Fantastic experience: Dr Anthony Yeoung has been my doctor and my Boy’s doctor for the past 6 months and finally I feel like I have a Doctor , to me a Doctor is a practitioner who not only cares but knows his field well and has that skill called listening. They understands the human psyche and know that nutrition and natural supplementation is the first phase of healing, finding the root cause and healing the cause is paramount rather than masking symptoms and hoping for the best. My boys have noticed the difference in the attention we receive when we have a consult with Dr Anthony versus other GPs yes the fee might be a bit higher but you will not leave feeling unseen or unheard and with only a medical prescription to validate you have been ‘consulted’. I am grateful to have found Dr Yeoung and Beingwell as well as the lovely desk staff , the beautiful aesthetic Space , infrared sauna and the attached Aura café offering conscious healthy food. This is all high vibes. Feeling grateful ☀️

I just want to add after not having any Osteo since before Covid i knew i needed some work done Dr Melanie Yalpur now has me as her client at Beingwell Prahran and i am not going anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Amazing facility

Negative experience: I attempted to see today Annabel Law, a physiotherapist hosted at Beingwell. Unfortunately, my experience here was frustrating. Despite making an online booking, I arrived to find that Annabel was unavailable, and the staff could not provide a clear explanation. This online scheduling issue is very disappointing and has resulted in a waste of my time. I hope Beingwell can address these issues to provide a more reliable service in the future.

Negative experience: I was surprised by the phone call I just had to book an appointment here. It seems they’re all about the consult fees, even saying they won’t provide results or send but these must be provided by way of a further consult! Seems they’re all about the additional fees and simply taking your money

Fantastic experience: High end medical service Holistic health that actually works

Negative experience: Really bad service, would not recommend, overpriced and unprofessional. Treatments don't work. Makes customers wait for 1 hour and then offers them overpriced food and drinks to buy from in-house cafe. Anthony uses psychological methods to deceive customers, tries to up-sell services for non-existent ailments, consultations basically consisted of Anthony giving me recipes and selling me pharmaceuticals. Unnecessarily spent over $1000, extremely disappointing.

Dr Flynn, Chiropractor, who is highly knowledgeable, professional, thorough and takes his time to listen and care for the requirements of his patients. Since I have been his patient, my back has improved immensely. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to assist me. The staff are extremely well educated in their specialty and they offer a holistic range of treatments from therapy to naturopathy and many more on site. I adore coming here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been searching for years for somewhere that can offer a consistent holistic health and wellness experience. Beingwell certainly ticks all the boxes. After a series of bad experiences with regular GPs, I saw one of the integrative doctors here and I’m so glad I did. It was so nice to finally feel understood and that the root cause of my health issues were being addressed. Same goes for the Chiro/Chinese medicine practitioner - highly qualified and well informed on the mind body connection which is so often overlooked.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Yeuong and will forever be grateful for his help, treatment and lessons! I'll never stop recommending this place. I went in with some headaches, hip problems and stomach problems and Dr Yeuong ordered a scan of my stomach and spine and they found mild scoliosis and a slightly out of place vertebrae. I was going to the doctor for about a year for treatment of the pain and they never found it! I went from no sports for a year and a half and then nearly straight back into 2 sports at once with no issues or complications whatsoever. It has been 6 months

Negative experience: Exactly the same experience described by Victoria Whitebread's review. I guess if you have time and money to lose, this isn't a bad place.

Negative experience: Husband waited over an hour receptionist smiled and said nothing she can do about it, she might as well of just said, not my problem. So ended up leaving. Just read response to travel 3 hrs is not an emergency. Perhaps in future reception can advise your clients of a long wait time, When they come in or a text in advance. Your clients time is valuable too. It’s just plain good manners and courtesy something society is slowly forgetting about.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anthony is incredible. My bf has suffered gut pain for 3 years. In 15 mins Dr Anthony determined the source of his problem which was actually due to his nervous system affecting his gut. We have only had 2 sessions so far but he has radically improved. This doctor is marvellous, knowledgeable, intuitive and holistic. We chased around doctors for a long time and in minutes Dr Anthony found the problem. A truly remarkable man and doctor!

Fantastic experience: I've never know such relief then the moment i knew that the issues i was experiencing could be zeroed down to an exact cause. I had been having some pretty horrendous gut/digestion issues for the past 2 years, which had become increasing disruptive for my day-to-day life. Within one consultation with a practitioner from Beingwell they were able to determine exactly what it was that was wreaking such havoc; no more fructose for me! I could not think more highly of the team. Referred my sister to them as she was experiencing similar issues.

Negative experience: Terrible experience at Being Well. I went to this clinic after having a lot of health problems, I saw the owner about 4 times in total. Each time I went he did about 3 minutes of chiropractic work, gave me some recipes and I left. Each appointment was about 15 minutes dragged out to an hour - he leaves you on the table and goes out of the room (seeing other clients?) for about 15 minutes then comes back, gives you some recipes and gets you to come back the next week for the same process. Its an expensive hour for not much result. My last appointment I walked out before seeing the Chiropractor as I was sitting there for half an hour at 9am on a Saturday morning and there were various people needing to be seen before me - who knows how long I would have had to wait without being advised. The final straw for me was the referral for a Ciropractic Xray, the owner advised me it was bulk billed and to go to any of the clinics on the back of the referral letter. I has my Xray done and a few weeks later had an invoice in the mail. I called Being Well to explain the situation where they said they would look after it and tell the clinic to have it bulk billed. 3 reminder notices later and multiple phone calls and emails to Being Well I was told they are sorting it out. I then called the clinic a month after and was advised they had never heard from Being Well to have the bulk billed honored. I find it really sad the owner is more interested in money than his patients. I now have an invoice to pay that I should never have been billed for plus the wasted money I spent on appointments that were not beneficial. I would never recommend this place to anyone, if you want good service and a good experience find elsewhere and save your time and money.

Negative experience: Booked and signed in for a specific test. Received the results for a different testamd was informed they used my sample for that test and couldn't provide me with the test i requested. Not even an apology in return. An expensive mistake on my behalf. Wouldn't recommend.
