping me to maintain my overall health issues, including coronary artery disease, cholesterol and osteoporosis. So happy to have a solution instead of medication.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Kerri in October last year and I couldn't recommend her enough! She's kind, calm and friendly and she definitely knows what she's doing. There is no quick fix here, only natural herbs, supplements and regular visits to see results. After 7 months I've seen a massive improvement in my overall wellbeing (mentally and physically). Negative experience: For anyone, who has studied different healing modalities and knows a bit more about food & nutrition like myself, I would not recommend seeing Kerri. Kerri has a calm personality and is a good listener, however she wasn’t expecting me for the appointment even though we had booked it in for weeks. I took the time to fill in a patient form she had provided in advance and Kerrie wasn’t prepared at all, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I then paid $ 225 for 30 minutes not getting anything out of the consultation. I basically left knowing just as much as before. I left feeling upset, not supported and ripped off. Only when asking her specifically for a diet plan, she provided me with a very generic one for Candida, which wasn’t tailored to me at all. (I also don’t suffer from Candida). In our consultation, Kerri suggested a microbiome test, which would have beem another $550, plus another $90 for discussing the results, plus herb treatment. As I’ve been meaning to do a microbiome test for a while now and had done some research previously, I decided to do one myself. I am very happy with my decision as it only cost me $300 incl a consultation. I had already spent $225 for nothing, so I had to make a decision: Investing another $500-900 (in addition to the $225 already spent) not knowing whether it will be worth it or spending $300 and taking a more proactive approach. Kerri also never followed up on our conversation, which made me feel even less cared for and showed me that there is simply no interest in helping me.

Fantastic experience: Kerri is wonderful! I had horrible gut issues when I first started seeing her about 7 months ago. There’s no quick or easy fix for repairing the gut, but after following a restricted diet and taking the herbs and supplements she prescribed, I am happy to say my gut has been consistently functioning normally now for the past 2 months, and I am slowly reintroducing foods. What a relief! I love that she shows you your blood under a microscope so you can see what’s going on and the visible results of treatment (not to mention what’s causing the issues).
