Fantastic experience: Dr Veena Geddada is the most gorgeous doctor. Very sweet, caring and understanding. She was right on time and gave me a clear explanation of my issue. The practice as a whole delivers a very high standard of service. Sarah the practice manager called me prior to my appointment to ensure I clearly understood my appointment options when my notes on booking conflicted with what was possible.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad to have found this practice. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. The nurses are always so lovely and Dr Chandrakumar is the best! I started seeing her for my baby but now I see her as well because she’s so caring and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for over 25 years. They can not be faulted. They are kind, caring, helpful professional and friendly. The reception staff welcome us by name on arrival and go out of their way to greet my children making them feel safe. The nurses are so kind and patient and genuinely care about their patients (also exceptiona at baby immunisations) The few Drs I have seen are caring thorough (non judgemental) and actually listen to your concerns. Thank you Staff! We appreciate all your efforts!

Negative experience: Staff are incredible rude, incoherent and painfully incapable of simple administrative tasks. Arrived with two children at an appointment, and a doctor called my name only for the reception to sit dumbfounded and state that my appointment didn’t come through correctly so I can’t see him. Although, I had an appointment confirmed through HealthEngine. If you’re looking for a family practice, I would not recommend taking your children here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carter is a kind, compassionate and all around wonder doctor.

Negative experience: I came in this morning with a very sore back. Limited walking very painfully. Did it at work somehow and it progressively got worse through the day. Now I have had this before... maybe about 5 years ago. She gave me today and tomorrow off. Knew deep down that it not going to be better in 1 day. Annoyed with myself that I didn't push for 3 days instead of 2. Having to get back in my car and drive to the doc again is not my idea of resting. Not really happy i wasn't taken more seriously. My job is lots of twisting and pushing and pulling and yes lifting in aged care. So how can my back be repaired by Friday and now have to pay more money. Nice enough Doc but prob not really knowing about a back injury and rve time it takes to be better again.

Negative experience: The practice manager and receptionist were rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. If you can't be empathetic perhaps a different career choice is in order.

Negative experience: DONT see Dr.chen. He was running and hour and a half late so he took it out on me and my partner, waves his hands around close to your face and talks in a heated voice. Clearly let's running behind and other things bother him to his core. Horrid man. The rest of the staff especially Kylie are wonderful though. Such a shame

Negative experience: Had a physio appointment today and was told I needed a mask to enter surgery which is fine. I didn't have one so they wanted to charge $1 for a mask. Which I object to, if they want people to wear a mask at least remind them in both the email and SMS confirmation messages. My general practice (not physio) at least do not charge if you forget.

Negative experience: Some of the receptionists on the front desk need to get a new job. They are rude and unapproachable. With the new billing system I don't get bulk billed. I can accept that but the receptionist told me to go and find a bulk billing doctor somewhere else if I couldn't afford to visit my doctor there anymore. Really bad attitude when you have been seeing the same dr for many years. Doctors are wonderful but beware as you enter

Negative experience: Given my experiences at the Norwood Clinic, I gave this clinic a go due to wait times for my regular GP at Norwood and needing sooner help. I couldn’t be paid to come back to this clinic. I cannot fathom how they’re under the same umbrella given the differences in service.

Negative experience: Very roude staff with no kindness and shopestication for service, front desk staff looks uneducated I never recomend anyone for this Medical.

Negative experience: Pathetic service by reception and medical admins. Not understanding of patient care. Not sending referrals on timely manner. No empathy or sympathy. No phone etiquettes. Very rude if you tell them about their mistake, not apologetic of their mistake and not open for any feedback.

Positive experience: The admin lady was very nice and helpful but the doctor was annoyed e not very helpful. Furthermore we paid without have no service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chen was great with my child. My child usually struggles with medical treatment but he felt at ease and comfortable talking to Dr Chen, even on his first visit here. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendliness.

Fantastic experience: When my GP couldn’t help with urgent Covid booster, Pro Health Hope Valley happily assisted. I found them to be excellent - very friendly, registering online, text confirmations and the actual booster process at the practice was so well organised. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Kept me waiting for over 1 hour from my appointment booking without an apology from the doctor or nurse once I was in my appointment. Also they didn’t give any indication of how late they were running during the two times I asked while I was waiting for my app. Will definitely never go back to this practice.

Negative experience: My elderly aunt who is visiting Adelaide was needing her ear seen to as it is completely blocked. The entire appointment was spent arguing with the doctor who believed my aunt should be seeing her regular GP, who is nearly 4 hours away. On the plus side, the doctor was on time.

Negative experience: I have been to this GP many times without complaint. But trying to visit a GP during a pandemic is ridiculous. It's like no other illness exists! My 4 year old son and I have been unwell. We got negative covid results and my face to face appointment was still changed to a phone consult. So me and my son arrive outside the drs clinic early waiting for an 11.15 phone consult, for which the receptionist confirmed that I did not need to alert them to my arrival. By 11.30...still no call...so I call the GP...and it was obvious that they had no idea we were expecting a call. At 11.45 I finally got a call only from the dr, only for her to ask our symptoms and what I wanted her to do?! I was so angry at this point. I told her I wanted an actual exam. I wanted her to listen to my son's chest and make sure he was ok. After this she allowed us to enter the clinic and we finally left with a script. At no point did anyone ask for my negative covid results either. What a ridiculous system. We need something better particularly for young children. We shouldn't need to resort to going to the ED. Just because Covid exists, it doesn't mean all other illness have stopped.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Pro Health for a long time now since my parents also go to the same clinic, but now with a family of my own we have had the same Dr (Dr Perrotta) and he is nothing short of amazing. He really cares about our family and this is evident with the time he spends helping us towards solutions for every health issue or directing us to the appropriate places. He is also so respectful of people’s time and NEVER runs late. He doesn’t rush our appointment either he allows me to speak every time without interruption and he’s just so lovely overall which is why we keep coming back to him. I have been unfortunately like some were really worried about the Cov19 shot due to such bad media attention of the ones who died. I had my first shot and i never felt it. I encourage to talk with medical staff about concerns for the jab but i now wished i had it sooner. Fear notthankyou all for caring in general but for assuring me that i made the right choice Bless you all for your 18 years of support. Highly recommend Pro Healths Commitment. Negative experience: I requested to have appointment with Dr Chris but receptionist said the doctor didn’t accept new patient. That’s fine, but the receptionist didn’t need to be rude to me. She wasn’t really talking nicely when rejecting my request. She got no patience. Try to a be a bit more compassionate and nice to people who got sick child. No need to be nasty when talking to customers.

Negative experience: Every visit is the same, zero concept of an appointment. Expect to wait in excess of 40mins for your 'appointment' - minimum. One can't help but think they should just realise, from experience, that they need to allow more time for an appointment before booking another after it. It's not hard. Our time is important too.

Negative experience: Wish I could give no stars.. This gp has no compassion and understanding what so ever, you just get brushed out and basically need a triple appointment not just a double a triple to get any kind of stuff sorted in the one visit.. Won't be going back!
