Negative experience: Vidhi jain refused to do Hands on treatment and refused to provide evidence for the NDIS the practice manager could not help me find another physiotherapist at my physio my health and said that they can only limit the appointment times to 20 minutes shame on my physio my health as a registered NDIS provider to let down people who have a disability leaving them in severe pain and claim Medicare funding for a service that can be provided by an occupational therapist vendana Sharma asked me to remove the review after she did not like a one star review my physio my health sent an email Link to do a review it's because they only want good reviews to make their business look good but can't handle criticism and can't rectify mistakes all vendana Sharma was saying is that she was trying to help when she was not if she was a would have had a great physiotherapist by now but I don't at my physio my health but do at another provider

Fantastic experience: When I walked in, I didn't know what to expect, but I was greeted by a friendly receptionist staff member, was booked in and handed forms that had to be filled out. The young lady was professional and cheerful. Then I was introduced to my exercise physiologist, Marcel. We elaborated on further questions and then after a few personal tests, we had an immediate repoire. So looking forward to going back for my next visit to get started on my program to a life that includes exercise. I looked at my wife and we both nodded to each other in agreement....this was a young man with knowledge and experience that could really help me. After we left, we talked about Marcel and what we did in that initial first introduction session. Thank you My Physio, My Health.

Fantastic experience: I have Chronic pain and see Natalia (remedial massage therapist). My experience is that she is very professional, helpful and always explains what is happening. I love My Physio My Health and will keep attending as long as needed. If you want a spa experience this is not the place for you. Treatment is targeted to help relieve pain in specific areas. Natalia is wonderful and i look forward to my weekly massage. I have been very ill recently and Natalia has added cupping to her skill set and I have found this very beneficial. This is a VERY busy practice and appointments are necessary. I hope this helps you in your search for appropriate treatment.

Positive experience: I come here often and usually happy with the service, but the recent a few times I was called in 7-10mins late due to the last persons finishing late, then my sessions finished even a few minutes before when it supposed to. This made me a bit upset. I've been here every second week or even twice a week during my pregnancy (in total probably 30times), and these situations happened around 5 times. So hopefully these were just coincidence and I would like to enjoy my full service. BTW, no complaints regarding the quality of the service, just wish the duration of the service can match 30mins.

Negative experience: I was about to transfer my 3x care plan and then subsequent sessions with insurance but he first service received at the reception phone desk was poor and unprofessional. No matter how good the Physio’s are but the first impression over the phone was below par, had a to call twice and wait on hold for long times for an urgent query. Front desk needs training !!!

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in the day I was injured. I saw a friendly, thorough and personable physio, who explained what he was doing each step of the dau and gave me some exercises to continue with and a follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Ben for over a year now, having come to him with complex shoulder/scapula issues that remained unresolved by previous physios, which has led me to loose a bit of faith in physiotherapy. Very friendly, great sense of humour and all-round just made the whole experience super easy and relaxed. If you're looking for a great physio then I'd say she should be your go to :)

I've used many services, pilates, physio, massage, exercise physiologist and can say ALL of them have been exceptional. I'm very pleased with my experience. After a session with physio, I'm leaving so much that I don't need to go again or have had pain relieved. Having a L4, L5 disc bulge, I can be weary trying physics but Saildra, Francine and Michaela have all helped me get back to life quickly after a flare up. My shoulder has been worked on by Ben which cleared me up. They have passion and a genuine care for people, we're not a number. The culture is centred around clients being a priority so customer service and training is a priority. Dilip and Sheridan are so lovely, helpful and patient. The pilates studio for me is the best part. My back has improved so much under the supervision of amazing physios. Abhi is so kind, knowledgeable and a great physio, I think they are all so wonderful, you can't go wrong. Thank you My Physio My Health team, so much for looking after me and going above and beyond where necessary.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 5+++ stars to My Physio My Health, I would!!! I’ve been seeing Sailendra for more than 3 years now. He is not only my physiotherapist but my daughter’s as well. Last year when My daughter twisted her arm just two days before her CanDance competition and she couldn’t move her hand he fixed her. Normally he is always booked out for weeks, but reception staff were very kind, professional, polite and squeezed me in due to my urgency. The appointment happened to fall on Friday and after his treatment Saturday my daughter was completely back to normal so she could go to her dance competition and won a 2nd place too. This year It was her Knee, and she had the appointment middle of the day. She was back to normal by same afternoon. I was so touched and surprised by Sailendra’ s treatment! He has always taken great care of my family’s health and always goes out of his way to keep his patients healthy and happy. It’s rare to find a good physiotherapist that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. A big thumbs up for Sailendra Kundrapu and his My Physio My health team.

Didn't rush the appointment as most do and seemed genuinely interested in getting me feeling better.
