Fantastic experience: I have been doing professional sports for 10 years, and during this time, I have experienced various injuries. If these injuries are not treated properly, they can lead to different and more serious problems over time. Today, I visited Amara Wellness Centre, where I trust the knowledge and experience in body anatomy. I explained the issue I was having in my neck area, and the treatment started immediately. Now, the pain is completely gone, and I feel much more relaxed and happy. I definitely recommend you try it and see the results for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr Zara Celik for over two years now! Can't believe haven't told everyone how amazing the results from her treatments are! Zara is so knowledgeable, knows what she is delivering and has helped me recover from weakened nerve and muscle functions which I had lost my confidence to. Fantastic experience: I attended Amara wellness centre for my tennis elbow after a variety of treatments I received from different services not making much improvement. Dr. Zara was excellent and highly knowledgeable. She identified that I had a shoulder rotator dysfunctionality that also require treatment. After 3 sessions I almost feel no pain and had full range of motions on my upper body. I am very grateful to have met Dr. Zara and will continue seeing her for maintenance purpose, as I notice my overall wellbeing have improved since her endo treatments. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking recovery from any pain.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit seeing Dr Zara I was in chronic pain with my back and to top it off I had a thumping headache! Dr Zara knew just by looking at me what issues I was dealing with. She was extremely generous with offering her services, gave me more than I anticipated and literally gave me the works! I came out of my first appointment, walking straighter, more flexible and with no headache whatsoever! That night I had the best sleep I had in a very long time! By the way, she also gave me a good talking to about my weight (which I needed!) and changes I needed to make (which I did) and on my second appointment there was a significant difference. Fantastic experience: After having suffered with severe inflammation, swelling and weight gain and no remedies or treatments ever working, I decided to go along and meet with Zara. Fantastic experience: I discovered Amara Wellness by coincidence and followed the Instigram page for a few mths before I decided to walk through the doors and take advantage of all the fantastic treatments available. Fantastic experience: The nicest staff. Professionalism at its best with a beautiful atmosphere. Smells great, looks good and is very clean. I have been getting treatments from Dr. Zara the last month and I have noticed incredible improvement in my movements after going through chemotherapy and radiation treatments last year, my body felt worn out, beaten and exhausted. We’re specifically focusing on my lymphatic drainage yet she found a few more things she’s always keen to look into further for me and that’s been beneficial to me. Fantastic experience: Pain=0 I suffer from chronic shoulder pain which causes burning sensation when I am active with that arm. I took the time for some self care and visited DR Zara who worked her magic. Only after 1 session my body and my soul was so relaxed and most importantly my pain had diminished. Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience here in Melbourne. I had heard about the Hamman experience but only thought I could have it an exotic location overseas. I was treated to a bubble bath soap with a silky nurturing feeling on my skin. That soap made with Turkish olive oil divine. The giving and receiving exchange of movements/ massage/water /steam was magically. I still dream about the Turkish tea, post Hamman session. PS. The endermotherapy treatment was magically it released some scar tissue which I was grateful

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Amara Wellness Centre, a hidden gem in Brunswick, as a couple for Indulgence Ritual. Not something we'd typically do but it was an indulgence and we highly recommend this treatment if you like Hammam (or think you'd like it). Everything was taken care of from beginning to end. The entire staff was excellent and highly professional. The facial was also especially noteworthy and highly recommended. Most enjoyable experience - one not easily forgotten. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from bruises/ wounds that were not healing and itchiness on my private part for a very long time. Not for the lack of trying different medications and different treatments with no avail. All I needed was one chat and one word. Seems like the miracle treatment that brought about not only vigour and health to my private parts but a new found kindling in my relationship. The whole experience from start to finish, including the staff, Dr Zara, the service and not forgetting the traditional tea at the end was all amazing to say the least! Feyza is a total professional and very experienced. Feyza ensured I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the Hammam. Fantastic experience: So it was recommended to me by a friend did a little research and decided to give a try so far two sessions and and third is tomorrow and really cant wait not only for the benefits of how it reduces swelling due to fluid retention but honestly the best deep tissue massage you can ever get with all the other great benefits you can give your body all in one you literally feel deflated relaxed right after your first session of course you need to continue with few more sessions to see even greater results. Fantastic experience: One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time, me and my partner went for a Turkish sauna it’s was very relaxing. we got to have a privet sauna to our selves with a authentic design witch made me feel like I was overseas in a Turkish bath house the owner is very friendly, accommodating and informative. A side note, highly recommended drinking the hand crafted tea was a nice touch it completed the experience and made me feel so relaxed before and after .

Fantastic experience: I had a lumpectomy and sentinel node removal that left me with a very uncomfortable Seroma. I asked Dr Zara to give me lymphatic drainage to help move the seroma along. She gave me a 45 minute treatment, during which I felt flushed clean and felt immediate relief. Over the next 5 days the seroma gradually drained. I wish I’d taken before and after pics to show how incredible the transformation was. Dr Zara is generous, warm and knowledgable. I cant recommend her enough. Plus I’ve never had a treatment with such immediate effects.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zara carries immense knowledge of her practice and has been so wonderful at treating my shoulder and hip bursitis!! I had been going through my shoulder and hip bursitis for over 2 years, every week I would have to visit my osteo, which helped to soothe pain but it didn’t take away my pain. With Dr Zara, my 2 year long wait of doing my normal chores came to life, with very few treatments my pain went away, my shoulder and hip became stronger. This was more like magic for me! Fantastic experience: I started seeing Zara for knee pain from running and from the first appointment, she has exceeded any expectations I’ve had. She has gotten to know me as a whole person which helps her treat me with the best possible approach. She truly cares for her clients and that shows through in every interaction with her. While I initially started seeing her for Endermotherapie, I’ve tried many of her other services (hammam, facial, microcurrent, and more) and been so pleased with all of them. The facial, in particular, was fabulous. She combined high quality products with excellent attention to detail and a high quality massage which led to the best facial I have ever had. Fantastic experience: I got a facial and an endermo therapy massage. Both were fantastic! I have a chronic shoulder injury and had lost full range of both my shoulders. I had seen doctors and physios, but never had relief. After only 1 massage i regained full functionality of both my shoulders. I need to go back! Fantastic experience: It’s a real pity these star ratings only go up to 5 because I honestly reckon Dr Zara should get a 10 star rating! Today was the best day ever for me, because finally after all these years I finally found someone who knew just exactly why my body was not functioning 100% Yes Dr Zara has given me a whole new lease on life, she found that my Lymphatic System was well and truly blocked and that. It needed drastic attention. I loved the way she made me feel relaxed and calm, as she was doing the treatment she talked to me what she was doing and how it will help me, how I would feel after the treatment. She kindly gave me wonderful ideas on what foods are best for me to eat and foods to stay away from. I really felt the real genuine authenticity of her wanting to help me, I didn’t feel like I was just a number, I was someone who she took a real genuine interest in me and wanted to help me. I can absolutely assure you 110% that Dr Zara will not disappoint you in any way - Don’t just take my word for it, go and visit her and see for yourself - I’m sure you will agree with me that she is the Best Ever!! So about 4wks ago I posted my first experience with the Lipomasage machine therapy which truly was the best decision I had made by far, I say what I said in my last post and that is “Ladies if you have not had this done then you don’t know what your missing”” This is the best therapy one could have with so many benefits to your body, slimming, blood circulation, relieves tight muscles, removing all those rotten toxins from your body are just a few I’m so committed to giving my body the best kind of care it deserves which Dr Zara can help you with, her kindness and empathy that she has for her clients I really feel that myself , she is very passionate what she does and this shows through by the way she works with a very kind, caring and helpful approach and really wants to help all she can, she will truly go out of her way and give you the best nurturing your body could ever have !!

Fantastic experience: Your body is your investment for life.. post covid body ailments caused by continued working from home, little movement, my body inside and out crashed became so painful and a general massage and vitamins just didn't do it! Get on to this I had a 45 minute Endermotherapy massage session - guys .. it was worth every penny and I'm going back for more! I also did a Infratherapy heat dome to sweat out after the massage... was so so relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards. Dr Zara is so knowledgeable and just switch on to every part of your body and best of all she listens to you and she gives you answers and advice and she's just the best. I highly recommend you make a date with Amara Wellness Centre - there's so much to benefit from.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I found Amara Wellness Centre! This was the only clinic I could find that provided manual Endermotherapy treatments with the machine. It provides proper lympathic fluid drainage, increases blood flow and circulation leaving you feeling more energized, uplifted and less sluggish. Within three treatments I could see a physical difference in the fluid retention I was carrying and my mental clarity from Dr Zara's invaluable conversation and advice is truly a blessing, she's genuinely interested in helping her patients too work with you to better yourself.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zara is amazing! I came to her with acid reflux problems, the moment I started to explain how I feel, she knew exactly what was wrong with me. She did a few test and recommended certain vitamins that I needed. Before I saw dr Zara I had bloating, nausea and vomiting when I ate certain foods. It has been 2 months since I've been seeing Dr. Zara and I feel so much better, my bloating has gone down I don’t feel sick after I eat. I have more Energy I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: The experience I have had with Zara at the Amara Wellness Centre has been nothing but amazing and I highly recommend this place. My first experience was on my birthday where I did the Hammam session and I enjoyed every part of it. I came out of it feeling so relaxed and I was glowing. I then continued to see Zara to do Endermotherapie to help with lymphatic drainage. This helped me with alot of things. Dr Zara is an amazing women who has helped me in many ways and provided therapeutic sessions. She constantly gave me advice during sessions to the point where it felt like I was attending a therapy session while I had my treatments done. I am definitely looking forward to going back when I can.

Fantastic experience: If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would! Zara Celik is absolutely FULL of knowledge. I've been seeing GPs for a few years, wondering why I've been having irregular periods, why I feel so fatigue. I also have a lap-band, which resulted me in having gut issues due to having further health complications. These two were really taking their toll on me with my everyday life. I had a consultation with her and then and there she told me which tests to take and I got them done right away. She was quick with getting back to me with my results and had an action plan ready for me. Only a fortnight into my treatments at Amara Wellness Centre with Zara, there was a significant change in my body and mood. I was sleeping better, less bloated and guess what! My period cycles were normal again after a while. I was getting tired of taking occasional pain killers, vitamins etc prescribed from GPs, hearing "rest up and it will be okay". After visiting Amara, I finally felt like I was getting answers to my questions and someone was actually ready to look after me and guide me. I cannot recommend Amara and Zara enough. You feel valued and welcomed the moment you walk in and she makes you remember the importance of your body. Thank you again for all your help and keep up with the great work Zara. The treatments were relaxing and she explained everything as it happened. Since then, I have been going back for more treatments. Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience. I feel it enriched my entire soul and was honestly the best spa/facial/massage of my entire life. I wouldve payed 2x the amount of money for this experience. Look no further, this is the place for you.

Negative experience: We were ripped off badly. The treatments were very rushed. I had a $340 voucher for a hammam ritual and then paid a further $85 on the day for a side treatment that Zara recommended during my session. My mum's appointment ran simultaneous with mine but was done by the same lady, Zara, which given between us we paid almost $1000 and were in and out in under two hours was disappointing and steep, especially considering each appointment should have run for at least 90-minutes - not both in and out in under 120-minutes. I was sat waiting in a cold sauna for about half of my session. It was meant to be a relaxing day, especially for my mum, who was recovering from kidney cancer, which Zara knew. We didn’t even get the full treatments from the vouchers we had, let alone the upsells. At other, reputable spas you can spend the same and receive a four-hour session per person, with more therapies and uninterrupted, one-on-one treatment offered.

Fantastic experience: The Hammam Ritual was amazing and the absolute best way to shed the baggage of 2020 and start 2021 feeling totally rejuvenated. Zara is an expert in her field, she really cares about your well-being in a wholistic way. She tunes into your needs, generously tailors your treatments to suit and makes sure you leave feeling calm, connected and energised.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I don't get facials very often, but when I do I go for some pampering and relaxation rather than results. I am a wellness skeptic, but the rejuvenating facial at Amara was incredible - more like an intense facial massage that managed to alleviate tension that I never knew I had. It was the day before lockdown and Zara was crazy busy, but she was so calm and lovely and gave me 100% of her attention even though she was under the pump herself. I'm a Brunswick local but had never heard of Amara before - weird, considering it's such a gorgeous place and real hidden gem. A very unique and special treatment form a therapist who really knows what she is doing. Definitely recommend.
