Negative experience: I relocated to Ipswich eight months ago, and my daughter has been attending this gym since her arrival. The gym itself offers a fantastic atmosphere and is equipped with brand-new equipment, making it an excellent place to train. However, my daughter has started experiencing difficulties attending due to a young male staff member who is often present at the gym. This individual, who also appears to be a regular trainee, has been observed mocking and imitating other gym members. On multiple occasions, he has been seen laughing at and even pointing at members while they are training, which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Both male and female members have been affected. While I won’t name this individual, I’m certain that this won’t be the only complaint regarding his behavior. This conduct is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Fantastic experience: This gym has completely transformed since the refurbishment! The new equipment is top-notch, with everything you could need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The space feels modern, clean, and well-organized. On top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, you’ll feel welcome here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Initially I felt intimidated about going to a new gym and beginning a new fitness program due to work and family commitments. But Lifestyle Raceview 24/7 health club restored my confidence. Freshly renovated and always clean with a wide range of top tier equipment suiting my cardio and weights training needs. I am absolutely enjoying my training thanks to the friendly/professional staff and trainers. Highly recommend this gym with 5 's.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym to train at! I joined this gym in august back in 2023. The gym has only gotten better since new owners had taken over. Always greeted with a smile every-time I come by who ever is working at the front desk, even the cleaners are really polite. Majority of the gym has been all replaced with brand new equipment and has given the gym a new look! Definitely recommend signing up to Lifestyle, this gym feels like home compared to all the other bigger mainstream gyms around Ipswich.

Negative experience: In my opinion the only genuine worker is that lady with short hair she is so kind to everyone always cheerful always saying hello and goodbyes also helped me me and my partner sort our accounts in less then a minute when the manager lady was making it a big deal, there was a guy and a lady working one day and they were just stuck up could feel their energy no hello or anything only talking to people they knew this was the day they were removing the ladies door, the guy was walking up and down like he was big headed he needs some Joey swoll in his life to humble down I wish the lady with short hair was the boss of that gym she deserves to be not the other two

Negative experience: I went to this gym because they had a ladies only room and that's the only way I felt comfortable working out. I was planning to start going more regularly now my youngest is walking to only find out on a post on a mums group on facebook that they have removed the ladies only room. The fact that they didn't contact their members and haven't even posted anything on their Facebook page about it is extremely unprofessional. I used to reccomend this gym to everyone and now I will be telling people to not bother with this gym. Taking away something that alot of people joined that gym for and then not telling their members is just disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Been attending this gym for the last 6 months ever since i moved to Ipswich. I have been super impressed with the quality and options of equipment. The gym is always clean and tidy when i attend. I have only ever been here since the new owners have taken over and they have done a great job working hard to constantly update the gym and always there to greet clients. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming if i have ever needed help. Cant wait to see all the new changes coming soon. Highly recommended !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly gym. I'm particularly thankful for the Creche, staff are amazing and engaging with my little ones. My usually shy children love coming to spend time with Jo and Kelly, and it keeps my mind at ease knowing they are well looked after while I have some me time.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym! Glad I swapped to this one. The staff are friendly, it’s clean, has new equipment and is now much bigger with the ladies only area gone, so I train with my partner. 10/10

Negative experience: Used to be the best gym, then they decided that they wanted to compete with every other gym and be all high and mighty. They are going in the wrong direction and not supporting or looking after their members. Being a community and supportive gym was a great image and great place to be and train. They have removed their ladies room and ladies area which was renowned for this gym and why majority of the female members joined. Would not recommend going here if you wanted to train. I feel for the elderly ladies on a Tuesday that went for the comfort of the closed off room. Only reason I went there. They also said that they consulted their members about this with emails, surveys and questions - never contacted. I wouldn’t train in a place that lies and that you can’t trust. Image is everything and this is going downhill and fast.

Fantastic experience: Well I thought I’d never come back here but a buddy of mine has been insisting that it’s changed with the new owners. Boy was he right. Amazing equipment, friendly staff and a super positive atmosphere. Great, inclusive space for first-timers through to absolute gym rats.

Fantastic experience: Good range of gear, 24hr access, easy to deal with owners directly. Recent upgrades have given the place a nice facelift also.

Negative experience: Pay upfront for a year. Costs $549. No extras, no instruction or trainers. Do what you like. Average experience. Next year's renewal, $949. Price goes up $400. No thanks. Waste of money in my humble opinion.

Fantastic experience: New equipment is a huge upgrade, more options to train and better quality. Layout is a lot better and the upgrade to the design makes the space look really cool, and clean. Mark and his team are friendly, approachable and responsive. Get amongst it!

Hats off to the new owners of this gym and the staff who are friendly , approachable and knowledgeable . The group fitness classes are very motivating and the trainers are awesome . It’s fantastic to train on all the new equipment through out the gym . Look no further if you are looking to join a community driven gym which just keeps getting better and better every day .

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for about 4 years, and although many people don't like or appreciate change the new owners have gone above and beyond to put a fresh spin on the gym, while keeping it from becoming too 'commercialised'. The creche is still amazing, and the new equipment is welcomed. With only a small price increase, the gym is still the most affordable in the area. It is cleaned often and thoroughly. The new trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, and the other patrons are always so friendly and kind when I'm confused on how to use or adjust a machine. I've never felt 'judged' working out at Lifestyle Raceview.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place to work out ,the owners have put so much of their time into renovating the place to make it an outstanding complex to work out ,the new equipment is a standout for me not outdated and friendly staff ,excited to see what Raceview can achieve over the next year.

I started going here prior to the change over and you can really tell the new owners are trying their absolute best to create a supportive, modern and fun gym for all kinds of people. They have been constantly renovating and improving inside and out. The staff are very helpful, the PTs are friendly and approachable, and the facilities are so clean now. Great work!

Negative experience: Debit Success and this Gym have taken funds they had no right to take from me. Saying I am still to pay up until February, 2024, for the minimum 12 month contract, when I in-fact joined November 2022. My membership should be cancelled without a freakin issue. This is awful service. The phone doesn’t even get answered.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. The trainers are knowledgeable and provided guidance when needed. Variety of classes offered at various times. The facility is clean and maintains a high standard of hygiene. Overall, it is a positive gym experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I attended this gym several months ago before the new owners took over. It was grubby and not what I would call hygienic. Since the new owners have been there they have gone through this place with a fine tooth comb and have replaced many damaged items and made improvements everywhere, which is very impressive. The showers have all been cleaned and don’t mind using them now. The gym equipment is great with a ladies only room which I love. There is a huge variety of equipment, weights room, power room outdoor training area and classes with great teachers. The new owners Mark and Natasha are very friendly and approachable. For those who have small children there is cute crèche and the lady in there seems very nice. Plus it has secure fob entry and the car park is well lit for those who attend when it is dark. Definitely would recommend this place.

Negative experience: (Benjamin Greenstreet) just read the cancellation policy (it takes a month, & they do charge you for it) as well as that, they don’t sort the memberships out, they do it with a third party called (debit success) got scammed over $150 & debit success asks some pretty personal questions to probably sell your information. GYM IS OK, VERY SMALL if you go at 4:00 you won’t get any equipment

Negative experience: Gym went downhill after the new owners took over no more friendly greetings or people to help at desk and class availability dropped. The staff all left too ran for the hills what's that tell ya

With it's own sauna, weight lifting, machine weights and cardio room it's a fully fledged gym at your "gym in the garage" prices. It's great that you get greeted when you arrive and leave and everyone has a smile on their face.
