(more detailed description below) Also, I thought it might be helpful to share my personal journey so that if you are wondering if Yvette can help you & your symptoms are like mine, you know for sure ;) I had become progressively sicker over months & could not understand what was happening. I started out having chronic ear infections and UTIs for the first time, then a very puffy face especially eyes, puffy weight gain especially around waist area and upper thighs, bloating, very anxious thoughts and chronic fatigue all while travelling overseas. I eventually came home after having appendicitis scares that were later diagnosed as an infection of my uterus lining - still not sure really especially with the language barrier. When I arrived home I had no idea where to start, I saw multiple doctors both Western medicine and more holistic but each treatment plan never really got anywhere and some were soooo expensive. All the time I would just be searching all the possibilities for what could be wrong and what I could do and it was just adding to the stress and confusion and fatigue. Half a year after I got home I was still pretty miserable, I no longer felt that something was terribly wrong but symptoms of chronic fatigue, bad bloating after every meal (no matter what food), sore puffy eyes, on and off pain in appendix area, weight gain (about 7kgs) and sudden allergies leading to itchiness all over on bad days, a blocked sinus and perpetually sore and dry throat. I finally found Yvette and within our first session she had a full meal plan for me and set out stages of what we were going to do. Even though I was still a bit hesitant because of the last doctors I had seen, Yvette made me feel so at ease. She truly knows what she is talking about and was so open to all my questions, explaining information with incredible detail and clarity. She also made me feel that she was healing me out of the goodness of her heart (she had sessions with me the least amount of times possible for the maximum benefit and always answered my emails with great detail). I also found that she perfectly balances different types of medical/holistic/wellbeing knowledge, she is not one or the other and so I never had to balance that gap as she already did (unlike with other very singular minded practitioners). By the end of seeing Yvette she had found the core problem, a parasite in my gut, we eliminated it and rebuilt my gut health. Seeing Yvette (alongside TCM) saved my quality of life!!!! I may not be 100% but I feel so blessed to say that I am no longer sick and I know that I am now on the path to incredible health, wishing anyone reading this the same result <333 (sorry this post is so late)

Not only does she have a lovely nature about her, but she is extremely knowledgeable and ahead of the curve with a lot of her recommendations (which I would see trending a few months later). Fantastic experience: Yvette’s knowledge and expertise has been truly life changing. I suffered from gastrointestinal issues that left me in pain and discomfort almost everyday for over 5 years, with countless doctors, investigations and gastroenterologists having no answers and basically dismissing my issues over and over again and saying there was nothing that could be done. Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend Yvette enough! I've suffered with chronic, painful acne for years. I've worked with really great Drs and Dermatologists to try and clear it (Even tried Accutane) and just had no luck. My friend recommended Yvette and I decided to give natural medicine a go. Literally within 3 weeks my skin was clear and 3 months on I haven’t got another breakout. We are still working together to bring down bloating and puffiness in my face but I can see so much improvements when I stick to my plan. I also love the fact products aren’t pushed and I am given cost effective alternatives. Fantastic experience: Yvette fixed my gut when doctors and gastro specialists couldn't. Covid ruined my stomach and I had recurring reflux, upset stomach and digestion issues. The doctors kept prescribing me antacids for months which didn't fix anything. I spoke to Yvette after months of discomfort and she gave me a 3 month path to recovery. I was highly skeptical because nothing had worked until that point but I went along with it. Sure enough, at the 3 month mark, I started to go back to normal and no longer needed to be on a restrictive diet. Fantastic experience: Yvette is the real deal! To think that Gaviscon was all that conventional medicine could offer me blows my mind. This time last year I was going through very unpleasant acid reflux/regurgitation symptoms. I saw my GP who first told me to keep an eye on it for 2-3 weeks and then return if the symptoms were still there. When I returned, my GP had a Gaviscon prescription with my name on it!!! As a 42yo woman not on any medication, I knew there had to be a better option so I decided to explore and that’s when I found Yvette. We had our first consultation in January 2023 and I did everything she told me to do. After a comprehensive stool test, Yvette was able to determine that the strep in my gut was at very high levels and I had a parasite (that according to my GP was “normal and “just about everyone has it”. Fantastic experience: I got in contact with Yvette after the birth of my first child, when I developed perioral dermatitis and a really weak immune system. I realised that topical treatments were not helping and I needed a holistic approach to healing my body after the birth and postpartum, which really took a toll on my body. I was eating a lot of unhealthy foods - refined sugars, processed carbs, cakes and pastries etc. After my initial consultation with Yvette, she put me right back on track with a diet plan - a clean Mediterranean diet - and gave me a roadmap of how I can treat my gut and my skin after I finished breastfeeding. The healing process took some time (all healing journeys are never linear) because we had to wait until I fully weaned bub before starting naturopathic treatment but all along the way, Yvette was really encouraging and supportive, and that really kept me going even during the rough times with my skin flaring up and my cortisol levels were through the roof due to hormones etc. Yvette is really knowledgeable and she is super pragmatic in her approach. She will only prescribe what is appropriate and targeted for your needs, and will never jeopardise your health (or bub for that matter, because I as breastfeeding) just to give you a "quick fix". Holistic healing is never a "quick fix". I have been on Yvette's herbal medication for almost 2 months now since I have stopped breastfeeding and I have really started to notice a difference. This, along with the meal plan she has given me, has helped to improve my skin significantly. My Perioral Dermatitis is under control now, and even if I do get flare ups they are just little breakouts that go away after a day or two. My energy levels are creeping up, I am not getting sick everytime bub gets sick, and my anxiety and cortisol levels are regulated. Thank you so much Yvette, I wouldn't have embarked on this holistic journey (and stayed on it for so long) if it hadn't been for your support and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had one consult with Yvette in August 2021 and that’s all it took for to completely change everything. Fantastic experience: I saw Yvette to understand what was wrong with my gut as something didn't feel right and wanted to improve my gut health as it was affecting my day to day life. Yvette is very thorough with their analysis as I had to complete a pre appointment questionnaire. After the hour appointment Yvette recommended a series of test (both blood and stool related) and discovered the root out of the problem (had to go on antibiotics prescribed by a GP). We had another follow up meeting to discuss an optimal diet and supplementation program. One can tell Yvette is very experienced in this field and knows a lot about health & wellness. Overall, the gut does feel better now and I know enough now to recognise symptoms in the future.
