Fantastic experience: I found Elena to be very knowledgeable thorough and acts in your best interest to get the best possible health outcome. Her objective is clearly health solutions. Not short term "mask overs" which in the longer term could lead to serious health situations. I've been told by others for decades that my BP required medication. Intuitively I knew that prescription drugs were not the answer. Over the same period the same individuals were telling me I needed to reduce my cholesterol numbers, again with drugs. No way Jose! I constantly asked for explanation on these two issues. I was asking from a stance as someone who was (and still is) careful with my diet and generally probably more health conscious than most "baby boomers". From my first visit Elena's advice on diet and suggested supplements resonated with me. So literally in a matter of a few days I was getting amazing BP measurements. In addition my cholesterol readings after 2 months were within normal range this was amazing! Fantastic experience: Out of all the naturopaths I have seen over the years, Elena has been the best. Her intuitive and naturopathic intelligence was able to get to the root cause of my constipation and low energy levels. She has a wealth of knowledge, but what makes her fantastic is how she uses iridology to actually see what the body's issues are so taking the guessing game out of it. Her ability to read my constitution allowed her to create a protocol specifically for me. I loved that she really listened to my concerns for my constipation rather than enforcing a preset view on to me. She was so supportive not only during the session but outside of sessions when I really needed support and reassurance that everything would be okay. She has been the only person who has been able to help overcome my constipation which is a miracle. I feel I am on the right path working with her.

Fantastic experience: I begun changing my eating habits 8 years ago, when I moved to San Francisco from Italy. The vegetarian and vegan diets were the must trend to follow; the variety of veggies I found there together with my curiosity for a different way of eating and lifestyle did easily the rest.
