Negative experience: Opening hours are wrong - wasted a trip 03 Aug. sign and google said open - but door was locked at 5pm

Having a shop in shopping certain we can’t close or open shop against google hours. I really appologise for this - shop open open till 7pm . We don’t close shop before 7 pm
