As someone who owns and trains intensely at Guests Martial Arts—where getting tossed around is just part of the daily grind—Andrew has been a lifesaver, especially for my back. If he can keep me moving (as you can see in the photo), I’m sure he can handle whatever issue you bring to him! I also struggled with persistent tennis elbow and had tried all sorts of treatments. Andrew’s expert dry needling was the only thing that worked. His attention to detail and care have made a huge impact on my overall well-being. Andrew is the only practitioner I've seen that not only treats the pain but truly delves into the possible causes and gives practical, easy solutions to work into every day life. His combination of treatments, home stretches/exercises and holistic approach to my everyday activities has been an absolute game changer. I am significantly better in my overall mobility and health, pretty much pain free and have implemented his recommendations with ease. His approach is pragmatic and he recognises that some of us just have to sit all day in our jobs. He's the first practitioner I've seen that really looked at the entire picture and was realistic about what I could implement. My results have been fantastic and it hasn't even been six months of treatment. Wish I'd found him years ago.

I visited the GP, did all the scans as per them, everything was normal, and they couldn’t help me with my pain besides recommending me painkillers. I was suffering a lot with my pain and sleep. The GP then recommended Andrew’s clinic (Advanced Health). This was my first time at a Chiropractor’s Clinic) and I was a bit skeptical at the beginning. Fantastic experience: For the last year and a half I’ve done clinical reformer Pilates twice a week and occasionally had chiropractic treatment on my neck and back with Andrew. He is such a sensational professional - he is highly qualified and knowledgeable and still open to learning and sharing ideas about health and well-being. His small “no frills” 3:1 studio caters for all shapes and sizes, it’s inclusive and welcoming and always catered to my ability level. His treatments would have to be the least “invasive” chiro treatments I’ve had - he doesn’t push manipulations (“cracking”) and explains very clearly what’s happening with your body and also provides ideas / solutions to be implemented at home… I certainly don’t feel like he keeps treating me for weeks on end for the $$$! Andrew is a quirky, kind, highly empathetic and quiet achieving professional - he’s created a really amazing north-side practice. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: As one of the many people who took up running during the pandemic, I’ve had my fair share of niggles from the sport. A few months ago, after some persistent tightness in the lower body, I sought relief which led me to Andrew at advanced health in Preston. Andrew spent time gathering information at the initial consultation, provided treatment and gave me some exercises to do to loosen the body before my runs. I found Andrew to be knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. Since the first appointment, I have seen him regularly and my body feels 100% better for it. My running has improved as has my endurance which I believe is a result of not having tightness during running. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew to anyone experiencing pain or discomfort from sports or just sitting in a chair for long hours. He knows his stuff and is down to earth, you’ll walk away feeling better!

Fantastic experience: Andrew has really helped my knee, while other doctors and practitioners had diagnosed it as just cartilage loss, Andrew looked at other muscle and ligiment areas that were seized and unseized them to relieve pressure and swelling in my knee and give me back full motion in my knee joint.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Andrew at Advanced Health for many years. I came to him initially after seeing multiple other people with treatment plans that just weren't working after I hurt my back rowing. It didn't take long before I was back to being able to do things that I was doing before the injury. Since then, I've seen him on and off for other issues of varying nature and degrees of severity. He sets out a reasonable and flexible treatment plan and gives relevant exercises to assist in at home rehab. He is always honest about when he thinks you do not need to come back, which I think is really important in a practitioner. I've used his chiropractic services, dry needling, and also seen his massage therapists. I've referred a number of family members to him and some friends and have never been disappointed with his services. He is reliable, knowledgeable and skilled at his job. I will continue to be a loyal client of his.

Fantastic experience: Andrew helped me recover from a disc  prolapse several years ago. I had nerve pain down my leg and lower back pain. I made a full recovery in a couple of months. Recently, I’ve been getting chiro and remedial massage at Advanced Health Preston for bursitis in my shoulder. The treatments and rehab exercises have decreased my shoulder pain considerably. However, before the surgery I thought I would see if Andrew could do anything. With acupuncture and some other techniques, Andrew fixed my tennis elbow and my surgery was no longer needed. Fantastic experience: I found Andrew at Advanced Health after searching for a new chiropractor and I’ve never looked back! Andrew spent time with me assessing my injury and has helped reduce my lower back and neck pain immensely. I participate in clinical reformer Pilates with Andrew as we work to strengthen my back and core. He has shared exercises and stretches with me to do at home between appointments which have helped heaps. He’s an all round legend who goes above and beyond for clients!

Fantastic experience: Before seeing Andrew, I had significant back and neck pain to the extent of not being able to exercise, walk or even sit down/stand for long periods of time. I continued to train at the gym even with an injury and had quietly suffered with pain for at least 6 months. I progressively got much worse (as expected) to the point that I was unable to exercise at all. I was recommended by a friend to see Andrew and was initially hesitant as I had never seen a chiropractor previously. I have required consistent appointments with Andrew for approximately 8 weeks for my back but I no longer have any pain. I might add.. that he fixed my neck after 1 appointment! I would highly recommend seeing Andrew for any injury or ongoing pain.

Fantastic experience: I saw Hiromi for a remedial massage, she is a dream!

Fantastic experience: I have been having weekly Pilates sessions for nearly a year following acute episodes of lower lumber pain. It has changed my life! The episodes of back pain I was experiencing have reduced dramatically and I am pain free the majority of the time. I am enjoying the new strength and better range of movement my body now has. I can do so much more with our kids and enjoy bush walking and swimming again! Andrew has carefully monitored and supported me through developing an individual Pilates program that has yielded great results.

Fantastic experience: I started experiencing some shoulder pain about 2 weeks ago from some overzealous training, and booked in to see Andrew as referred by a friend. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose the issue and perform treatment accordingly. I immediately felt better after only one treatment, and he gave me a few stretches to do at home that would help speed up recovery. He advised that I may need a few additional sessions to be back to 100%, but even after one session I can see a huge difference in my pain levels. I can't recommend Andrew enough!
